Hudson's Bay

The bay has resilient products. Good perfumes for sure. Good line of makeup. I shop there on occasion.

Nice place, decent selection still, but I heard the store is closing in the future thanks to impacts from covid?

I absolutely love The Bay. They have a phenomenal amount of choices when it comes to footwear, clothing, accessories, skincare, cosmetics, men's, ladies and children's wear the list goes on and on.
The bay also possesses a large variant in pricing so there is something to suit anyone's budget. Even with a low budget the clothing options are fantastic. It will surprise you to see such great quality. Once you shop there you won't want to shop anywhere else.

Of course, I definitely recommend The Hudson's Bay to friends and family.

We had only one item we needed. Got it and went around mens dept. Good sales. The Covid Protocol was completely followed with questions and sanitizer

Best Department Store for Fragrances, Deodorants, plus great quality clothing as well. Don't forget your HBC Blanket, it makes you a distinctive Canuck!

Wife and I used this store to enter into the mall. Very pleasant woman greeted us at the entrance. Used their washroom and browsed their mattress area (going to need one soon). Wide selection.
Gentleman on their second floor was nice, as well, as we exited into the mall area. Been years since we've been to this mall (live in Cambridge where all we need is available there).
All in all we both had a wonderful time checking out this store and the attached mall.
Treated ourselves to fancy chocolate and refreshing drinks.
Wonderful attention to COVID-19 awareness. Come to expect lineups for various stores due to limits on number of customers. Never really a problem though.
Be consious of social distancing. Wash/disinfect hands after handling products and always wear your mask when in public. All should be fine following these guidelines.

Social distancing measures were clearly labeled with lots of arrows on the floor. The store is bright and clean. They had big fans running for ventilation. There was still one dressing room open for trying on clothes. It was easy to find a customer service employee for help. I received friendly service. I found out you can order an item online if the size it isnt available in the store to ship to your address with no extra shipping charge. The only downside is sometimes it can take awhile to purchase your items at checkout due to lineups

Everyone knows what is Hudson bay store, but for you guys who don't know, you can find some awesome stuff for more than reasonable prices plus I think this is only store who sales a Canadian Olympic team clothing and accessories!

I had the best experience at The Bay, I was looking for a new skin care line and had an amazing Associate help me with the Guerlain line.
I absolutely love it!

Awesome store. The best quality items from clothing to household items, such as towels and linens.
Their men's clothing area is always neat and organized with a excellent selection of clothes.

Was told the store closed at 6pm instead of 7pm like the rest of the mall. I quickly proceeded to the cashier and then was directed away from the entrance to the rest of the mall. There were several workers nearby that could have let the remaining shoppers out but instead forced us out of the buildings entrance on a rainy day to walk outside and around back into the mall. Deplorable customer service really unacceptable when all they had to do was open the mall exit to let us out.

A medium size Store front. Inside CF limeridge. Good selection of Hudson's Bay strips items. Found the Women shoe department very small.

Staff is very helpful. The store I would say needs some face wash.

Parking is plenty, accessible.

Was ok but it ticks me off when big signs say 50% off all bath wear and after landing on a kimono I was going to purchase was told it had a price ending in 99 cents so the sale doesn't apply. Cmon, get in the game or get out.

The Bay is usually quite pricey, but they have awesome sales. Go when you need/want something and 'tis on sale.

Just what you would expect from a super conglomerate. Though it could use some minor redecorating, something newish perhaps. Great prices as always!

Located in the Limeridge Mall this store offers modern selection and design with excellent quality service and prices. Love that they have plus sizes. Plenty of parking near the multiple entrances.

They variety of all brand. However, price speaks up the sky that you can't reach. I know brands are expensive, but even on sale, they keep the price too high. Even on boxing day sale.

Whatever you need, clothes, house appliances, gifts, etc. This is the place to go. Wide range of brands and prices to suit your style and needs. Nice staff and wide variety of options are only two of the perks of this store. Like it very much and will continue to buy here.

My favourite store. I go there often for my clothes and boots and shoes. Always check the bay first. Also love all the iconic stripes merchandise:)

What a nightmare I ordered something online and they told me they had it and then they didn't take my email address down properly and I had to call back days later waiting to see if my product was in of which they told me that it wasn't available anymore and I had to go to another store.when I went to another store I was online waiting for somebody to answer my questions for 55 minutes before somebody finally came on and tried to wash everything over with a $50 gift card which I was not interested in Hudson's Bay you've been around for a long time but why now you got a lot of catching up to do when it comes to customer service

I like the quality of many of the things sold in this store, but they are under-staffed. It's difficult to find assistance, if you have questions.
I must say, IF you do find a clerk, they are very helpful. That did happen ONCE in my past 6 visits.

Hudson bay is a good quality store. Not many left. They carry a fair number of brands. I fund their prices on high side but frequently have sales. Especially around Christmas time.

