Dr. Yazdani is an unprofessional and a very rude doctor. She does not let the parents talk, she will talk to the patient directly. She made my niece cry only because she is a little overweight for her age. She made my niece so upset that she doesn’t eat, sleep, or even talk to us. Don’t waste your time, do yourself a favour and find another doctor for kids.

Dr Nejad has always been wonderful, he has been our family doctor for last 7 years and we are all praises for him. He is adjusting and takes good care of his patients. My experience has been wonderful with him.

Dr. Nejadghaffar has been my parents family doctor for 7 years. He is very helpful and kind. They are very happy to have him as their doctor.

I had the worst experience ever with a doctor here in this clinic. Dr Yazdani is rude and not patient at all. When I requested an explanation for my child’s problem she refused to explain since I am not a doctor and do not understand the medical terms.

I was so sad to see some bad reviews. We love love love our doctor - Nejad Ghaffar. We first met him at a walk in clinic and then he became our family doctor. It has been 3 years. He is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, always giving the best advice that works. Reception girls are great but we are always kind to them too, learn their names and ask how they are doing when we see them. I always recommend our doctor to friends and hope we will continue taking new patients.

Good, please reduce Waite time, should not be more than 15 minutes, doctors are the best, experienced.

They told me it will take 40 minutes but unfortunately I spent about 3 hours!
-There were a guy came after me and they allowed him to see the doctor before me.
-the clinic is not clean there were a lot of hair in the floor! This is shouldn’t be for a health clinic.

0 * to Dr Yazdani the paeditrician (i would give negative reviews if I could) -> sooo rude.doesn't spend much time with the baby or answering parent's queries!

Have had a handful of appointments with Dr. Farangi and have always had the same disappointing experience. Dr. Farangi is always aloof, does not care about her patients or her needs - her main concern seems to be getting paid for the appointment. Every time i go to see her, i feel neglected and rushed out. I'm unable to express my issues or concerns without feeling judged or hurried. Gave her more than a few chances to make a better impression however left dissatisfied each time. Will be looking for another doctor.

It seems like a lot of the negative reviews are for one particular doctor and receptionist’s attitude.

I’ve dropped by a number of times for a walk in and I’ve always had a really quick and pleasant experience. The receptionists are really kind and helpful if you treat them with kindness too. I’ve seen a lot of people come by and speak to them really rudely and curtly - so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same people leaving those reviews.

I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ghaffar - he’s so patient, descriptive in his explanations, and really mindful in the questions he asks in understanding your condition.

Dr. Nejad Ghaffar used to be our family doctor. He is a true gentleman and really professional doctor. We moved out of that neighborhood so we don’t see him anymore.
However, once we went to see him with our newborn girl (3 days old) as her first doctor visit. He referred us to Dr. Yazdani as paediatrician to see our baby girl.
We found Dr. Yazdani very rude and short. She quickly looked at our baby and sent us out, likely because we originally did not have appointment with her. I really don’t care about her knowledge and experience since as a patient we were not comfortable seeing him and even got more stressed after that. I would give Dr. Nejad Ghaffar 5 star review, however our experience with Dr. Yazdani was really awful.

Hours say open to 8pm. Arrived at 6: 30 and waited to speak to reception. When I did, was told the walk in hours end at 6: 30. For one, I was there at 6: 30-you weren't. For two, then your hours aren't 8pm. Your hours are to 6: 30pm.

Dr. Farangi was very rude and careless, I just saw her back during my visit! She didn't turn to talk to me face to face. I have visited her walk-in She mentioned: "I just accepte new patient with special qualifications " while in the office is a sign of accepting new patients! She even wasn't helpful for my health problem. Very bad and unfriendly doctor.

Dr farangi was my family doctor and for 2 days i was calling and putting voice mails and no one called me back and I was suffering with pain.
I had a common issue between wemon the doctor lied to me about the timing of the lab result coming out, also she did not give me anything to calm my pain and her assistant was talking and behaving really badly.
They lost my trust on them!

Couple times found some dirty tissues on the bed.

Dr farangi and dr nejhad ghaffar both of them are so nice and i have visited them couple times also my husband. I am so happy to have them in my neighbourhood.

Worst ever experience. No walkin recommended, staff would say 30 mins waiting but you have to wait for more than 1 hr 30 mins.i had to wait 1hr 20 mins outside and 30 mins inside the room but the doctor didn’t show up.finally i lost all my patience and left without seeing the doctor by CANCELLING the appointment.

Worst clininic I have ever been to. There was no one in line and I still waited for an HOUR. The staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful

The receptionist attitude was unbelievable rude, unhelpful and try to push the customer away. Always make things harder instead to helping solve problems. It is not only one customer found this and won't have any improvement for a long time.
