HT Nails Spa

I've been coming here to have my nails and feet done for over a year now. The manicures and pedicures are amazing!
Tina and her team are very professional and experienced. I always leave there very happy!

This is my first time having a pedicure with HT nails, they did my feet very well, they used hot stones to massage my feet which made me very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for doing my feet.

Thought to try this place, decent reviews and close to my house. After having been more than a dozen times now, I’ll no longer be going back. The job on my mani/pedi itself is nothing out of the ordinary however management (I believe her name is Lily) should really conduct herself in a more professional manner. Once you walk in, she’s not entirely welcoming (the rest of the staff however are more courteous). She got frustrated during my pedi as I didn’t know which foot she wanted me to put in the water and proceeded to ‘tsk’ and shakes her head at me. Not to mention, I understand a little bit of the language and picked up a couple of words exchanged about me while I was sitting in the chair, absolutely unprofessional and rude! Owner, you really should address this. I have no interest in going back but you need to fix your management’s attitude and treatment towards customers. Such a shame as I like to support small individual businesses.

—— I walked into your salon a little bit before 11: 30am today (Sept. 21) and Lily took me in for a French pedi, you should have my details (name & contact number) however this is for your business to further investigate in bettering your customer service. Thank you for your offer but I won’t be returning to your establishment so have no interest in contacting your manager.

Final follow up — I’m maybe mistaken in her name, I thought it was Lily. I believe she is the manager, she’s usually the one that answers the phone for appts. I was the only patron that walked in around 11: 30am yesterday for a shellac French pedi. There was only a few ladies working so I’m sure you can investigate this very easily, that is unless you don’t want to nor want to claim responsibility as a business owner and establishment. I will NOT be taking my review down as my review is 100% legitimate.

I've been going to this salon for about a year and I have to say their service is amazing, all of the girls take their time, they do not rush and are always attentive. They really pay attention to detail and make sure you're happy with your nails before you go. Their shellac products are amazing quality. I've tried going to other places but always come back to HT nails, my nails never break/chip and they last a long time! It's rare to find a place like this one. Highly recommend

My first time here a couple of weeks ago. The technician was very detailed and meticulous in giving me a Shellac. The massage at the end of the Mani-Pedi was divine! I was very pleased with my nails! Will be back.
