I have been working 4 12 hours shifts sick trying to get through till a day off to go to a clinic. I just want antibiotics for a throat infection got turned away. Had to drive 20 min to another one. Disappointing will never go back here

It was devastating, the hospitality we got there. The lady at the reception did not let me consult the doctor with my 4 year kid even before 25 minutes of closing.

I recommend this clinic compared to others. Best I've seen in London so far. Yes you have to book appointments, but at least you won't be surprised with a long wait or an unexpected "we no longer accept patients for today". It even gets better, you can book online! Wish it was open on the weekend as well.

Refused to help me, I was turned away for not having a health card I told them I didn't have when I made the appointment. 3 women sitting at the desk doing nothing. Poor service.

I went to the clinic just now to get blood requisition for updated lab results due to my PCOS and met with Dr. Julie Ramkumar. It felt like the doctor was battering me for wanting updates tests. She kept saying I was already diagnosed with PCOS and so I shouldn't need tests, that trying to follow my levels aren't going to do anything and it's not important. I got quite upset, asked her if she has PCOS and how she'd feel if someone told her it didn't matter if she wanted to manage her symptoms. She still defended her stance, then I asked, "so me being previously identified as 'at risk' for diabetes, and trying to track my progress with that to make sure I don't currently have diabetes isn't important to you then? To which she said "oh, well you didn't mention diabetes" I was literally trying to show her a list of tests that can be done before she said this, which included cholesterol and glucose. I was so mad, and she finally retracted and said she'll order me tests she thinks I need, and after telling her I had severe vitamin D deficiency last August, she didn't even include that onto the requisition. I cried on my way home from the walk in because I was so stressed out. Why are doctors so resilient to making requisitions with the proper tests on them? Other doctors at Huron Medical have seemed to be very knowledgeable and kind in their care, this unfortunately was not my experience with Dr. Ramkumar.

EDIT: As someone with PCOS, having an annual test to monitor whether I am still at risk for diabetes or currently diabetic, is not "draining the healthcare system, " in fact, many women with PCOS have a standing requisition to get this tested every 3 months, and I made it clear to Dr. Julie that my last test hadn't been since Aug 2022. Do better.

Very friendly and helpful staff, dr punia saved my husbands life he listens and pays attention to what patients say which is very valuable in this field, i am greatfull to the good doctor as well as the staff working there ️

I have been here twice and had a great experience each time. Both doctors I had were very friendly and the receptionists have been kind too. Pretty short wait times if you make an appointment ahead of time, would recommend

Worst medical facility I've ever been to. First receptionist was rude and unknowledgeable, loudly asked if I needed a pregnancy test and proceeded to talk to the second one about how they don't have any 'pee cups' available. After a while I interrupted and told them that wasn't the reason I was there for (Booked online, visited because I just moved to London and don't have a family doctor, went for a potentially cancerous lump on my neck. You have to state reasons for visit) My visit was over in about 30 seconds, which was my lump barely being looked at, being prescribed medication hastily, and being told "if it doesn't improve, come back in 2 weeks"

Unsatisfied. Completely unsatisfied. The doctor didn’t even ask my boyfriend if he has a fever, about his sharp pains in stomach, or anything else. Just asked stupid, random questions not even relating to his pains. Gave him a form and told him that he’s fine. That was yesterday (May 3) Hasn’t ate or slept in 4 days. But the doctor didn’t even ask. Never going there again!

This is NOT A WALK-IN CLINIC. I came 4.5 hours before closing time and the lady told me they are “by appointment only”. Having strep throat and days off work, I needed to be seen and treated.

I am Very pleased going to this medical clinic now, with their new staff, they are efficient and friendly.
Dr. Maynard is absolutely Fantastic, kind and very thorough and attentive to patient care. Finally feel good knowing our medical needs are being cared for by caring People.

All the staff at this clinic are very kind and helpful. I like the appointment system because you can usually get a time slot easily, and you don’t end up waiting hours like you would at a traditional walk in. I recommend this clinic

I have not been here yet, but I have an appointment booked.
I have called so many times to book and reschedule appointments, and my call has been answered every single time. The girls on the phone are so courteous and helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Arguing with patients who leave 1 star reviews because you provide terrible service isn't going to get you anywhere. Do better and act like the professionals you're supposed to be.
***Edited: the owner responded with some snarky, sarcastic comment. First of all, you have no proof I was never at your clinic and secondly. I still stand by what I said. DO BETTER and act like a professional like you’re SUPPOSED to be. Arguing with clients isn’t in the slightest bit professional and shows how horribly you treat your patients. Fix your attitude!

