I have been coming here for 30 years. A staple. Great customer service and you can always find everything you need here. I love the Bay!

Ordered a Jacket and scarf online through the app and the payment was already deducted. Went for the pickup and was told that scarf was available and the jacket has been sold out.
I don’t understand if i already bought something how can they give it to someone else. The customer service says they cannot do anything and i am not a person which creates a seen because of a jacket in the store. Just avoid the store at least for online pickups because they do not care about customer’s time.

Ralph Lauren men department is a joke for customer care - totally unprofessional, lacking basic interest for customer needs. I had to come back to resolve an issue they have created for me and didn't hear a word of sorry! The assistant literally said 'is it all? ' at the end. Not what one would expect from a Hudson Bay and a shame for RL brand experience. Disgrace.

Amazing selection and helpful stall especially in the children’s department and Olsen clothing.

I have noticed that the service here has declined significantly. Not the fragrance and cosmetic department, but the lower floor and upper floors. Older women are in service stations servicing customers and they keep ignoring people in line to purchase products. That is not a good service mentality. The oldest surviving company in the world has to do better.

Expensive items from high end fashion can be found here, go in with the mentality that 'if you need to look at the price tag.you probably can't afford it'. If you have a scent sensitivity, be prepared to be strong perfume from this store.

If you have a store in one of the most successful shopping malls in the world it should not be allowed to slide into this level of disrepair the store looks like it has not been renovated since 1994

Smells like perfume and nail polish. I hate the smell when i walk into this store. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

While the doors are open, there are no staff or open cashiers. I was only one of seven women nearby who got fed up and just dropped our unsold items on abandoned cashiers. As I was leaving another customer told me there was a cash open two floors up, but with a huge lineup. I don’t think so, thanks.

Great place with a wide selection of brands and styles. Staff at the cash out desks could be faster.

Conveniently located at yorkdale mall easily accessible via metro/ bus through yorkdale station.
Huge collection of clothings.

Good place to shop some good brands. During covid there is minimal ground support to guide, but quite a few items on sale to clear off old stock and get new ones. Perhaps a good time to buy things for ones who wish to shop now. Good offers on watches like citizen and Seiko too.

Absolute worst experience of my life attempted curbside pick up wouldnt accept my card online then customer service gave me the run around and told me to try paypal once i did order wasnt recieved and had to wait 1 month for my refund. Do your self a favour go to holy renfrew tbh even shoppers drug mart.

Ordered a chair end of December 2020. It was meant to be fulfilled in store March 9. Tomorrow will be 2-months post fulfillment date (5 months total) and at least 7 attempts to reach out to customer service. Customer service has no idea when my chair will come in or even where it is. Every time I call the store no one answers the phone. C’mon Hudson’s Bay, I expected better from an established brand like yours. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. I want my order.

The store itself is a good place to shop. Well-stocked up and a little bit pricey. But there are good deals especially online. However, they got my online orders wrong twice in a row. The customer service department does not keep their word. They promised me a gift card for the hassle but none came. I wasn't able to refund the delivery fee for the wrong order sent to me. They just ask acknowledge your complaints but ignore you after. Bad customer service for such a big company like theirs.

I remember Hudson Bay as more hmm what's the word.helpful? We shopped today, we tried to find a sales associate.no luck.or.thats not department. I know there is covid and maybe less staff but why open of you can't help your customers? All in all we found what we were looking for (alone) and we still enjoy the store.

My perfect shopping experience was somewhat ruined by a associate refusing to provide me with a perfume sample. You would think that after being closed for month, the associates, who are commission based, would go above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer service to make sure they get as many returning customers as posdible.

Best clothes are sold here they have a huge collection of apparels and at a reasonable prices most of the times you always find a discount day but but if you can wait for their bay day

Make sure to show the item to the buyer before she checks out so you both know that it is brand new. My friend bought foundation from your store the other day, out of excitement she opens it as soon as she got home and to her surprise, the item is already used! She had to go back to your store to have it replaced but instead of accommodating her, your worker accused her of switching the item without evidence or even investigating. If that worker wasn't the same person who assisted my friend when she bought it then she should have checked it first with her co-workers what happened. Accusing someone of theft needs concrete proof which obviously your worker didn't bother to take a look into. This is indeed a great example of what poor customer service is.

