We had such a magnificent experience with Humbertown Jewellers. I emailed them to ask for a watch which I was looking for. Amazingly, I got responsed to set up the appointment within less than 12 hours.

Today Jan 08,2024 is our appointment date. And at first, we got greeted respectfully by the security guards and a receptionist. Moreover, they also gifted my daughter a cute teddy bear which she is still hugging right now. Then, we met Mr Darren Stringer to show me the watch which was put on hold. The paper work process was quick and easy. However, the most thing which impressed me was Mr Tecimer- the owner- came out to say hi and showed us his appreciation for our business.

Personally, I highly recommend Humbertown Jewellers to all timepiece lovers because your business is sincerely appreciated there. And I will definitely come back.

This place is a real gem with top of the line selection of watches as well as jewelry. But it is the level of service that truly sets this store aside from the rest of the competition. Great store with a good selection and even better staff.
Came in about a year ago looking for a birthday present for my wife. Suresh was incredibly helpful. He provided the right amount of information and guidance without ever being pushy or rushing me. When learning that my wife was expecting, he even packed me stuffed toy for my unborn child. The level of attention and detail surpasses that of most stores, even the big name stores found in Yorkville.
Recently popped back in and was treated to the same exceptional service. Was even pleasantly surprised that Suresh remembered me and he even asked about my child! If ever you’re on the fence, do not hesitate. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed and if ever you’re in doubt, just ask for Suresh. They also offer complimentary drinks as soon as you step into the store. And bonus, the complimentary cookies and chocolates are delicious, or so the wife says.

My wife dropped off her engagement ring to get a quote on replacing the band. Was told it would take a week. An hour later she get's a call from the associate telling her the diamond is fake, has no value, and unless it's sentimental it's not worth replacing the band. All because it was a lab created diamond. Whatever your views are on lab diamonds, this was completely unprofessional and insulting. Received the "Pretty Woman" treatment. Will never purchase any jewelry from here again.

My experience with the staff; especially, Aiko, was fantastic as we had a great conversation about watches and she was knowledgeable on the specs and history of each watch she presented. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I purchased my first high-end timepiece at Humbertown on December 22nd, and was extremely well taken care of by Aiko. She was incredibly knowledgeable about not only about the technical specifications of my specific watch, but their entire lineup and brand history as well. She was very communicative and responsive as I waited for it to arrive, and was visibly excited when I finally picked it up. This watch represents a specific milestone in my life, and has been a bit of a bucket list item for me, and she made it very special for me. As an added bonus, she sent me home with a gingerbread house when I told her I have two young daughters. My customer experience with HTJ and Aiko in particular far exceeded my expectations, and if I'm ever in a position to purchase another high-end timepiece, I'll be going back without question.

Extremely happy with my experience at Humbertown. I met with Suresh and after having some friendly discussion, he put my name down on the list for a Rolex. He was very realistic with expectations, and I left knowing what I could expect.

Two weeks later, I get a call that my dream watch has arrived. I walked in and was greeted with a delicious coffee, chocolate, and a beautiful watch. Suresh made sure it was sized perfectly and ready to be worn.

Great first experience shopping at Humbertown. My family was looking for a “his and hers” gift for my parents with a bit of a deadline. Weaam really helped us through the process both by understanding what we were looking for and showing us some great options and after a few facetime (very accommodating) calls we found both gifts. It’s a shame this establishment will only sell Rolex (sport model, GMT and Daytona or Patek to people with large portfolio for this AD. This type of business Philosophy is B. S and only favors the rich and not the average clientele. Will NEVER shop here again. No wonder the grey market is so successful these days! Good luck buying a Rolex here if your spend history is not over six figures.

I can't give Humbertown Jewellers enough credit for their customer care. Full disclosure: I came in a couple weeks ago and had a sub-par experience. I shared my feedback via email and Darren went far above and beyond to remedy the situation. When given a chance, the customer care here is BEYOND stellar, I could not be more happy with my visit with Darren today. They have such a wonderful collection of time pieces across many incredible brands, and share a passion for watches with a great knowledge. I came into this store looking for a weekend watch, a daily watch and an engagement ring. Although I had no luck getting a Rolex watch. I received very good service, particularly from Ferit, who seems to be the owner. He did mention that one of the pieces I was looking at was easier to get than the others I wanted. However, there was no interest form or anything filled out so I am not too sure on how I would ever get what I am after. Ferit gave me good info on rings, clarity and level of quality. I didn't end up buying the ring here as of yet as my price range for the ring vs what I wanted didn't line up too well with the store standard (Which is totally understandable) - The suggestion was made to maybe look for a smaller rock on the ring to suit the budget. (which is more than fair). I hope to be able to source a watch form this store. Looking forward to changing this to a 5 star review in the coming weeks/months.

Had a great experience with Aiko on the selection of my new Tudor Black Bay watch. She was knowledgeable about the heritage, features and specifications, making the decision easy and painless. The in-store hospitality and experience was great. I’ll be back for my next watch purchase!

I'm not in the practice of writing online reviews and in fact, this will only be my second (both for Humbertown Jewellers), but felt compelled after my recent incredible experience. I visited just before Christmas with a goal of buying Christmas gifts and Graduation gifts and knew, from my history with purchasing my wife's Rolex in May of 2021, I was in good hands with Darren.

As a follow up to my incredible experience buying my wife's 50th birthday present back in May (the topic of my first review), I have to add Darren and Mr. Tecimer made available a very difficult to find Rolex sports model for me to purchase in anticipation of my oldest son's graduation this coming May 2022. He is going to be absolutely thrilled when he receives that watch in a few months. However, back to my Christmas visit.