Firstly don’t take too many appointments if you don’t have enough doctors. Now to my encounter. Was in a car accident in December. And want to see a doctor at Huron medical. And that when my life was never the same again. It been a struggle to get the doctors to look at me, to sign my paper documents or give appropriate measure in on how to get better. Maybe cause I’M an hard working black man. Filling out my attending physician statement that cost $140 as been easy for me to pay them. But hard for they to assess me rightly. And am back again to paid another $140. For the doctor keys Jonathan to just brush me off as if am not in pain. Take patients seriously our lives are in your hands.

I didn't realize it was by appointment only. I got here and went to check in, they took my information and they got me in right away. I must have waited only 5 minutes to be called into an examination room. I waited maybe another 5 for the doctor. He was very thorough with my examination. Got anti biotics and was sent on my way. Probably by far the best experience at a walk in clinic.

Best walk in clinic I’ve ever been to. Absolutely excellent doctor, can’t recommend her enough Dr. Ramkumar. Very kind receptionists, very kind pharmacists. Excellent 5 stars DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

First its by appointment only no walk-ins Even after booking appointment you have to wait 1 to 1.5 hours after you arrive.
Whats the point of appointment then?

The staff called us back after the review was posted explained why there was a delay which is understandable and how they trying to improve. Original review 1 star

Could come up with better system of appointment where complex cases are assigned to particular doctor. So there is not a big delay for other patients who needs less time and are less complex. (Just example) I am sure you are better aware of this issue then I am.

First visit with Dr. Piskozub for our son who may have some milder peach allergies. He did not rush through the examination, was thorough in his assessment, assist with a recommendation for a specialist and proactively recommending some medication in case of emergencies. Really impressed. Thank you!

I had booked an appointment to come in and see a doctor since I had not been feeling well for more than a week. As I checked in I was informed that my appointment had been booked for a phone appointment. This had been a mistake/misunderstanding as I had requested to come into the clinic. No worries! I understand that sometimes we encounter misunderstandings. I took a seat in the waiting room as instructed. I understood it would be a bit of a wait. While waiting I had needed to use the washroom however it was closed. If I may make a suggestion to reopen your washroom it would be great for patients.
Approximately one hour later I was called in to see the doctor. Dr. Keys was very patient and listened to my concerns and gave me a medical note for my employer.
When I paid for the note at the desk I remarked “no one told me the doctor would be so good looking! ”
Made the girls laugh as they seem to hear this often.
Please be patient and kind to the medical professionals at these clinics. They are doing the best they can to navigate through their new normal in this post Covid world.

I changed my post because I was wanting to come in for an appointment for swollen eye, I booked it on the website and had a confirmed appointment, I walked in the day before and wanted to see someone in regards to the appointment but the doctors were very busy, which I understand. I get a phone call in regards to having my appointment changed because it was double booked. I am unsure how you can double book an appointment if the schedule time gives you a time. I was just unhappy because I really wanted to have my eye looked out and urgent was closed already. I was disappointed and frustrated.

So thankful for the clinic’s open and caring approach. We called them 8th after the first four were full and three more didn’t answer. The receptionist said “we are full, but try us later as we might get a cancellation”. Stopped in late in the afternoon and explained my granddaughter had a high fever for several days. The doctor said “bring her in as soon as you can”. Turned out she had pneumonia. The clinic and doctor were so welcoming despite their constant high volume. Thank you!

One more comment. Who knew a Rogers outage would arrive and disrupt services the following day. As the Doctor said, it was very fortunate that she got seen Thursday. With the prescribed meds, she is already much improved.

By far the worst clinic i personally have probably been to.
Banned me for absolutely no reason, refused to give any explanation or allow me to report a complaint to one of the managers unprofessional behaviour. Last appointment I tried making the doctor refused to see me because I had called In To question why their staff had hung up the phone on me, while I had them on speaker. I was then argued with by one of the managers, as he was accusing me of hanging up on the receptionist. The utter disrespect and disregard for how they treated me was awful. Respectfully I just wanted to know how to make a complaint as to how I was treated.

Love the staff here and Dr's. They actually take the time and try to figure out what could be wrong. They explain everything in detail and never question a patient when they have concerns. It was rocky there for a bit finding a Dr that actually cares. Dr Lukas is the best!

When I arrived the doctor wasn't there and the receptionist told me that they called in sick, but they couldn't even call me to let me know? Unprofessional

EDIT: Your reply makes it even worse, as a medical "professional" you have an obligation to contact patients when you're not going to be there. People come to doctors offices to deal with their own medical issues which are just as important. Maybe you need to get a better receptionist or scheduler who will actually take on the responsibility of contacting patients when needed.

