Hudson's Bay

While I was waiting in line to purchase a pair of shoes, one of the managers was giving an employee such a hard time about things he had done incorrectly on a previous transaction. She was incredibly rude to him and criticized him in front of the entire lineup, which I thought was incredibly inappropriate. The poor guy was clearly new and doing his best. No one should be spoken to like that, or embarrassed in public. It was awful.

- The staff here is always super nice and approachable.:)
- Their stock and selection are comprehensive and large — comparable to Hudson's Bays in the GTA.
- I appreciate that they sometimes don't play music (possibly unintentionally). It makes my shopping experience less stimulating.
- The store's vibe is meh (old and worn out).
- I love that they host a Zeller's.
- Overall, excellent!

The associate approached us asking if we needed help. Found what we were looking for and checked us out.

Went looking for a new duvet.
Bought two, both on sale.

As i have buy the purse from there hudson bay from other store and i went to the cambridge store and when i go and talk with them they didnt even look into the purse and they were like we cant help you coz you buy the purse 5 months ago she didnt even look into the matter and she just keep saying i cant help you i cant help you and i went to other store in kitchner they helped me and even look into the matter and they tried their best to help me out if she manager then its her responsibility to give proper guidance to the customer

I went to this location looking for a pair of heels for my university graduation, which I am very proud of (studying neuroscience and microbiology is NOT easy!). I had very specific requirements: 4.75 inches, black colour, leather and NOT suede fabric, and preferably under $100. Not only did this they have a horrible selection, but the manager was so rude! (keep in mind I am a young woman of colour). I get the vibe that they're the type to play favourites. I can't imagine how poorly the employees are treated, given my experience with my short interaction!

The Hudson's Bay in the Cambridge Centre mall has Zellers on the upper floor and its awesome

Zeller's is on the second floor, and the prices are not bad, its just pretty small, it should take over the whole second floor but Hudson Bay still has an area on the second floor so it could be confusing.

They have a large collection of dresses in different price ranges. They do have jackets, makeup items and garment related products.

Overall great experience. Abin customer service in men's dept a great help and very easy to work with to find product for my hisband

A little disappointed in zellars layout. Thought it would have dedicated floor not just a few aisles.

Awesome store and location. Great selection and the store is always kept clean and organized.

Used to love this store but I went with my mom last week and we both thought it was awful.

Went to check out the new zellers. Didn't buy anything but it was better than what I thought.

Went to check out the Zellers pop-up, and was not disappointed. Lots of stock, staff, and people.

Edited to add: poor quality of the Zellers items. Bought the baby teethers and they became disfigured after the first time in the sterilizer and bought the children's velcro fruit set and the velcro came off after the first use. What a waste of $25.

Hudson’s Bay is a really nice store there is a lot of selection for clothing and they have cologne, perfume and makeup products. I personally like the Zellers that was just put in on the second floor. I definitely recommend checking out this store!

The collection here at this location isn't good. The one at Fairway mall has been options and has good collection.

Went to see the Zellers store. Soooo disappointed. The racks of not sold cloths from the bay.nothing like old store. Look like Hudson bay just with Zellers sign. Will no go back.

Alltime favorite. Always an organized festive place to shop around. Now zeller's added extra favor into it
