Worst customer service ever.after being informed i needed to pay 1st and last. They proceeded to charge me a triple payment. These people are scam artists and claim that they are gonna save you money, which they do but, they don't inform you of anything that can happen between the time your policy goes into effect, beware of your payments and pay them on time, do not let them "give you" time to pay otherwise you'll be in big troubke

They never call back, make promises they can't keep. Say whatever to get you off the phone. Apparently they ONLY DEAL WITH 4 INSURANCE COMPANIES! THEY CAN NOT BE COMPETITIVE LIKE THAT! KEPT ASKING FOR A NEW COMPANY AND THEY KEPT SAYING I WAS ALL GOOD, HA! CUT THEIR PAYMENTS IN HALF!
