Hui Lau Shan Hamilton 許留山 Boba + Mango Desserts

Ordered the mango coconut and pomelo with sago in a bowl, the pomelo was very bitter but the mango pieces were delicious. They didn’t have the mango mochi we wanted to try but they recommended the mango chewy ball which was delicious and I would order that next time instead!

The atmosphere is nice and clean.

Ordered 2 time for extra chewy ball for Mango pomelo and they never add in and nothing extra instead.

I ordered the chewy mango dessert bowl and was extremely disappointed. The customer service was absolutely horrific. The employee was like a deer stuck in headlights. She had no idea what she was doing and was working extremely slow. It took her 40 minutes to makes my order and no one else was ahead of me. When I opened my bowl I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The mango was brown and had a spoiled taste to it. It had none of the toppings that were in the picture. It also was completely melted. Do not waste your money at this location.

We ordered some grape and mango tea, so both of them were extremely delicious? The service is fast, the prices are affordable, 5/5 with no doubt

Our mango desserts and drinks were really good, just felt a bit pricy for the portion size that we got.

I stopped ordering from here because the price doesn’t match the portion size. The dessert is very tasty. I have a big obsession with mangoes, so it’s sad that the only place that has a big mango selection doesn’t give you what it’s worth.

Had chocolate coffee frappe with tapioca. Very nice touch with whipped cream on top. Also had Taiwanese popcorn chicken which was just okay. I'd recommend this place mainly for the drinks since they have flavours other bubble tea shops don't have.

At 8: 20 p.m. This Saturday, I ordered a cup of original milk tea here. I told Natalie, the girl who collects money, that I don't want ice or sugar. Then I sat down and waited. Before I finished in about 10 minutes, I got up and went to the counter to have a look. My cup of milk tea has been ready for a long time. Natalie didn't give it to me. Instead, Natalie continued to do the next order after me, about 5 or 6 cups. There were also several people inside just talking and doing nothing. I thought about it, probably because I didn't tip. I never thought that a cup of takeaway milk tea would be treated because I didn't tip.

I only come here for their Mango coconut Slush and other mango stuff they are so good! I don't really like their other drinks and flavors though.definitely need a bit more staff on site because the poor guy was alone and it took a while for my drinks to be ready.

Amazing! Better than the other bubble tea spots here in Hamilton. I won't go anywhere else for mango Boba or any mango desserts

You will find best mango slush with mango jelly was one of the best one to try. They have lots of other drinks as well of mango which is fresh so it taste delicious.

Food there are always good and fresh but the service is cold sometimes. Don’t really want to compare the service to their Chain stores in China due to the lack of the choices in Canada. As long as they are still here I’m happy

The place is really aesthetic and had a great variety of fruity drinks and snacks on their menu. Got the Mango Mochi and it was delicious! I enjoyed the coconut coating and fresh mango piece on the inside. Will definitely come back and try their drinks!

Been buying drinks and desserts almost everyday for a week. So that I could use the reward that I have (collect points to certain level and get one free drink)

Went there today to use that reward but they told me that they stopped that reward system and will come back with new system next week.

Shouldn’t they still honor the old reward that they made and we contributed it?

I visited this accidentally for one time and ordered passion fruit green tea with orange which was an amazing drink I have ever tried but second time I ordered coconut slush w taro grass jelly which was quite unpleasant for me as I am not fan of coconut but people who love creamy milky taste then they should definitely try that!

We always try different bubble tea places and new flavours and I was very into the real mango this place had to offer! Super tasty to go along with my drink! If you love mango and good bubble tea this is the place for you!

I lived in Hong Kong for several years. I have to say that the taste of Hui Lau Shan Hamilton is the exactly same as the original Hui Lau Shan in Hong Kong.

It's one of my favorite places to hung out with my friends in Hong Kong. Now I can simply get back my life style in Hamilton.

Comfort atmosphere, beautiful decoration, great taste, excellent service.

Staff are friendly and service is relatively quick for a bubble tea store. The menu has a wide variety of drinks and snacks to choose from. Aside from the great bubble tea, they also offer dishes like calamari and mochi.

Amazing drink choice and very friendly staff. They are knowned for freshly cut mango drinks and dessert, and they also have tapioca milk tea. With wide variety of drinks, theres something for everyone. I love their signature drink pomelo ma.go with sago! Yummm!

I love this place! Recently started going there and has become my favourite bubble tea place (their tapioca is just perfect! Sweet and chewy). Mango coconut slush with tapioca is a must try! Staffs are nice too. Highly recommend!

This is definitely a hidden gem in downtown Hamilton! Their fruits slush are always fresh. The service is great and the place is always kept clean and tidy. Love their new addition of bubble tea and hot grass jelly desserts, perfect timing for the Winter.

Honestly this has become my favorite bubble tea place. Tried the mini taro ball milk tea with tapioca and mango chewy ball, they are both very good. Highly recommended!

As a Mango lover I greatly enjoyed the variety and selection.

I went a night before the christmas eve and the staff was just closing the place but they were very humble and offered to make a take away dish and suggested the options when i told i was trying it for the first time. I took the mango chewy ball and it was delicious. The preparation was good and the fruit tasted fresh. Will go again to try more things.

Honestly, I loved this place until this very moment. I ordered a honeydew smoothie. The lady preparing my drink even smelled the fruit but decided to use it anyway. When I tasted my drink, it was horrible. They used expired fruit to make my drink. Very disappointed, they lost a costumer.

Very good desserts. I go here when I'm looking for something sweet but a little healthier than your traditional desserts. Try something new at every visit

It was my first experience with this type of mango smoothie and it was a grate one.layers after layers of flavors-you can drink it and not be overwhelmed by too much sweetness. I would highly recommend it

This place is the best in town for having all kinds of fresh fruit desserts. The mango chewy ball and mango pancake are the must-have! Their specialty drinks are amazing as well. The two drinks that I absolutely fond of are the ice-blended strawberry with the cream cheese foam on top and the fresh fruit tea.

Hui Lau Shan (Chinese: 許留山) is a chain of dessert shops based in Hong Kong, specializing in dessert soups called tong sui, snacks and desserts. Hui Lau Shan is known for the prominent use of mango in its entrees.

The chain's first shop opened in Yuen Long, New Territories in the 1960s as an herbal outlet, and was known for its turtle jelly (Chinese: 龜苓膏) and herbal teas (Chinese: 涼茶). The chain has since diversified and now emphasizes its heavily syrupped fruit desserts and snacks.

Since the 1990s, the chain has expanded tremendously, with outlets in mainland China, Malaysia, the United States, Korea and Canada. In 2005, it was with the help of Danny Yeung, an entrepreneur educated in San Francisco, the same city which the chain opened its first US stall in at Geary Boulevard. It has been introduced to Hamiltonians in late 2018.
