One day we decided to visit The Humberview auto salon and just have a look for the cars (we had some thoughts about buying a car) Eventually we bought Chevrolet Blazer! It’s due to Saul Hernandez!
The entire process of choosing a car was accompanied by him. He is a very responsive and competent worker. We received comprehensive information regarding any question or difficulty.
When buying a car, first of all, I really liked the attitude and courtesy of the salon employee Saul Hernandez, his advices and recommendations. Everything was arranged very quickly, the atmosphere in the salon was very good. Thank you Saul very much for your high professionalism and competent opinion when selling us a car! I highly recommend Saul Hernandez if you are looking to purchase a car!

I bought a DEF fluid from Humber dealership for $57.89 no name brand when I asked so much they said they raised the price while Markville dealership sells AC delco brand for $32 and change never go back to Humber dealership again first and last for me.and service was bad also.

I had to downgrade my previous review, because at my last visit they tried to push unnecessary maintenance.
Also female staff in service department was condescending and rude.

Went in and ended up falling in love with a truck on their lot. "Uncle" Joe Melino made the purchase and financing of it as easy as could be and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Everyone was super helpful and the process went quickly and smoothly. They gave me great value for my trade in as well.

5/5 would totally recommend.

Wanted to support my neighborhood dealer and buy a truck through them. What a mistake to go to Humberview Queensway. Was ready to purchase an over $70k truck from them and didn't even ask to negotiate the price as it was exactly the kind of truck I wanted and I recognized supply shortages. While the sales person was very helpful and courteous, the manager who is also the owner (or his son) was quite disrespectful and should not be anywhere near customer service. All I asked was whether they can include the fender flares and under cab padding for the new truck at no cost. He could have simply given me even $100 off what was otherwise under $1000 ask on truck of that value, or just explained politely why he could not offer anything. He made me feel as if he did not want my business and I was not worthy of their dealership. I left telling him I understand there are no free lunches nowadays. But I didn't mean free lunch for me. It was for the neighborhood dealership I was trying to support. Will be buying similar truck from another dealer who knows what client service is. Talk about a business losing opportunity for a very trivial amount. Respect every client who walks in. You just don't know what they are worth. Good luck!

I kind of understand potential GM buyers or users, why people are switching or considering switching and never return to GM brand. I understand that this is not a GM fault, but people working there bring a shame to car manufacturer brand. I dealt with a service advisor Shaun and his boss. I had my car parked there for two weeks to get fixed, they never bothered to find out if other GM outlet could help me. I have seen them calling other GM in Toronto at my request of picking up the car which was after two weeks. I kind of imagine it would be to difficult to come with the idea on its own. I went to another GM and my car was taken care of, nobody waited for me to come get my car and be gone. I strongly suggest as a costumer that a Head office might look little deeper for the operation at this location.

Great experience buying from Jim at Humberview. When you find an HONEST sales guy who doesn't pressure sell but works with you to find the best car that's going to fit what you need, you know you've found something special!
Shout out to Lina for her excellent service as well on pick up day, she went over every little detail of the car with me and was ready to answer any questions prior to me driving off.
Would and will recommend Humberview (specifically Jim) to anyone and everyone I know, and will most certainly be coming back for any future car needs!

I bought a new car from this dealership. My screen was blacking out. They told me they couldn't find a repair code for the car or replicate the problem I was having. I showed the problem to the service person (Craig Mercer) and he said it was probably the car running an update, which he was told by some technician. He did not consult the service manager when he came across a problem that I was pointing out which he saw but he couldn't have fixed.

A few months later, they looked at the exact same problem and said that they now found a repair code. The car is outside of warranty now, so they are refusing to repair it for free even though it was under warranty when the problem originally happened. I called Chevy customer assistance, they said they wouldn't honour the warranty.

Everything I've listed above was all facts. Now let me ask a question. Knowing all of this, would you buy a Chevrolet vehicle?

I have reached out to several news agencies, and will be reporting them to consumer rights and the better business bureau. For as long as I live, I will never recommend Chevrolet to any of my friends, family or coworkers. I wonder if the bad press this will generate will be worth the $1800 (which they reduced to $900) for the repair that they wouldn't perform when the car was under warranty, for the above reasons. Shame on you Chevrolet. You better for your warranty holders and your front line workers.

