I went to the bay to get 2 news shirts. I got the a champion t-shirt. Also Ralph Lauren stuff in the bay where about to leave soon. I got the Ralph Lauren white hoodie. It’s nice quality and very comfortable. It’s good for all 4 seasons. As know Its very expensive. Also the old lady in the store is so helpful and very sweet and nice.

I ordered two leather chairs in February. First I was given an early April delivery date then I was phoned the day before saying it was going to be a May 15 date. Then I was phoned a day before the delivery date saying it would be June 4. Today I got a call the day before delivery again - saying it would be August 28. The customer service department tells me there are no managers. On asking again - there are no managers for a customer service centre? The employee said oh we do have managers but we have a policy not to issue their names. When I asked how I could contact them they said you can speak with me.

You are monopolizing funds that I would spend elsewhere and this type of customer service irrespective of the current economic climate is completely unacceptable.

Is there an employee anywhere that will address my concern

This is literally the worst store when it comes to refunds and customer service. I have been calling them over a week for a canceled order and they've all been telling me different things about "the reason" I've not been refunded my money. Now when I call them they leave me on hold for sooo long and then hang up on me. The people that answer my call barely listen to what I'm saying and they just keep talking so much and so fast just to get it over with:) Also they keep canceling my order for no reason at all. So yeah think twice before making a purchase here, especially an online one.

If I could give 0 star I could I was racial profiled in the store. I really love shopping there but after what happened I will never go back there.

The store is not the same as 2018. Their current offer of 15% discount on charges against their new credit offer is suspect. We purchased over $500 of merchandise and their 'instant' approval did not occur after an hour wait in the store. So after paying without discount and reaching home, received approval. But only for future purchases NOT for the over $500 purchases. They are taking advantage of our reluctance during Covid-19 to return all items as our protest against bad customer experience.

I went to HBC Fairview earlier today to buy a coat for a formal event. I tried on a number of coats and tried to stay within one area with a mirror due to covid and not wanting to travel all over the store. Two sales associates watched me try on coats and commented on how I was "carrying them away again" and inferred that I was shoplifting by saying "something is definitely up. " They stood about 10 feet away from me and watched me continue to try on coats instead of just speaking directly to me. I felt really uncomfortable hearing this and decided to leave. I found a great coat at Aritzia instead and was able to try them on with no issues from sales associates. Pro tip: instead of making a judgement about customers, ask if we might need assistance or guidance.

Felt really safe in the store. Good measures out in place amidst the pandemic. As with any place, there are customers who do not follow the store policies around masks and social distancing. However, staff were quick to jump all over that, asking people to put masks back on and keep a distance from others.

Quick and easy trip. Recommend!

Just went to buy a gift for my better half. Lady at the counter helped me and I was out in no time. It's Thursday and closing time so there was no rush. Service was efficient and quick.

Charging for Furniture shipping during COVID? !
Went to order a couch, a big ticket time and they are charging to ship during COVID, seriously? ! Structube and so many companies are offering FREE SHIPPING during these times.
This would be an item to bring up to the next Share Holder Meeting when their stock takes a much further tumble than other retailers and has a hard time recovering once the crisis is behind us.

The best Bay location in Ontario. Amazing staff in any department. They must train their staff really well. The managers are all nice also. I love their sales on small appliances and housewares. They also have a great clothing department where you can try on the clothes for different sizes and fits. Good sales on BAY DAYS, 25% OFF sometimes! This also have a TOY department for kids. I love this location of the Bay in fairview park mall Kitchener.

A store that caters to my traditional classic taste. I felt comfortable and well-served throughout. May you long be with us!

The washrooms are very run down and I will rarely shop here! Other that that it is pretty good! Update: I just went there and saw one of the urinals in the downstairs men's room was overflowing. THAT'S DISGUSTING!

Clean, well organized. Pleasant and helpful staff. Love the selection. Need to bring in the furniture Hudson Bay Carrie's in Toronto though.

They need to update the interior of the store and the changing rooms are pretty gross. I'm sure the clothing is nice but I never stay too long to look in depth.

Please upgrade your cashier computers, this is 2019! Long queues unnecessarily standing in line because the technology is the same when computers first came out in the early 90’s.

Found what we were looking for, took some time but no big deal. Went to check out and was told the store was closing in 3 minutes and the lady still had a lot of stuff to do. Well I am glad you had customers to buy things from the store so you continue to have a job. Its unfortunate you can only shop at a store during business hours, duh so if the store is open I expect a smile and a polite attitude. Remember you choose where you work and I get to choose where I shop. Will second guess visiting your store in the future because of the BAD attitude I received. Sorry for giving your store my business.

I am adding to Chris Genedeso review as I had the same experience that evening with the same sales associate the same time Chris was there. I went shopping at your store after work the evening of August 30 th. I was approaching the lingerie department and the lady told me that they were closing in 15 minutes! There was no greeting, no smile, no can I help you.in fact, she gave me the impression that I was bothering her. In the end I found what I was looking. She was more interested in closing and catching her bus before the store actually closed and that she had a lot to do before that, like making the announcement that the store was closing. When I offered to go to a different sales clerk, she then said she would help me. I purchase my items that evening. After sleeping on it And thinking about the way I was treated, I decided I was going to return what I had purchased. So the following morning I returned my items and purchased it elsewhere where I had amazing service.

Nice place, but nothing recreational here. They have some food plazas and things like kfc. A walmart is also in here.

This review is designed to acknowledge and appreciate the exemplary service provided by the lady at the watch repair counter who assisted me with a unique predicament and ensured that I achieved what I desired. I was aiming to switch the bracelet on a watch with a rubber band and she went out of her way to suggest options and ways so that the size difference can be bridged. Phenomenal!

I like how all Bay sites are clean and organized. I specifically come to the Kitchener store because of Jennifer at the Clarins counter. She really ‘sells’ the product. Believes in Clarins and theBay. She recognizes repeat customers and tailors the sale to the person, offering samples that lead to future purchases. Well done Jennifer -your customer service is excellent!

Like any other Hudson Bay this one too is huge. It's great if you have the time and patience to look through the entire store and find what suits you. I took my cousin who was visit and he loved the offers. He bought a few fossil wallets for less than half the price he would pay in Europe and the middle east.

Drove in to the beauty event today because I was given a postcard that said free samples, free makeovers, deals and such. I asked two clerks about it who just shrugged and said they were only doing $10 off $75.

This is honestly why I never shop in store at the bay. Such a scam.

Men's footwear selection, specifically summer footwear such as sandals is so very pathetic. Poor selection, limited styles and options.

Hudson Bay Fairview Mall was a good experience for me because I visited it and the products was very cheap and venue was very good and I loved it

Pretty over priced but nice things, one bathroom in the basement. All the mens clothes are upstairs and you have to walk through the perfume department to go anywhere in the store.

Totally disappointed with the photo, I had taken at snapshot. My smart phone would have given me better picture quality. It's a waste of money.

Comical how long it takes to be checked out. Even when there is only one person infront of you in line. Had multiple check out experiences

A great selection of clothing, accessories and much more. There are many different brands to pick from. The staff are helpful. The store has a number of floors and plenty of area to be covered. The building is starting to show its age with a bit of wear and tear.
