Hudson's Bay

The store is huge! And the variety is never ending. I loved going through the store as everything was organized, clean and well setup. You can even find good sale items if you look closely. The staff is also very friendly. Will definitely come back here.

The fitting rooms in this store smell horrible! I couldn’t even finish trying on the clothes because the smell was so bad…. It smelled like body odour AND sweat inside it was HORRIBLE! The fitting rooms in this store compared to others look like I’m in the 80s! Open ceiling and chapped walls…. They need to do something about this because I wasnt the only one complaining! The Bay needs to get their stuff in order. If they don’t I and others will be taking our business elsewhere…!

Have not received my order yet even though Hudson Bay shipped it 7 days ago with t force. Very bad delivery service by t force.

Looking for bathing suits in November isn't easy, they had a big selection on sale, check was easy and fast, knowledgeable staff

I am absolutely amazed at the wonderful customer service I have received today from Denise. I called her to do a price adjustment on a pair of women’s boots. She said to come into the store and go to the women’s shoe department, let them know that I spoke to her and they will take care of me. The lady in the department was wonderful as well. Bravo! The Bay these ladies deserve a raise! Exceptional customer service!

This location is a smaller bay than others. Therefore they have less stock. And hard to find help.

Never use Hudson Bay mobile application. Order has been canceled twice. Application does not reflect the actual inventory.
Or maybe priority was giving to special customers.
I asked customer service to double check stock before making the second order and he confirmed that item is available in different size then it was canceled again.
Its a waist of time. May sure to ask CS to fill a form for the bank to make sure your money get refunded.

I was looking for a coat and did not find my size. I asked the customer service person (her name is Nisreen) in the woman’s section. She went extra mile to look for my size on the racks then she ordered it for me online and shipped it to my address!
I received it after 3 day! And I loved it!

This store is one of few left so sad once known as The Bay my experience at working here years ago as a cosmetologist a facelift was done on this store its so beautiful classy and professional staff this store is my favorite now it maintained its classy look

Hudson Bay is good a good store and well organized. The staffs were ready to help too. I visit there often too. Great place

A great shop for all season and all of home needs. The customer service is great and we are to find some great deals for some great items if we are to keep an eye on.

Great stuff can be found here but I find it to always be understaffed and therefore the clothing is always inconveniently unorganized.

Sorry, not sorry. I am very surprised at the dress section at the Bay in Square One. I understand dresses on sale all in disarray on racks all over the place, but what I do not understand is selling dresses that are soiled with makeup, and the prices are ridiculously high.

A smaller HBC, but a good amount of product turnover, albeit not a huge range of brands. Small English Laundry collection, and almost missing some other brands like A Fish Called Fred (that you could find at The Bay downtown)

It's a department store. Not much else to add. However easier to shop online and filter variet than do it in store.

I understand the frustrations of operating with the covid guidelines and usually wouldn't bother saying anything. But as I lined up today to get in they informed us that they let in more people than they are allowed and those in line would have to wait to get in after their numbers were adjusted. They had us wait for an hour while we watched at least 40 people leave the store before even 1 was let in. Absolutely ridiculous management.

It has 70-80% sale on sports wear, my favourite store to shop, also their cashiers are very polite and helpful. I love they provide work to old ladies ️️️

Love the Bay, some of their merchandise is very pricey but the clearance section is wonderful and you can find some bargains in their regular stock

During this third lockdown I have been ordering from The Bay. I am extremely pleased with the speed of their deliveries, quality of their merchandise and accuracy. Once you find the functioning entry doors, my experience was amazing. From the greeting upon arrival and departure, to the help finding exactly what I was looking for.
Excellent experience; and I felt SAFE with wider aisles and social distancing, and hand sanitizer freely available.

Amazing no touch service. Great staff and very clean location, Javeria from Cosmetics had some awesome recommendations on Colognes.

Its not always about just selling merchandise, where is your customer service at? Also why does it take you guys 1 week to reply to complaints and never reply back.being in the filed of customer service I despise this way of doing business and will think twice before purchasing here again.you customer service reps over the phone lied misrepresenting the brand so you can differentiate two products when they are exactly the same, however one had a discount and the other did not.i further verified this by contacting the manufacturer and checking.

Most brands in clothing and makeup available here. Furniture and kitchen products are here but pricy. Overall neat clean and well organized.

Love this store but the customer care always was and still is questionable. It happened a few times I left stuff behind simply because I couldn't find anyone who would work there

This store is much smaller than the flagship Downtown Toronto or Square One locations, which means there’s limited selection of styles and brands available.

My favorite department store. Always great experiences. Lots of sake items and most items in stock too. Love shopping here

Older lady make up dept HOW MANY BREAKS DO SHE GET?

Very unorganized clothing and shoe section. Some staff at the check out could be alot nicer. However, the cosmetic and fragrance departments have amazing staff who always seem to want to help and answer all your questions.

