I am extremely disappointed with the Bay When we purchased online from the Bay website it did not indicate that we infact were actually purchasing from a 3rd party seller. When the items came and were not what we thought they would be my husband drove to the Bay stood in the line for 35 minutes only to be told that the Bay would not be able to refund the returned boxed items because even though the payment shows it is the Bay it is actually another seller that the Bay sells through. Now try and reach that seller is a feat in itself. You can only reach them by email and in order for the goods to be returned they can only be shipped at our expense to their lication. For us to drive them there would only cost about $20.00 dollars in gas and 1 hour driving time which we wouldn't mind doing, however they will not allow that they want us to pay the estimated $60.00 shipping fee and once they recieve them would them would then decide on the refund and also may deduct the restocking fee. This is not how the Bay use to treat customers. Let this be a buyer beware for those who think they are shopping on line at the Bay web site when infact it is false advertising because you pay the Bay and think that is who you are dealing with when infact it is a 3rd party seller.
The bay is leasing an area to a beauty place named NYMC they are using people with no experience providing service to people and when they cause problems due to their mistakes they suggest that they buy items from them scam scam
I literally love customer service by keshav at this source location, the way he deal customer seems like he have alot of patience and experience in this field (one of my best customer service in canada) He went beyond for helping you, Really thankful keshav will visit again
I love the fact they have more brands now but they don't much selection or sizes. Also it's difficult to find someone to actually help you in the store.
Great sales that they call baydays. Great selection of lots of different brands for all ages. I like how they have the men's on the second floor separate from the ladies and kids on the first floor and cashier's on both.
I love Hudson Bay overall, however this new style of moving all the cash registers into one location per floor is not the greatest idea. You wait too long and people just jump in in front of you.
This place is a joke went for a dress shirt and the girl who helped me if that's what you call it clearly did not like her job and clearly did not want to be there
Worst store ever! I ordered a sandal and they cancel the order as the item was out of stock.they literally wanted me to wait a whole month for my refund.ordered again and I return the item and it's been 30 days and I still can't receive my refund. HUDSON BAY YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A DOLLAR MORE FROM ME. AND THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE WORKING AS REPRESENTATIVES DONT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING. EVERYTIME I CALL REGARDING MY REFUND I HEAR A DIFFERENT STORY!
I went in and didn't buy anything. I was interested in the handbags section, but they didn't have much. Due to Covid a lot have been limited. I was disappointed and left.
Very polite staff members, everytime you visit bay and just have good experience. Which make you want to visit them more for your shopping needs. I would suggest to visit them. Theres alot ample parking available so not a problem for you to park and shop and besides you do not need to go in the shopping centre as well because this is on the outside of the centre
Large selection of brand names. The presentation of the store is quite messy. Could be due to the traffic of the mall. Store seems to be understaffed as well.

I hadn't shopped here for a while and was shocked at how much the store had declined. There was nothing but clearance racks jammed all over the place with no organization whatsoever. What a disappointment.
NEVER will I shop at this store! Purchased an order online, selected "next day" shipping (20.00 fee). Order was confirmed money was taken off my visa, a WEEK later got a confirmation that it will be delivered with in the next couple days. I sent customer service a message about the disappointment and misleading information they provided me on December 6th 2019. Got a response back on December 20th letting me know they were doing a system update. (very poor excuse). Messaged them back in regards to my disappointment got my delivery 7 business days later and could of selected regular shipping FOR FREE if I had known. One item wasn't delivered and took another week for the refund to come onto my card. AND STILL to this day am waiting for a response back from them since December 21st!
Poor customer service In Bramalea city Centre. Kept waiting in shoe section for more then 30 mins. No one came for help and when finally they did it was a rude experience.
Decent selection and typically has common clothing sizes. Finding an open checkout sometimes means walking around the entire store and there is generally 3-4 people already waiting so check out times can be lengthy.
Chanel station was terrible service and just show the boxing day, I went to buy perfume and cream as gift (4 perfume and two cream all chanel) no wrap as gift, but the other customer in front of me bought one box and he got a very nice wrap as gift and I looked at mine 923$ nothing just place in a bag that all. I just realized that the store don't me. For past five always buy perfume as gift and never get wrap one?
Bit expensive. The tag shows 40% off on the aisle but fine print shows not on price ending with 99 cents. Kind of sales pitch doesn't look pleasant when cashier reveals that at the register.
Never trust on them. Big scammer. They do not Honor the price that they posted.never ever buy from them from now onwards and please avoid their online shopping.
Today's flash sale on shirts seemed very valuable $19.99 for nice Tommy Hilfiger shirts. But the wait in the line to pay for any merchandise was a long one. I was in the store for 35-40 monutes: 7-10 minutes to find the right shirt size and other 20-25 to pay for it. There was not too much variety either but I was looking for a white buttons down: which they did not have.
I had a men's return without a receipt. Main entrance customer service told me my refund was $37.00 on the $75.00 men's shirt. I told her I didn't agree. I proceeded to the second floor at the men's department and they refunded $60.00, based on sale price and no receipt. I returned the shirt and received store credit of $60.00. On my way out I passed by the first Service desk I went to and told the cashier of my $60.00 refund in men's wear. She was short with me and not professional.
