Standard parking lot. Can be very expensive during peak periods.

Impark is a rip-off. The signage in some lots is terrible - ambiguous if the parking is to be paid for or not - and you'll get a ticket for $74. Most times in Hamilton there is street parking or a Green P in walking distance. Chances are Impark (owned by the Teachers Pension Plan) is renting land from developers who are sitting on valuable land in downtown Hamilton and doing nothing useful with it.

This parking lot is located on James St. S beside The Medical Arts bldg. The lot is clean and well maintained. The ticket dispensing machines are located in the centre of the lot and well lighted for day and night use. The parking lot is patrolled and is always busy

When you cancel a transaction, it does not refund you your money, must pay I again. That's a rip-off
