We were looking for a lawyer to perform a re-finance on our rental property and were introduced to Hussein through an investor friend. His team including Daryll and Hai were a pleasure to work with and we felt very assured that HSK was looking after our best interests as our counsel. Having just conducted a buy and sell on our primary residence via another lawyer I was using for years, I feel that HSK law set a new benchmark for me. There was an issue on our transaction that was caused by a misstep by my previous lawyer on the prior closing. HSK Law was diligent to bring it to my attention and suggest actions to get my bank and the previous law firm on the other file to correct it. We will be using Hussein and his team for our real estate needs going forward. Very communicative and service was delivered on-time despite short timelines.