Online shopping is terrible; I have worst experience of my life. Ordered a coffee machine for 700 CD, and received a pillow in the mail instead of a coffee machine. Anyway after wasting many hours and days issue was resolved. Erin mills is worst as compared to other locations. First of all, trying to call the store and speak to someone is impossible. None of the departments would answer the phone, and the manager’s mailbox is full. In person, asked an associate to help find an item in women’s clothing, was told I have to look for it myself. Cashier counters were unattended and no one to guide. Lady at shoe section was quite rude. Only associate at jewelry section was excellent and paid full attention, helped us in selecting and buying. That’s why I am giving 2 stars.
Overall Disappointed.

Was in the store on Sunday, walked around looking for someone on the floor to assist me in the bedding department. I approached the 2 employees in the registration off and they were finishing off with a customer. Then the 2 of them proceed to work on the computer. They never acknowledge I was standing there. Didn't even look up at me and say I'll be with you in a moment". After standing there for 5 mins, I interrupted and just asked if there was someone on the floor working. I was rudely told "I have other customers that have been waiting logger than you and I need to attend to them" when I have time and finished with them, I will look for you on the floor and assist you. It'll be atleast 20 mins or longer". Not sure why it had to 2 associates to find an item they needed to order online when there were "all these customers" ahead of me waiting. Why couldn't they have left the order online once they dealt with the customers just standing on the floor waiting. Or atleast one of them should have returned to the floor! I guess they must be doing good to lose that kind of revenue.

Great apparel collection. Brands and selection is world class of course. From the young to the old.caters to every age and taste.
Other than apparel, large sections dedicated to accessories for Men, Women, Kids. Then Furniture, featuring brands like Natuzzi.
Good experience trying to select an overcoat. A bit overwhelming for the amount of selection to pick from. But a well laid out inventory makes it easy.
Some bins placed in the centre along aisles have some good stuff reduced or on a sale.

I bought 8 men dress shirts online from Hudson Bay as a gift for family. All of them CK. 6 of them were open and badly folded without collar plastic and board inside shirts. Looks like used shirts.so I have to return all of them. Very Bad online delivery system. Pathetic

Good variety of brands. To get the best prices you just have to wait until they have sales and discounts on what you want. Would be nice if they had more staff aroud the store instead of just centralizing them at the checkout. You can usually get want you want quickly.

Good shopping experience. Store is organized and clean. Could do with more staffed check out stations. And whats up with the perpetually locking fitting room doors? If the limited cashier staff on shift is busy ringing up sales, then you are made to wait until they are able to unlock the fitting room door.

The sales person by the name of Harry was most helpful, a real asset to the store. The next time l shop for clothes l will seek out Harry. Very satisfied with my experience today. I hope you let Harry know how valuable he is to your operation.

I got the best deal for my newphew bday gift from the clearance rack. I had a great shopping experience and I love being frugal.

I was at the Hudson Bay Ladies Shoe Department last Friday and Paulette provided me with customer service excellence. My Hudson's Bay credit card had expired and Paulette was able to get a new one for me and so I was able to purchase the shoes I needed. Today, Wednesday, she also helped me to find the correct shoes I need for my feet.

Always have stock. Despite the location being at the mall for so long, the dept store is still modern looking and feel. Went to get a watch battery change. It will run about 22 dollars with taxes. The staff was fast, and professional.

Staff (if you can find them) seem to be unknowedgeable, incompétent and definitely poor customer service representatives

After purchasing a number of items clearly marked in each department 20 or 25% off sale price, I noticed the cashier in Lingerie (the only department with cashiers) had not applied the discounts. I returned and she argued that these discounts were only in lingerie.

I returned to the corresponding departments no cashiers, but discount signs clearly visible. Once again I approached lingerie cashiers “ only discounts for lingerie and dresses” I was told. I did have one dress but other items to be discounted were not accepted. Items were returned. No apologies from staff.

I asked for manager. Was told he was upstairs. I went to register my complaint. Was told to go
downstairs. Still waiting for return call.

May I suggest these people are given correct information to ensure customers have a positive experience? These people need to know they are providing a “service”

I will not return to Erin Mills store although I have lived in the area for over 39 years.

Pretty average store. This location should upgrade its decor because it looks dated. The store also seems to be in disarray and it makes the store look like a "swap meet. "

Just do some renos to this location so it doesn't seem like you are stepping back in time. Also, it should do some reno to reflect on what Erin Mills Town Centre has done with their upgrades.

This location at Erin Mills Town Center is probably one of the worst locations. Not as much selection compared to the other malls like square one, sherway gardens, yorkdale etc.this is not however located in a large premium mall like the others so I suppose you can't expect as much. Overall not a great shopping experience and would recommend any of the other malls stated above.