Edit: The dealership is correct, the vehicle is out of warranty now. It was not out of warranty, however, when I initially brought the problem to the dealership and their diagnostics didn't find anything wrong with it, so they declared it unable to be fixed. When their diagnostics did find something wrong, the exact thing that was causing the problem this entire time, the vehicle was then out of warranty. Wanted to make that painfully clear.

Humberview Chevrolet Buick GMC has the best prices for both new and pre-owned vehicles. The service department advisors are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and the work is done right. Domenic is absolutely amazing.

I’ve been dealing with Humberview on a consistent basis over the course of the last year. The team there is great! Everyone is very kind and accommodating.

Starting with Melanie in reception who is very kind and always in a great positive mood!

Johnny from the parts department is very knowledgeable, helpful and always goes above and beyond to help me with whatever inquiry I may have.

It is also always a pleasure to deal with Tony, Tyler, and Ryan in sales. Easy going, great attitude and I will always refer my clients to purchase their GM from them. My clients always come back to me positive reviews about their experience after my referral and this means a lot to me!

Worst services ever. Nothing on time, no meaning of taking an appointment. I have to wait for like 4 hours just to change an oil and one tire repair.
They should stop taking an appointment if they don’t want to do their job on time.

I’m from Florida. I called Humberville looking for a difficult part to find. Scott James was able to help me. He eventually found a part number that I could search. That number scored me the part that night. Something my local dealership was unable to do.

I just picked up my first ever brand new truck from Humberview. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Andrew Krechkovsky was amazing and everything was done through text/phone calls as we live 1.5 hours away and didn’t want to have to make 2 trips there. He even took the time to do a video walk-around to show me the truck. Everything came together super quick as we found the truck Wednesday and he made sure everything came together for Saturday morning. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Andrew due to having the Saturday booked off but Lena was great in delivering the truck. By far this has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The dealership was very clean and followed all covid protocols. Definitely would recommend! Go see Andrew for all your car needs!:)

I deal my truck about every 2 years. I was having no luck finding the truck that i wanted. I contacted Andrew Krechkovsky at humberview Chevrolet, it was the easiest vehicle deal i have ever done. It was my first time dealing with him. There is about 3 hours driving 1 way between where i live and his dealership. A few pictures and emails/ text messages and the deal was done. I ask ALOT of questions and he answered all of them. He even had my new truck delivered to my house and took my old truck back. I will forsure be giving Andrew Krechkovsky a call when it comes time to deal again!

Jim Stogdill, Frank Dicecca, and Lena Moffat were extremely helpful and professional in getting my family and I into a new Yukon XL. Everything from booking my first appointment to meet Jim from the day Lena handed me the keys on vehicle pickup day. Humberview runs a smooth and well organized process that made my experience very pleasant and most importantly time efficient. They dealt with my trade-in, the communication with my insurer, handling of the new plates and sticker with the Ministry, and even tinting of the windows I asked for. Thank you for everything!

We won't be using these folks again. After a strong start we have had them tell us our car is too expensive for what it is, offered an offensive trade in value for one of our Buicks, and told us there is nothing we can do after one of the Buicks was broken in to except wait for it to happen again. Terrible service of which they should be ashamed

Edit following the response: This is typical. Of course you cannot prevent a break-in, do you think I am that uneducated? ! I am also familiar with the Police (as anyone else is) and don't need you to advise me that they can be contacted. Again an insult to anyone's intelligence. You could however have given other options such as changing the key fob code, or buying a manual locking device or any one of a number of other options. You also address this one issue because it is convenient for you to try to attack with your immature observations. Wonder why I left? This is typical of the service you have become and I recommend your senior management take a long hard look at the operation to effect improvements before you have more defections!

Stay away from parts. Check other dealers for price. I got a quote for my crome plastic mirror for $537. And toutch up paint for $37 plus tax. So I checked Addison on Ellington. Bought my mirror for $300. And my touch up paint for $19.

It's been more than a week since I am driving my used vehicle purchase and I am really enjoying it and appreciating myself for selecting Humberview.
Excellent sale staff (specially Jim Stogdill and Frank Dicecca), who have made me understand the whole process and explain me everything I asked and clear all my doubts for purchasing a used one.

My purchasing experience was excellent and I hope to continue to enjoy similar graciousness and passion for customer satisfaction during my service appointments.