Do not get their credit card. It is by Capital One and the customer service is all based in the Philippines. They all read from a script and have fake first names assigned to them that they give out when you call. It is extremely frustrating as there are limits to the English words that they understand. In addition, you will be waiting on the phone for hours to speak to a manager. I am convinced they do not have managers because they put you on hold or hang up on you when you ask to speak to a manager. In addition, there is NO online contact for customer service! You have to use the phone number and waste so much time getting frustrated. Do not sign up for the credit card.

Great Customer service! It was very busy and we had some very old gift cards that we got from our wedding and got misplaced. Well we recently came across them and we're devastated that we hadn't used the gifts we received. The wonderful lady at the counter helped us patiently and kindly to reinstate the cards and even transfered them all on to one card. She never once made us feel like we were waisting her time or annoying her at such a busy time!

It's always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They sell great products at reasonable prices.

This Hudson's Bay Store is at Limeridge Mall. This Store needs a update. Great place to get Men's dress shirts when they are on sale. Lots of parking outside.

If you need comfy stylish furniture look no further than Hudson's Bay home. I have yet to walk into an AFFORDABLE home furnishing store in Hamilton that actually has good looking stuff. Lots of mid century inspired pieces and frequent promotions. Sales associates at this location go above and beyond to serve you which will make your shopping experience so pleasant

Same as ever.it's all here. Just a little more than I had intended to spend though on just about all of it.

If you're looking to shop in the men's wear department, be prepared, the staff is NOT HELPFUL. Oct. 19,2pm I went in looking to buy a suit, looked around and didn't see any. There were two young men in the Dept.chatting together. I approached them and asked "do you sell suits". One of them pointed to a rack, which displayed jackets on one side and pants on the other, and then turned and walked away now chatting about a hockey game. There were no other customers in the department, this was their chance to engage and make a sale, but no they just walked off. Looking through the jackets, which were not sequenced by size, and realized I didn't know my size. I approached them again and asked, "do you have a tape measure". He said yes, let a lengthy silence pass, and finally said, "I'll get it for you". A few minutes later he handed it to me and walked back to talk hockey with his colleague, leaving me with the task of measuring my own chest. If this is the level of service the Bay plans to provide, instead of two salesmen, employ 1 stock person, teach her/him how to properly display merchandise by size, and lower the prices!

The Bay has very few sale items in stock. Very disappointing. Especially their Adidas Nike Levi line. Dont carry much product for any size over 12 or medium. The store is dumpy and a mess. The staff us not customer focused and teeters on rude.except for 1 girl in lingere. She was great.

It was a good experience. Rita and the ladies in the Womans Dept. Gave me good service. I bought 2 bathing suits and a beautiful girls glitter design t-shirt & mauve shorts for Taitym. They are pretty and my fave color

What's the point of having a phone number if no one answers the phone.

I just hung up on 22 minute phone call that consisted of me navigating through the directory, the phone ringing 12 times (I counted, had to keep myself occupied somehow) then getting booted back to the directory when no one answered. I ended up driving to the store and the lady I spoke to at the desk just said they have the volume turned down on the phone so they often don't hear it ringing. I think there's a pretty easily solution to that.

I feel like a lot of people avoid Hudson's Bay this thinking it's overpriced, or they only sell designer stuff etc etc Every single time I've go into this store, I usually find something I like, as well as it being on sale for ridiculously less than the retail pricing. For me, they have the best options in pants, Im 6'4" and my legs are rather long so pants can be an issue but at the Bay I always find the proper length no matter what!

There is a lot of staff here and good options, however I could really complain about the prices as it is quite expensive even for a simple shirt.

Would come back here but only occasionally.

Really great deals on premium brands that you can't find elsewhere (unless you want to buy potential knockoffs offs on Ebay which take three months to get to you). Service is a bit scarce but the goods speak for themselves.

The worst company ever and they lied to me so many times when i ordered custom made furniture, it is a long story but i advise you all, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Staff not at the cash register. Stock is a mess. No staff at fitting rooms. Paint is peeling. Carpets are more stains than carpet. And just filthy in general.

It's a lovely and clean store as usual. I found a man's shirt that I wanted, quick and affordable. The cashier was very nice, she enquired if I had the right sleeve length which I wasn't even aware of. That was awfully nice of her.

I'd give a zero star if a could couch was to be delivered this morning between 8-11 am driver called at 8 saying he was in his way. Called back 5 mins later that he was lost. Gave him directions. Drivers response was oh no 20 mins away i have to be in Niagara falls. So its 12: 20 as i write this review no couch no word on when i might get a couch i have already paid in full for. Monday is a holiday so im guessing no earlier than Tuesday. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS FAMILY OR WORST ENEMY.

The Bay is a good store however the jewellery and watch repair hours could use some tweaking. It doesn't open until an hour after the store opens on Sundays. Very inconvenient
