An excellent music program and facilities and a high level of instruction in both the arts and sciences, not to mention a fantastic football team! A school of fine traditions. Hooray garnet, grey and white!

Taught me very little. Instructions were very unclear got my shrek 3 DVD stuck in a toaster, 9 pogs out of 3 kung fu panda DVDs.

I still attend this school but honestly, the teachers at this school are really useless, they just attend school to make money and not even teach properly. From my perspective the teachers has LOTS of favouritism and racism but the students at this school are very nice, still I would not recommend this school. The service at this school is awful for example; my teacher has been complaining to me about me not asking questions during class, when I go up to the teacher and ask a question, the teacher LEGIT sighs at me right in-front of me. Plus, the teachers act like they care about your grades but they actually don’t, sadly, they’ll just say get “extra help”‍️. When you ask the teacher something about the question you’re confused on, they’ll explain EVERYTHING in the same way as the question when you’ve just asked them you’re confused about question and the teachers assume that you know everything already when you actually don’t. The teachers teaching skills are terrible, they only have one teaching style which I think is pretty sad. They even assume things about yourself for example; my teacher said I should have a more positive attitude towards my word when the teacher gives me dirty looks in class and DOESN'T even talk to me (the teachers at this school does not talk to you unless you go up to them)! For the parent interviews, the teachers uses past events you’ve said or did for example; my teacher said “she said she understood everything” and guess what, that was like 3-5 months ago.
P. S, if you wish to attend this school watch the teachers actions very careful since I’ve said there for lots of favouritism and racism and beware of the math and science teachers! (sorry if my grammar was bad)

To put it plainly this school doesn't do anything to help students with providing extra help just "encourages you" to transfer to Western Tech if you're struggling with your courses and if you don't comply they just kick you out.this isn't a private institution i don't know how the TDSB allows them to do this.

Went here for my freshman year of high-school and I quickly transferred the next year. This school is so racist and very lackluster. All they care about is popularity. The teachers pick favoritism and don't go out of their way to give struggling students extra help. The whole school is catty and is all about competition. No multiculturalism or diversity whatsoever. If you want to go to a different school in the area then I suggest you transfer over to Western which is 100000x better in every capacity. It actually feels like a "Toronto" high-school where you'll see people of every race and culture. The school hasn't been renovated since the 60s or even longer smh and the old traditions are still being practiced. If you want to have fun and still have a wonderful learning experience then I suggest you not to look twice at this school. Humberside is a whole joke, total waste of my first year. Run for the hills!