I visited with a goal of securing Christmas gifts and in customary Humbertown fashion was presented many excellent options and detailed information for each piece. As an aside, I should mention I was also very comfortable and offered refreshments during the process which made the atmosphere very pleasant. Darren helped with expert guidance for earrings for my wife, a dressy watch for my youngest son and ring for my daughter. Christmas morning I was the "Best" Husband and Dad thanks to all the help from Santa's helpers at Humbertown.

But to make the experience even more special, with Darren's help, I managed to pick out a perfect tennis bracelet for my daughter for her graduation also coming in May of 2022. But the cherry on top of the sundae was the opportunity presented me by Darren and Mr. Tecimer to buy a Rolex sports model that I know is my youngest son's all time favourite. He won't graduate for two more years but that timepiece is sitting in a safety deposit box waiting for that day when he will lose his mind.

I do realize that with my father purchasing his first Rolex from Humbertown back in 1988 and the buying history I have had purchasing for my wife since 1994 we do have a long history with Mr. Tecimer and Humbertown and that loyalty creates a trusted relationship. However, I get the feeling that all customers that visit Humbertown are treated equally as well and I wholeheartedly recommend Humbertown to all of my friends and family.

Unfortunately, I will be enjoying the sunny south for several more weeks so won't be able to visit for Valentine's Day but my wife's birthday is in May and expect to be back then.

I was looking to purchase a steel bracelet for my Tudor BB58. I approached a couple of ADs in Toronto and was told that it will take 4-6 month for the piece to arrive after placing an order which sounded silly. I approached Humbertown Jewellers and they told me it will only take 2-4 weeks. I placed an order and received a call within a week to come and pick up. I am happy.

Fantastic all around experience. I live more than 500km from the GTA. Darren was great and helped me over the phone/email/facetime with my watch purchase. Just bought a watch 2 weeks ago in the store. Mr. Ferit Tecimer/ the owner was very patient to share his knowledeges about all brands of watches in his store. We bought the Rolex within an hour. He is very humble and make you feel that his words is very trustworthy. Comfortable experience.make us go back again to look for another watch right after the purchase.

This review is mostly intended for people who are familiar with the current Rolex market. I made a modest purchase at Humbertown in 2019. Went in recently to inquire about a somewhat-hard-to-get-but-not-impossible Rolex sport model. The fact that I wasn't immediately treated as irrelevant was actually quite refreshing. I was expecting a multi-month wait (or worse), but surprisingly was able to make the purchase. Now, this may be odd to many of you as to why this simple transaction deserves 5 stars. But if you really understood the current supply & demand for Rolex sport models in Toronto, you'd know that Humberton treated me as best as they realistically could in the current climate. Spoke & worked with Doug, Fei and Ferit through the whole process and I appreciated their transparency and mutual respect.

Not worth the money or service they are very stuck up go somewhere else

I visited Humbertown for the first time today, and I am more than happy to post this review of my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Carla, who graciously showed me a few watches that I had my eye on for some time. She was so very kind, and patient throughout the half hour or so that I spent in the store, allowing me to try on the timepieces without judgement. Carla, thank you for going above and beyond to make my experience as enjoyable as possible.

What I appreciate above all is the personable customer service and respect that I was shown as a customer. I wish more retailers across all industries would adopt this approach; nevertheless, these rare qualities certainly abound at Humbertown!

If I could give 6 stars, I would; however, 10 are even likely more appropriate. I would highly recommend Humbertown Jewellers to anyone looking for a genuine AD experience. Thank you for your kind service!

They're okay at best.they have a nice selection of brands but their customer service needs some work. Was promised some stuff when i purchased my watch, said it would be delivered.nothing. Called to follow up, they said they were going to send me something. That was in october.

I went in here to get my rolex resized that I just bought from an authorized jeweller in Manhattan. I was flying back to Toronto and didn't have time to get it sized there.

Immediately when I handed the woman at the desk my watch she says in a very condescending tone "You know it's fake right? " I was extremely shocked and informed her that it had not only been recently authenticated but it is still UNDER WARRANTY. She then said "Oh well it feels so light" This was after looking at the watch for under 20 seconds.

I am young and female so I feel this woman was definitely making assumptions about me. They did take out some links but it was still too big, at that point I just wanted to leave. I will definitely be taking it elsewhere to get it serviced so it is their loss.

I walked in today to shop for a watch and I didn't expect much customer service because I was never treated as a customer in other known retail watch stores. I WAS AMAZED by their service at Humbertown Jeweller store and their service was beyond compare to any other stores that I have visited. Thank you Ferit and his team members! I am so happy with my purchase and I will definately come back and buy more!

I highly recommend working with Doug or any of the employees from Humbertown Jewellers for your next important purchase! The customer service was exceptional and the overall experience at Humbertown made me feel relaxed without any specific pressure to buy. Don't waste your time purchasing a Rolex here. I was basically told I would have to pay extra under the table in cash to get the watch I want. Or I needed to spend 10s of thousands on other stuff to be considered for the watch I wanted.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Weaam and the rest of the staff. Everything was really professional, communication was excellent and I was treated really well from start to finish. I recently purchased a watch for my wife's birthday at Humbertown Jewellers and I must say the assistance I received was second to none. Doug zeroed in on precisely what I wanted and made it a delightful experience. I have several times had service on an older Rolex with complete satisfaction and at times I have popped in to have a minor thing done, always done with pleasure and gratuis. This is a highly professional establishment.

Very easy to deal with. Very fast service. No bs unlike other rolex dealers. Long wait time for some pieces but that's because they have strong existing clientele. Worth starting a relationship with.
