Good selection of men's and kids clothing. Been able to find what I wanted at a good price multiple times.

I hardly give less than a 3 star to someone. But trust me, this store really need to work hard! Especially the staff. It's not that they don't have the staff available, but you won't find them as they would be laughing and giggling in some corners. Playing hide and seek with the customers

It's not the store is used to be. Shoes is a waste of time. Still good quality clothes and stuff for the house. Finding someone to pay is a pain. Cashiers are limited.

I was looking at mattresses with my friend how was looking to get a new one, the lady working there told us that the store wasn’t a place for loitering. Not a place I want to be in

Trustworthy and helpful staff! Big thank you to the staff in the men’s department for helping me find and recover my wallet. I was in a rush and left my wallet in the store. They checked the cameras, helped locate the wallet and returned it with $1000 cash still inside. Truly grateful for all of the help

Stopped to get fresh batteries for some watches. The service was Timely and friendly. No problems. Recommended.

The Bay is not the place it used to be. The store is in horrible shape and their is never anyone to help you.

What kind of a store doesn't have men's dress shirts (or any men's shirts) with chest pockets to tuck a mask into?

I had the best service that I've had in years by Mary! Great job. I purchased 3 pair of jeans when I was only looking to get one.

I went there and I was feeling and I sat on one of the mattresses.and a worker came up to me and said "you can't touch or sit on anything if your not gonna buy it "but she let other little kids sit and touch and jump on them horrible experience I'll take my money elsewhere thank you.

Huge variety of clothing and home goods. Always trustworthy when ordering online. If there is a problem the bay fixes it every time.

Nice merchandise. Store needed remodeling 5 years ago. Staff all need a major attitude adjustment. Feels like Sears about 4-5 years ago.

Girls section was very disorganized with poor selection. Men's area and others seemed to be in good shape. Central cash out areas have been helpful but staff should be better booked for that area. I was very happy with the service my friend received even while 6 of us waited in line. Quality staff are awesome no matter the time of the year. Also if they haven't done this yet they really need to fix the elevator message about going down because it sounds like going dead.

Who works here? Pricing on most items I ridiculous as is finding a cashier or employee to help you. Racks are over crowded and mismanaged.

In this day and age where retail stores are being shuttered due to ppl shopping online i would expect them to at the very least treat customers well. Horrible attitude, went in to shop for shirts. Spent 30 mins finding the right size and colour and after finally getting what i want when i go to checkout i find out all prices are incorrect. The excuse? Customers move stuff around. I have worked in retail and if things are moved we usually honoured the price as its the responsibility of the store to ensure proper placement and merchandising. On top of that attitude is through the roof. Granted it was closing time but there was barely any interest in even talking or cashing us out. Left all the stuff, went home and shopped online. Never will i return to the store again. 2 stars as one associate was helpful all others were completely disinterested in being there. One was even cussing out another co worker in front of us. Keep it up wont be long before this attitude manages to shut down this store as well.

Interesting. I went in to pick up make up products that I was low on from the Clinique counter. A staff came over from the Lancome counter to help me She was very nice. I asked if the Bay was cutting back on staff? Her answer was the Clinique staff were on break and another staff was coming in shortly so apparently my timing was off. No complaints just be aware depending on if you go to the cosmetic counters you may not get your usual representative from the line of make up you use. I am glad someone was there but prefer my Clinique representative.

Over the last year we made multiple attempts at the home department to make a purchase, they are either out of stock, staff cannot find the product or the products are so poorly displayed that you spend way too long locating what you need and you just give up and leave. Sadly if they keep this up this place will soon go out of business.

Loved the ambience, lot of brand categories to choose from. Really awesome place for shopping. Reasonable prices, keep an eye for black friday sales for more discounts.

Hudson's Bay for simply "the bay" is a large department store. I don't shop there much but when I have I've always had a good experience with staffwho are pretty knowledgeable about the products you are asking about and they always seem to have what I'm looking for so I can recommend the bay

Store is in desperate need of a renovation. Today we took my 90 year old grandmother to buy something on the gift registry for my cousin in Toronto. Unfortunately the gift registry person was unavailable and no one else knew how to complete the order. Ordered online from Royal Daulton instead for half the price. So disappointing.

The layout is awful and consistently doesn't have enough staff. Disappointing. I avoid the store at all costs and order online.

This store has the worst customer service! The store is in bad conditions needs renovations. Lower mens clothing level flooded and now has been closed. Looks like a dump! Shame on The Bay Company.

Wow ordered one time for pair of sheets, never thought l would ever of had this treatment, took so long for any tracking info then they were lost l had to contact canada post myself everytime l spoke to agent they were all from the Philippines took so long all this when my company was her horrible experience, ordered another pair of sheets from Amazon took a couple of days no hassle bye bye Hudson Bay forever

Old styles, prices missing on shelves in houseware dept, and nobody around to help in appliances! Don't waste your time!

Does anyone from Bay’s head office even know they have a store in Windsor. I can’t believe the shambles this store is in. What happened here? I keep hearing about how the basement flooded and they are renovating but that was almost 2 years ago. What’s the deal here? Does Windsor always have to have less than the others. The Bay in London at Whiteoaks is head and shoulders above Windsor. If you are reading this and not pleased with the state of The Bay in Windsor please write their customer service department via the HBC website. If we don’t let them know I fear they will close our store. Given that our Home Outfitters will close this year what will be left here in Windsor?
