Wonderful staff I had trouble finding some items and I get anxious easily but the staff was very understanding with me and kind. BTW: End of winter SALES! Lots of beautiful items for all your beauty, fashion, and household needs!

We went to Hudsons Bay for finding my brother's engagement ring size. We were amazingly assisted by Riz. She made my brother try different sample rings and gave us suggestions for ring sizes. Very happy with the easygoing services. She Made our day.

Hardly any sales assistants to help with queries. You have to go to the otherend of the floor to the cashier to find an answer. That too you will be lucky to find one! This is the case with most of the Bay showrooms.

Always very welcoming and tons of great stuff! Ever time I go, there's something new. Sales galore

Was looking for suits for men, no inventory for that. But did like the free samples for cologne and good place to get gifts for Mother’s Day.

I love the items but the store is so all over the place. It needs to be reconfigured to have mens all in one area and women s etc you feel you walk in circles for hours and still cannot find things, z love the clothing lines etc but the organizationis terrible

I still like the store. Their professionalism is not like it used to be. The staff look like they’re in their comfy-clothes.

If you don’t reinvent yourself you’ll not be in business in 7 years.

The Bay is awesome as always! Good selection! The men's department associates are attentive and engaging. The men's shoe department associates.not so much!

Took way to long in line. 50 employees doing nothing standing around at checkout while this poor girl had to take care of everything smh.

The Bay has long been my go to for cosmetics as they are the only offering the full bonuses still. Their selection and prices on quality clothes are excellent and the sale and clear out prices can't be beat especially with the quality of workmanship. I highly recommend checking out the end of season shoes, boots and clothing.
Given the history of Hudson's Bay going back to fur trading times this store needs to be protected and honored by Canadians as it as stood the test of time, surpassing so many others!

If you want to exclude some brands from a coupon, why don't you just state those brands on the coupon then? It's such a waste of time and disappointment when you spent an hour shopping for your favorites then found these brands don't apply to the coupon. I was told to go through the list on the website, that's ridiculous I don't have the time to do so.

Store is so pretty with all the Christmas decorations. Staff is kind, pleasant, in ladies wear, cashier served with a smile

Good sales on now for children's cloths and shoes for every member of your family. Staff are so helpful.

Not too great this visit. I was specifically looking for women's leather gloves. Pretty well sold out in two locations. Is this a sign of rough times ahead? We can't plan to purchase winter wear after Christmas? This was not confined to The Bay stores either. I searched many stores in White oaks mall also, to no avail.

There are no shopping carts or baskets available so any longer shopping trips are arduous as you have to carry everything around with you.

Love the staff at this particular destination. This stores inventory pails in comparison to the one on Bay Street in Toronto. But the staff here are helpful, courteous, and always pleasant.

From the moment I walked in the door the greater at the door was short and snotty when I asked her a question.
I just had a return 2 items from shopping online I went to store to return.customer service (sales clerk) was rude and unwelcoming, had zero personality. You'd think after being stuck @ home for what 2 months for shut down staff would be thrilled to have their jobs back. I was 4th inline the other 4 were buying things so it had nothing to do with my return, she was the same way with other customers.at a time when we all needed a little normacy you'd think she could of tried to be polite.
She has a very distinctive look, I will know to avoid her next time if there's a next time.

The register was closed in the department we were in. Had to go to another one to check out. The sales guy there was very friendly and patient

This place is the most unprofessional store I've seen in my entire life. I was shopping yesterday evening I was browsing for clothes prior to making a return. While browsing I heard conflict with what appeared to be a manager and a younger associate. The associate had tears streaming down her face and the manager said "Do you see my face right now, I am extremely upset" (The manager was probably just mad because the associate wasn't selling enough of their credit cards). The associate walked off crying after this conversation. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional. In no way should a manager have such an intense conversation with their employees while customers are around. A conversation like this should be held privately. A few minutes later I saw the younger employee again, her eyes were red and looked like she had been crying. Despite what had just happened to her she greeted me with a smile on her face and offered to help me with my return. I feel so sorry for that poor associate and the manager should be ashamed for how she handled such a situation. I will never be returning to that toxic environment again.

I don't know what's going on at The Bay nowadays but the staff is attentive the deals are everywhere and it just feels good to shop. How strange is that! It's just nice to walk around like the old days talking with sales peeps, trying on stuff. I think I hate online shopping now. Make the time and you'll agree it's a social thing. It's just really really nice.

Great if you're looking for something for an old lady, really they should move to the 21st century.

Awesome location, found some great deals, prefer this location more than the White Oaks, customer service is great as well

I was.initially just passing through but ended up buying a Christmas gift, good deal. I was able to identify a couple customer service reps and got directions to my purchase.

I did all my shopping here with great staff assistance. Keep this icon alive with good quality products and great selection.

They have a customer service problem. The woman at the service counter would not let me return a mens shirt I had given as an xmas gift. She said the shirt had been worn (it wasn't) and proceeded to meticulously go over the wrinkles and lack of a tag and pointed to something which she inferred, could be a stain. I am an honest person. I was made to feel very uncomfortable with many people around and the very blatant and accusatory manner with which I was confronted with was kind of shocking. I have been shopping here since I was 16, I am now a senior. I asked for the manager and the apology was along the lines of sorry but this is how we do things. The shirt was returned, but not cordially. Goodbye Hudsons Bay.

Staff aren't always the most pleasant, and their changing rooms are pretty gross honestly. The sales at the peak times of year can be amazing, so keep your eye out here for deals for sure.but customer service is consistently outclassed by stores selling product less than a quarter the price.

Went there tonight to have some links put back into my brand new watch and the person that does this was gone. The only person that can do this is gone? Before the store closes? ! The watch counter has its one hours. Soooo weird and annoying. Train more than one person and have someone there open to close. It isn't rocket science. There should ALWAYS be someone in EVERY department. So now I have to make another trip to the mall.

This location's hours are never accurate and i end up wasting a trip out. This location's displays are also dated compared to other locations.

Many of their discount racks on Black Friday were misleading with a sale price sign on display or a percentage off and come to find out that much on that rack or table was not included when you checked out. The name brand would.match even but would not have the discount. Not how a company like that should be doing business.

Plenty of clotting choices with discount sales almost daily; aisles are roomy; free and spacious parking.

It just sells clothes and cosmetics so it isn't a real department store; just a good clothing store.

Great staff and excellent sales! Lots of variety in clothing and housewares. One of our favourite stores.

Did not find what I was looking for.everything was very unorganized and the lady was not eager to help.

Charlotte was amazing and helped my daughter and I very well. If not for her we wouldn't have known there were options available in tje women's clothing department.
You better hang on to that associate Hudson's Bay!

I had a hard time finding staff to provide service and when I did she was so rude that I put my items back and left the store. I won't be going back.
