Hudson's Bay

The Bay has definitely seen better days. Many staff in Cosmetics and in the one centralized cashier station, but very few anywhere else.

My sincere apologies I was talking about the other Hudson Bay at the Burlington Mall. The one at Maple view Mall was great I like the Bay.

I had the best interaction with Lucia in the women’s wear department, more specifically with my bra sizing. She was so helpful as soon as I approached her, calm and relaxed. I didn’t plan to come in today to find a better bra but since I have been dissatisfied with my purchases from my top drawer a couple months back I gave up until today. I will be coming back to see her, such a pleasure to meet such a lovely individual who takes pride in helping others, she stayed in the room with me to help me decide whether my bra was the right fit, she even took the time to explain cup sizing and band measurements. Please give her a raise, it is well deserved! Thank you again Lucia:)

Shoes and clothes are of good quality. Sad to see this company shut down. I think the big bosses better get their act together cause they seem to be following the footsteps of Eatons and Sears. Stop your golfing and start working. I know you have the funds but the loyal workers (the one who work) deserve better.

I wanted to buy a mattress for my new apartment and sat down to test it out and immediately got asked to leave in a rude tone.

I was looking for a simple dress.there were So many dresses and nothing i liked.expensive and nothing i wanted to wear

We went for women's wool or wool/blend coats. Frustrating as the coats are scattered through the entire womens department. Hard to finf. Many had not been steamed. Not interested in buying a creased coat.

I came to maple view at Burlington on Saturday me and my friend specifically to Hudson Bay From cosmetics and the treatment was very bad especially from worker name Yomoko she was following us she was so racist and rude to us I was trying to talk to her manger but couldn’t get her/him. Burlington mall better treatment.

This Hudson Bay location has a decent layout, okay inventory however trying to find an employee in any section (besides fragrance and cosmetics) is very difficult. I left without making a purchase as there was not anyone in sight to ring it up!

Great customer service and product availability at this store. Has got to be one of the best in Ontario.

It's a little disorganized, though if you do search through you'll find good stuff there.

Noone around to assist customers - not layed out for quick department identification - didn't have many items from heir website made it less than stellar shopping experience

Nothing spells colonial gencoide like Hudson's Bay Company. I guess fashion means more than the human lives and culture they've taken away over history. Would be great to see the day they finally close their doors. What a terrible reminder of colonialism and affluence.

Great selection of men's items, but the store is extremely warm for some reason and I find many of the staff to be unhelpful or unprofessional.

In the fragrances section, Brandon was great at giving non-biased opinions, was always respectful, and ensured I bought a fragrance I would not regret. If I could give a 6 star I would, I absolutely recommend!

You kept making announcements today that there was a sale on kitchen wares, but this apparently didn't include any kitchen tools? Just everything else? So glad I waited at the register for 20min just to find out I was lied to. Did not purchase.

Found a dress to wear while working at the election poll as a DRO
I was thrilled it was on sale and very affordable.

Staff is genuinely very nice and helpful. The store return policy has changed - I didnt know that but I am ok with it.
