I got Craig's team to do my sewer hookup from old septic system to street sewer and basement dig-out for plumbing, backwater valve, floor drain, toilette, replace old copper etc. These guys are great, the price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. I highly recommend this crew.

We called Hunter to help us with our kitchen renovation and they were great. They had the job done sooner than we expected and done well.
We will definetly call them again next time we need a plumber.

Lived in drumbo and used them exclusively as I felt they had fair prices and were punctual. Have since moved, but kept the house in drumbo as a rental. I am confident that if my tenant has a problem, they can call Hunter and get the problem resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. It takes a huge load off my mind to have a trustworthy company like them near by. Choose local, don't go for the big guys!

We used Hunter a couple times while we lived in Princeton and they were a great local plumber to work with. We had them come to inspect and fix our well pump, as well as install a new water line to our kitchen at our new place closer to Kitchener. If you're in the Princeton or surrounding area, I highly recommend Hunter for your plumbing needs.

Would definitely recommend any plumber before this outfit. Had them change my well pump and they threw the old one down the well! Owner said there was nothing he could do. Are you kidding me! RUN!

We have found Craig and his staff to be very skilled in all aspects of plumbing and heating over the last 20 years that we have used his services. When we moved to the country, we were blessed in finding Craig so promptly.

Hunter Plumbing came out and diagnosed our well & why it was not functioning. They got it fixed and gave us water back to our house in 2 days less than anticipated. Their staff were courteous and very understanding of our dire situation. I would recommend them for any issues you may be having with your well whether it be to fix the problem or replace the problem.

Had these guys out for a bathtub faucet repair that many handymen can complete. They hammered out the valve that was causing an issue. They installed a new valve, and left the tub very messy with boot marks and debris. This caused the valve housing to crack and cost us $10,000 of repair to the bathroom to replace the cracked housing. We had a full force leak that I could not turn off locally, so I had to shut off the main water supply to the house. After calling the company owner, he dismissed the call and said to keep the main shut off until the next day where he would send someone out. There was no protection as a consumer against this work quality. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in the workers that came out, and the missed accountability from the owner.

The company was called requesting the install of a dishwasher. After receiving a bill for over $300 I called to inquire about the charges.
I was charged for two men to install a dishwasher that was replacing an existing appliance. The existing appliance had already been removed from site, the new unit was in place. The only thing needed was the water connection and electrical connection. A licensed tech was needed to maintain warranty. Since there was a personal relationship with the company, we offered them the work. However, their stance remained that it was acceptable to charge 2.5 hours for two guys. As I’ve worked in customer service management for plumbing HVAC companies I’ve priced jobs of this nature, had to answer inquiries about these jobs, I know labour should have been max 1.5 hours (which includes 30 minute travel) and can be done by one tech. The response I received from Craig was, he wouldn’t give a discount or reduction. If he did give a discount, he’d increase the hourly rate to over $100 / hour for the service.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible response.

Have used Hunter twice now, both times were urgent situations (once our well pump stopped working and 2nd time our septic stopped draining) Was referred to Hunter by my normal plumber for their experience and knowledge in wells and septic systems. They were able to dispatch someone quickly in both cases and were also able to direct us to other experts to assist in resolving our issues. Great guys to work with!

They were not able to help us this time but they have been fantastic in the past with our well and septic.

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they had a plumber at my house Monday morning who fixed the issue in no time

I am very happy with the service. These guys have a lot of experience including with older style systems. They identified old well components that other service providers could not identify and fixed the issue very quickly. Reliable and good value.