The Bay is a good store to shop at to get almost anything you need for the home. The prices are good. You have to look around for staff usually.

You are receiving 5 stars because of Joseph only. Joseph was the 2nd associate to assist me. The 1st associate appeared disinterested in providing any sort of service. He was dismissive when I was asking for assistance. Told him of the sale prices I saw online he told me there were no prices like that HOWEVER, when he directed me over to the other associate (btw.where he sent me there were only mannequins there) I eventually found Joseph and low and behold the items were on sale.

Sadda a YSL perfume representative who is a amazing female with a waterfall of knowledge about scents. Her advice and suggestions were on point and incredible. I hope she prospers more and best of luck.

Very clean store with a great selection of products! Staff is great in this location. Probably the best Bay left in Toronto

I had a very bad experience here last month. I went here to buy a foundation from Estèe Lauder, got home only to find out it was used! I went back to exchange it and told the lady what happened, she said to give her a moment then proceeded to tell me she can't give me the exchange as the foundation's serial number doesn't match what's in the box. I told her that when I opened the box, that same USED foundation was inside and the worker, her name is Heidi, said that, "There's no way this can happen. If it's from the drawer, this can never happen" But it did! And I don't remember the worker helping me before getting it from the drawer because she left me for a bit. The whole time I was explaining to Heidi, she was shaking her head and acting as if to say I'm lying. So I asked, "Are you trying to imply that I switched it? " She answered with, "Yeah that's what it looks like" I asked for a manager or the worker who was helping me before and the worker came back and exchanged it for me. I sent them an email and the general manager along with a picture of my uber/lyft trips that cost $46 meaning that I have no intention of doing what Heidi accused me of. I'm not wasting my TIME and my MONEY to uber and lyft because I'm in a hurry to get there before they close as it happened between 7: 40pm-9pm just so I can scam a $50 foundation. Note that I spent almost $200 at Hudson's bay. If I was trying to scam a foundation, I would never spend that much. IF YOU GUYS WANT TO SHOP HERE, PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT BEFORE LEAVING. I just wanted to get what I paid for, and an almost empty foundation is not it.

I haven't been here since last Christmas but I found there to be a decent amount of sale items, which is nice prior to the holidays as opposed to afterward:)

If you are searching for a suit i HIGHLY recommend going to Binh in the suit department. He is a savor, has exquisite taste, and his service goes beyond the call of duty. You will never feel imposed to purchase a suit from him. He has exceptional taste that will certainly help u find the suit you have been dreaming of.

This is one of my favorite The Bay locations, it is large, has more than a few levels of shopping. It's selection is one of the largest in the GTA. They have an entire floor of just perfumery. The men's section is also quite large and I do all my husband's shopping here as well.

The only Hudson’s bay with no one to help you out when you need to try shoes. I always go to this location and it’s always the same every time I go to shoe section

All brands at great deals, definitely cheaper than the individual stores of the same brand at the mall

Stop by once in a while.but little changes here! Good place to browse.sometimes decent bargains? But it’s beginning to look like a warehouse store? Nice employees.

Buying items such as watches/jewelries, perfumes, clothings etc, you can be assured of the quality and authenticity of their product.

Got to sample a New perfume. To die for. La vie Est Belle, Lancome. Gonna have to get that one, wrap it, go down my chimney and deliver it to myself

This Hudson’s Bays located in Yorkdale mall so their collection is amazing and the staff works here, they are really satisfying!

Returned a pair of shoes I bought online, ordered black patent leather but received purple suede which I already have. Return was hassle free.

Great selection of clothing but employees dont even come to help you out. They instead just stand around and talk by the cash register.

I'd love to spend my money here if someone would even acknowledge my existence. The shoe department is horrendous. Walked out with no purchase even though I waited nearly half an hour. There us not even anyone to stop for help.
