This place doesn't have same variety as the other malls but lots of furniture options and discount items. I looked in children's section and there were some good things. Items are brand and so a bit on the pricier side even after it being discounted. It's quieter store wasn't very busy and cash was helpful. There was new student staff that was being trained so it was bit slow service wise and needed to be patient. Overall good to browse.

I love visiting Hudson's bay generally in all other locations, but in this location it's so hard to find sale associates to help you out with questions and checkouts. Specially the 2 ladies in Fragrances and beauty sections are so unapproachable. They'll give you the dirtiest look so you would rather not bother going near them. Customer service here is unsettling.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I bought a $337.00 Seiko watch from this location. I was overseas two weeks after purchasing this watch, and the pin came out while I was adjusting it to the overseas time. When I got back from my trip, I went back to this store, and was told that I needed to go to another location on Sherway to have the watch repaired. I went to Sherway, as recommended, and the technician sent be back to the store explaining that this was a manufacture defect, and the store has to give me a replacement as part of the warranty. This store still would not honour the warranty, and the manager was not helpful at all. They then told me to contact Seiko, I have called, left messages, and even went to their store location where there is a sign on their window saying they're. Now I am stuck with a broken, expensive watch, and no one can give me a proper answer on what to do. Please, next time, buy your watch from a watch store or from Amazon. You have lost a customer in me.

Firstly if i could leave a negative rating id give it negative 5 stars. The blatant rude nature of staff is atrocious. As for the manager "gloria" if that is even her name this women should be demoted to store toilet cleaner. Totally unqualified to deal with people absolutely nasty person. I attended this location on the 22nd of nov and saw sales signs everywhere which said "WE MATCH ALL COMPETITORS PRICES. " I wanted a levis sherpa jacket and they happened to have my size i tried the jacket on and proceeded to see they sell the jacket for over 60 dollars more than levis itself. I went to the front waited in line for 45 mins and spoke with several staff which apparently all said they werent sure if they price match? I jokingly showed them the sign.to which they said oh well it has to be our competitor? I then told them it was levis i also showed them a valid canadian listing price and they proceeded to call the wonderful gloria who was about as nasty as they came. She began to make excuses saying the signs dont matter etc and it says all but it really means some. I didnt want to argue so i contacted head office they in fact sided with me and told her she must match the price. She then reluctantly said ok proceed with the transaction but made some pompous comment under her breath and walked away.to which i responded with customer service like that its no wonder why hudsons bay has but 2 locations left in ontario she became upset and then said not to do the transaction. Her staff apologized and said i was correct however they cant do it because she has final say and they dont want to deal with her. Well congrats hudsons bay you have about the worst manager ive encountered with a serious attitude issue. Managers should respect the buying customer not insult them and walk away if you voice a concern. Also why are you selling the same item as levis itself but for 60+ dollars above msrp. Also dont post signs which say you match "all competitor" prices when youre uncertain as to the usage of the word "all" terrible customer service horrible experience the only consolation is this store is a few returns away from being liquidated. Buy elsewhere, unless of course youre into being disregarded disrespected and ignored.in that case this is the store for you ask for "gloria" lol

Today Sales associate Jyoti failed to acknowledge us or ask if we like the mattress we had purchased from her on September 3rd, 2022 for over $1000. It did not matter if we spoke in English and Hindi on September 3rd. We went to the store today to shop for another mattress but she treated us like new customers. I guess repeat customer did not matter to her. We were not impressed with her manners and decided to walk out.

This signage in this store is very poor. They need to walk the floor with the eyes of a customer. Their signs had me do 3 U-turns trying to get to the elevator. I had to ask for directions and the associate was nice and took the standard three steps in the direction of my destination. I appreciated her help but, I expect better from The Bay.
The aisles were super wide which was nice to see. I'm not sure if they are taking accessibility seriously or they are just low on stock. Overall this location would not be my first choice for my next visit.

Clean and very nice ambiance. But every thing seems overpriced.
Perfumes and makeup are always at good deals.

Worst Bay ever, the furniture department lady is fooling us for a month. We bought a furniture and there is missing piece. They dont pick up the call. The whole team in furniture department need to be replace. The dont care about customer. They dont pick up the phone. I am disappointed with bay.

I visted this location once a month but Employee name Lily, i believe thats her name is very unprofessional as always i thought it was one time thing but no she is very rude not helpful at all dont listen to customer needs just wants to talk, lazy and deliver very bad customer service which make me think twice now to actually go and visit this location. I hope management will do something about her.

Hudson Bay is one of my favorites store. This one at Woodbine Mall has a bit less options than the Downtown store but still is super good. Staff is amazing good here.

It's good place to buy a cloth but it's little expensive. For the boys they not have much but for the girls 75% is allocated to their cloth