Dr. Lukasz Piskozub is top notch! He's knowledgeable, listens to your issue, and doesn't make you feel rushed. Best doctor in London, hands down!

Great process and nice people! The pharmacy was also nice to deal with. My only complaint is the wait/ over booking.

Several months after I went to get a referral I am still waiting for a date. When I call they say that they can’t find where the referral was sent to nor what is it for. People answering the phone aren’t trained properly and lack of attitude. The doctor who took me for the “referral” was a young woman who didn’t care much about the problem just told me to not comeback for serious things and to look for a family doctor.

Dr Lukasz has a great sense of humour. Great people skills. Found the issues and dealt with it promptly.

Wow.fantastic exceptional experience and great care is what I received from Dr. Lukasz Piskozub today. I went in with a big painful abscess from shaving bumps that needed to be drained. Not only did Dr. Lukasz Piskozub assured me that he will quickly drain it plus prescription but he had me wait with a relaxation song as I wait for the numb injection to set in. He is highly professional and very empathetic with patients. The front Nursing Assistant from Trios College was also very supportive and gentle with me. 5 Stars to you kind people and thanks so much. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place with humane medical experience.

I have never experienced the quality of caring and concern that I have at this Clinic. Dr. Luckaz (spelling?) is terrific. One of the kindest and knowledgeable physicians I have had. He listens and answers accordingly. I had a question about a medication sub and he called me at 9 pm the same night. Dedication! Grateful to have found them.

Walked in, waited maybe 15 minutes and was seen by Dr. Keith Thompson.

He immediately knew what I had, prescribed an antibiotic and said within a day or two I should be feeling much better and I am 98% better in less than 24 hours after meeting with him and getting my prescription.

Dr. Piskozub is great and humble, took my son and went for my own checkup. He listened carefully and diagnosed correctly. Much satisfied with him. The receptionist was also very nice.

This is one of the best medical clinics I have EVER been to. I have had to see a lot of doctors and medical staff my entire life due to chronic illness, and this one is wonderful. Every single one of their staff was kind and polite. Smiled and treated you with respect. The doctor was amazing and actually listened. I was treated like a real human being and not just a number. I wish all Doctors and staff could adopt this attitude. Thank you all very kindly.

Every single time me and my fiancee have been to this clinic the doctor has be late. They open at 9 and the doctor did not arrive to their job until well after 930. This is unbelievable. Any other job you'd be fired for such consistent tardiness

This walk-in clinic is only a long block from my home. I have gone there several times and always had a positive experience. Today I was treated by Dr. Piskozub. He diagnosed me immediately and prescribed a course of action. I am always pleased with the thoroughness there.

Honestly this place is the best. Brought my
Two year old here after countless time’s at doctor with no real help and they saw a double ear infection and suggested chest x rays for his cough. Spent a good 30 min with him and he didn’t even cry! They’re amazing, fast and thorough. Can’t recommend enough, especially for kids

Went to this place last year for a Drs note the Dr. Was polite seemed to actually care and give some good advice. Very nice guy 5 star review to this wonderful dr.

On my first visit I was sent home with the wrong diagnosis. I returned after the weekend and received medication which is not helping at all.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The wait time was short but more importantly, the physician who attended me was very thorough.

We came here from over an hour away at 1: 52pm and they close at 2: 00pm. They refused to take us because they had too many people there. That is terrible service. I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

Aligning clinic with reputable biz (for scanning and such) will certainly improve credibility of your Clinic. Wishing Sam and Team the best.

My sinuses hurt so badly and face is so swollen. I am having troubles breathing. It hurts so much I can't keep food down. I've tried cold & sinus and allergy medication with no releif. The doctor asked what was wrong I told him. He then followed with telling me I'm wrong. Then he proceeded to lecture me about society and their abuse of medications and drugs. At this point I've had to scrape together bus fare get up the energy to get to this place to be told I'm wrong about my own body and a lecture about society.

Wait time 1 hour - called into office and waited 5 mins. Total consult time 15 mins. Initially I was prepared to rate low based on wait time, but my experience with the doctor changed that. I’ve never had a doctor be so sensitive to my situation. He educated me on the matter and passed ZERO judgement. I may suggest not going first thing in the morning as there is a line up. Reception staff were polite. To make it 5 stars, please consider replacing those chairs in the wait room. They are not very comfortable.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Piskozub and his staff for both myself and my daughter. It's great to find a very down-to-earth doctor who has vast knowledge, good bedside manner and a great sense of humour.

