Hudson's Bay

Hudson's Bay is a really nice store with lots of different things. It is pretty expensive though so make sure you are willing to spend alot of money here. I personally love this store for its jewelry, I wear clip ons and I thought they would not have them here but they did and they look so real and so pretty and you can't even tell that they are clips! They are not very expensive and very very worth the purchase.

The Hudson Bay is one of my favorite department stores to shop for clothing, sweaters and belts. I love cotton sweaters. I can always find it at the bay.

What was once a shining star in the east end is being reduced to rubble. What is left is but a shell of what it once was. Poor store selection, and a ho hum Santas village. Over the years some great shops have been forced out of the mall in what can only be described as being Scrooged by a greedy mall ownership and management team.

This is a general department store where you can get your mid brand desiger names, your more formal office clothing, make up, accessories to go with. They also have a extensive housewares section and it great for a bridal registry.

Good store in terms of product, be careful when you are asked if you want a points card because they will try to sign you up with a credit card without telling you they are.

Not very excited about going back to shop here. Dropped in to shop for a few items before the Easter long weekend and store was surprisingly understaffed. Very few checkout counters were open and the cashier I had lined up for kept running out to help people with online order pickups. There needs to be a better way of handling this.

The Bay had a huge assortment of items, men's, ladies, children's, cosmetics, household, bath and bedroom and many, many more. Wonderful products from leading designers are available in assorted colors and sizes. Browse to your heart's content, bargains available.

I was impressed by the clerk at PTC. I have a problem with my feet, so she kept trying to find me a comfortable pair of shoes until we were successfully. I felt sorry have to ask her to bring a different pair but she willingly helped me every time I wanted something different. Good job!

The Bay has great quality, sometimes they are pricey thou. Wait for their sales, which are generally good. It does seem that they have cut their sales staff. Hard to find sales clerk, they are all at cash.

Was not impressed with my visit. The staff member (I believe her name was Gay) was not very willing to assist me with my return at all. I was able to call customer service and get all the information I needed within 2 minutes. I now need to return to the store a second time to process my refund.

I was there almost at store closing hours - I had a question on a Pant and I noticed the wiliness to assist by staff Name- Huma, Who immediately walked with me took the time to check on the other store for availability and was a nice experience. Cashier Shalphina was pleasant during check-out. I also brought a Travel Bag - Staff (Ian) assisted me was also friendly but forgot to give me the receipt.

You can get quality name-brand goods here. One of the last department stores left in this country, so shop here while you can. Plus you can get lots of Team Canada apparel at The Bay.

A nice department store but the interior seems a bit dated. Selections of most items on the floor seem to be good. Majority of the employees are friendly and great to talk to but they can be hard to locate in certain areas of the store. Overall a positive experience

This store used to be a favourite. It was my go to for fashion. I haven't been in quite some time, and the women's fashions reasonable in terms of style and price, but was somewhat disappointed with the men's section. It's still a good place to shop.

Not much has changed in the last 20 years. I remember coming to this store with my parents as a child and it's exactly as I remember it.as most retailers fall behind with store upkeep, this location faces the same challenges. Sales are usually good on weekends, although inventory always lacks for common sizes. Staff are helpful and always accommodating.
