A little disorganized sadly. Didn't have any men's pants below a 32 and not a great selection. I couldn't find any staff members to ask but because it's convenient I would come back

We bought a perfume from Bay and their behavior and morals were very bad. They didn't even ask us if we needed anything else. I am not at all satisfied with their behavior and will not buy from Bay again

I came here to buy something for my husbands birthday, and Maral in the mens department was very helpful. She helped me find the perfect sports suit for my husband who doesn’t have time to come into store. She was patient, kind and very helpful. Five stars just because of her!

I bought an l'occitane package for my aunt and the sales person named “Nazanin” was really nice and knowledgeable.it was an amazing deal as well.

Lots of good deals to be found. The quality at the Bay is always just that little bit better than what the other stores are offering, and so much better than Amazon stuff. For example they have lots if selection of towel colours in the bedding and bath area, and they all feel just that little bit more luxurious.

I love shopping at the Bay whether it's in person or online. The Newmarket location carries a nice variety of everything from fashions to home goods, and sales are held on a regular basis.

I went to buy a strips towel that is in the clearance as there were stacks in there. When I went to purchase it I was informed it wasn’t on sale.

Best place to buy perfumes, cosmetics, clothes and gifts. Also, I like the Hudson Bay Reward program

I am extremely disappointed in this company for the staff they hire, especially when they are labeled as managers. I unfortunately met a counter manager named Sherry which completely changed my perspective on the store and Clinique brand as a whole. The people you hire is a representation of your company and the brand they are selling. I have been buying Clinique products my whole life but the experience I had with Sherry who comes off as a bully makes me never want to support this brand. I am disappointed that a company of this statue and a brand as big as Clinique support employees with such negative behaviour.

This store is horrible and I use to shop here often but I stopped shopping here. One of the reason was the store manager rose who didn’t handle my complaint properly. I now shop at Nordstrom which sells better quality Clothing. Thank you rose for not handling my complaint properly now because of you I shop somewhere better.

Not the Hudson Bay Store of a couple of years ago. Used to buy nice clothes there at reasonable prices. Seems the intention is to go the way of other department stores. Close.

Scarborough town center store is so mean staff. But Newmarket store is very good place, easy to communicate the staff.

Was able to get in and out quickly and grab a pair of shoes. Staff was mostly busy talking amongst each other, so can't really rate the service except for the lady that checked us out at the end, who was pleasant.

I am floored! This is my 2nd visit in the last month at The Bay Newmarket and the service has been impeccable, extraordinary, refreshing so much so I decided after a decade to finally get a Bay points card because I’ll be coming back!

Customer service is horrible, the clothes customer service is very unprofessional.and they make you feel not important.sadly they need to work on their staff!

The staff at the men's jeans department should look at doing something else for employment. They have no desire for retail and seem like they don't wanna help customers or even be on the floor selling merchandise.

The bay really stepped up their game. Great prices. Service was amazing! They actually told me about what sales and promotions was available - like the US.

I was at The Bay shopping in the men’s department. The sale associate, Savannah, was very helpful in finding formals for my son. She went out of her way to help me find some prices and specific sizes in other departments. I am glad I stopped at Savannah’s cash register. Savannah was amazing in telling us about some amazing deals. She is a great customer service associate.

I visited Hudson's Bay today located in Upper Canada mall and was quite disappointed in the service recieved. Although they followed Covid-19 protocols, it was still the same service as before covid restrictions. Long wait times, slow lines and overall awful customer service. I will give it a rating up due to the cleanliness and organization of the store and for them following Covid protocols but their service is still terrible at the end of the day. A fix I would make to dismiss everything I said would be to hire more staff!

I wish I could give them 0 star! Today I was at this location in upper canada mall in MAC cosmetic counter as well as two weeks ago and was dealing with the same girl named "Elaina". Of course they don't like refund and I understand but I purchased a set of cosmetics online during lockdown and wanted to return because I bought a gift but no chance to give it to her, anyway at the first time the sale associate said this item is not what the receipt says which is not right the funny part is the way she was looking at the product shows that they don't even aware of what they carry in their small counter! After I came back home and checked all my purchases from MAC and I figured that this was a set so I took the other part with me to return today and this time she goes I cannot take it back because it has a white label on the barcode and I am not able to scan it, I replied this is how I got this item and they explanation was we cannot sell it if we take it back! Plus It means that they take used cosmetic and re sell it which is one more interesting point!
I cannot express the amount of stupidity, I have never heard excuses like that.
I have to mention that I used to work in Hudson's bay in Yorkdale mall in the past and I am kind of know what their policies are and how they have to handle customers. I give you one example, on that location we used to get some regular customers every week who had the habit of returning used stuff and we had to process the refund for them no questions asked!
In my case I wanted to return or exchange something that I never even touched but these people in this counter are not even taking care of their customers but also trying to be mean, the funniest part was even the manager who’s her name was "Dian "I believe, she was running to a meeting that's why she could not stay and talk to me to solve the problem! I even asked for store credit but they refuse doing that as well.at the end I asked to see the store manager and they replied that there is no store manager! It is unbelievable and funny to me as I have that working experience in other location.
Now I don't even want my money back if this company is that miserable I’ll let them enjoy but I am writing this review from my bad experience hoping someone who has authority sees it and figures what's going on in this location if not I Finlay will find the person in charge and will let them know about this situation, I am sure there are lots of people who have this problem with this shity customer service they provide in the MAC counter.

I had great service while look for Semi Formal Jumper. I bought a black velvet pant Jumper from Hudson's Bay at Upper Canada Mall for a function. It was the perfect outfit for the evening Gala for Ladies night out at an Arminian Church/Community Centre Ball Room. It was just the right amount of Semi Formal / Formal for the function. We had a blast. Plus the jewlery I put together with it made it more Formal enough for the function.

Excellent! Just wish you had longer hours to shop. It would be great to have the store open until 7 on Thursday and Friday!

Maral the customer service associate was fantastic. Very helpful while I was buying my suit. She had to multi task as staff was next to none. Great job Maral. The five stars are just for you!

The customer service on the womens wear floor is HORRIBLE. Specifically the lingerie and dresses section. Every time I've had to go TO THIS LOCATION there are two specific employees that are always MISERABLE AND RUDE. I usually shop online or go to the Eaton centre location- the service there is great

You want good clothes you pay for what you get this is the place to go and it's Canadian live a little overpriced are you find what you need recommended parole age

So this place is the most difficult place to shop for clothes. My experience was more like it was a clearance warehouse. The clothes were not organized, I couldn’t find anything that necessarily fit me properly and instead of being assisted by the staff they approached me to sell something, when I told them no I wasn’t interested they just walked away. It completely makes sense why companies like this are going out of business (ie Sears). I would expect Hudson Bay to be next.

Huge and as always have everything to please. Like this store especially in a season of sales, always can find good deals on quality staff.

There was no one on the floor. I saw someone organizing clothes thinking he worked there however, he was an associate from Guess. He was taking care of his product and doing a fantastic job

The clothes were very disorganized, garbage on the floor in the mens clothing section. I just thought it could have been cleaner.

I went to the store to buy Nespresso coffee machine. What an amazing experience! I had a pleasure to deal with Mahsa who went above and beyond in helping us to make the right decision. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products and promotions. Super friendly and nice. I will be definitely coming back.
