Hullmark Centre

Very nice building if you are nee to the city and would like to take pictures beautiful spot. Lots of shop food spots and variety of bubble tea shops

Do not recommend to park here. The pay station do not giving out coins change and parking office asked me to request refund via Email. After email them, they told me to come back the centre again and get back the cash (I lived in 30 mins drive far) How ridiculous this solution.

I lost money, sale people they lie to me, they told me no (HST) and they charged me after 2009 when I bought 2 unit, and they make problems for me about that tax

The floors inside are kept immaculately clean here, which is noteworthy considering how much traffic this place sees from the Sheppard-Yonge subway station. The outside has a nice choice of shops as well. The local Whole Foods is located here.

Good products and service at Whole Foods. Great RBC branch and nice Rexall Plus. Parking underground can be challenging.

The only thing that l didn't like is the snow banks next to sidewalks made it impossible to be dropped off in front of store. Wheeltrans had to drop me off at corner of street with all that traffic. I bought a cooked chicken so good l almost wanted to eat it all. Baked goods delicious.

The security person working today has absolutely no common sense. My wife who is a transplant recipient was attending an appointment at the Hullmark Center. After her appointment she was waiting inside the building for WheelTrans to pick her up as she is disabled. The security guard told her that she needs to wait outside because of Covid 19. Completely unprofessional, considering her condition and that the weather is extremely cold. Not impressed that there are still individuals working in today's world with absolutely no consideration.

This building is so beautiful. I occasionally work here and really enjoyed the view. What an absolute treat to get to work here. This place/atmosphere really uplifts your entire mood lol looking forward to working here again (hopefully soon)

95% of the fire alarm are false alarm, and they’re always around mid night when everyone sleeping. It’s the tallest building here and the most annoying one to be honest. I’m not even scared of the fire alarm anymore in this building

Hallmark centre has multiple commercial and residential buildings along with wholefoods, rexall, rbc and has connection with the underground ttc. It is a bit confusing to maneuver around specially the parking but the concierge is nice enough to help you out with directions.

One of the elevators was broken so for 5 floors building you should wait too much to go up, it wasn't that much clean too

Whole foods, pharmacy, restaurant on side. Back side is parking for both visitors, offices, residents. Diagnostic labs.
Connected to Yonge Shepard subway.from the south west corner of the building on Yonge street, if you want to catch south bound it north bound trains, using north east corner you can connect don mills route subway on Shepard east side.

As a senior, it is very convenient to shop and bank. Sales people are always most helpful as well as fellow shoppers.

This building is located in a very busy intersection
There is always noise even if the windows are shut
You can hear neighbours playing music and dogs bark all night.
The alarm goes off in different times
I will avoid living in this building

I have been working in this office for a couple of years and is one of the worst office buildings by far! Poorly made and no thinking behind a lot of the basic design concepts. Tridel just built this building to gain as much money as possible and didn't consider the users/residents at all! Parking is insanely expensive, elevators are always down with people lining up to get upstairs. Even the management is very slow and useless.

Great insulation and sound proof system. I can barely hear the other units using water or walking down the aisle. Very comfortable.

Cheaply made with no sound insulation between the units whatsoever. I can hear every neighbor talking or walking upstairs. This place is terrible! One of the worst places to buy or rent. It’s full of dogs that you can hear barking all day long. I cannot believe condo builders in Toronto can get away with this 0/10 quality of construction. Also, the elevators are just awful. Due to poor insulation of windows my unit gets cold constantly. Wish I could give it -5.

Great place to live. Professional building staff, amazing views and an expansive rooftop pool/garden compete with BBQs and seating areas.