Doctor doesn't pay attention to what you have said. Very disappointed, for making us on wait for more than 3 weeks and tried to transfer us to the doctor we are not looking for.

Receptionist was very rude, acted as if I’m ruining her day asking her questions. I understand having a bad day but I was very nice. So no need for the attitude.

I went to this clinic after contracting Group A Strep from a patient at work. My employer stated this would be covered by WSIB, I just needed a doctor to fill out a form 8. Dr. Piskozub did not believe I was sick until the swab came back positive. He then refused to fill out the form. It was his personal opinion that I should not be reimbursed for lost time at my job as a paramedic. The staff were also very rude regarding the situation. Which forced me to expose more sick people to this at another walk in clinic (on top of more tax payers dollars), where they completed the form 8, no hassle received.

Very dissatisfied with the service here; to start I waited 40 min after everyone had left and a total of 1.5 hours and 15 min before I had seen a doctor they had already welcomed a couple back in to see the doctor that where there already and came back in for a second meeting with the doctor (which I heard the doctor ask them why they had them come back in. But most of all it was the rudeness I got from one of the girls when I questioned it. Also I could here them complaining about some drama and seen they other girl just texting on her cellphone as I was waiting when I went up. Overall a very unprofessional environment and very rude

I have been to this clinic 3 times and I have had nothing but excellent excellent service from the front end staff to the Dr. Dr. Piskozub was absolutely amazing! He is smart, dilligent, intelligent, compassionat Dr. He tries to get to the heart of the issue to prescribe the best medicine and service he can. I highly strongly recommend this walk in clinic for its high performance, friendly amazing staff and wait times are nothing more than 15mins! Good luck to all who work at this clinic. Usually treated like a piece of meat at walk ins. Not here. Receptionist and Dr were friendly and attentive. Hubby has never really been to Drs. We didn't even prompt it, but the Dr prompted us to come back and get his blood pressure checked. Very much appreciated.

Dr. Piskozub seems like an excellent doctor. He diagnosed my daughter's ailment quickly and was friendly and patient. He also spent several minutes explaining the nature of the ailment and how and why it occurs. I was quite impressed.

Dr was nice and all but misdiagnosed my daughter. Told me it was a result of asthma and a viral cold/cough. Told us her lungs where clear couldn't hear anything even though she heard her cough constantly in the room.my husband took my 3 year old to the emerge this morning.she has phuenomia, not asthma. Rather then fully tending to my child and listening properly she tried to upsell me to a new doctor and kept saying that by bringing her to the clinic it costs my family dr money and to go find a new doctor if I basically cant get in the same day.safe to say now from the hospital my daughter has a proper diagnosis and antibiotics.

Amazing service! I do not have a family doctor in London and was looking for a clinic I could trust to get help with some personal physical and mental issues. I have been to MANY clinics in London and although HMC is about 20 minutes out of my way it is 100% worth it. Receptionist was beyond wonderful, always get seen within the hour, and I never felt like I was being rushed by the doctors. Absolutely would recommend.

The receptionist was pleasant, the Doctor was really nice he listened and explained my condition, I didn't feel rushed through.
Only issue I found was that there weren't enough chairs in the waiting area to accommodate the number of patients.

The place is clean and the h3 staff is friendly but if you are a refugee then don't bither going there. They dont accept anyone with a refugee statues.

We had an issue the first time I came here but the owner responded promptly and offered solutions to rectify the issue and that’s how I felt treated well. I came back the second time and was seen by Dr. Lucasz. He was friendly and apologetic as well, but the best thing was, he explained a lot about my condition and gave a lot of tips. Just - 1 star because of the first encounter.

A good visit, only took about an hour from walking in and leaving and doctor was really good. I was looked after well.

Not a bad experience. Wait time was shorter than expected with the amount of people ahead of us. My only complaint is the doc had a sense of humor for gender and I feel that is unprofessional to joke about in general especially from someone you seek help from. It wasn't rude or vulgar but there are simple ways of finding out someones gender rather than saying "he or she idk! " There are people that are sensitive to that and will find it highly offensive. I only write this because I've been to many walk-ins and have never had a joke from a doctor but luckily I take jokes lightly compared to most people, and I also know his intentions were not to hurt, but there's nothing wrong with politely asking someone's gender if you're unsure. If you don't know, ask! Nobody is expected to know someone's gender.

Aside from that it was quick, again not much of a wait time they were flying through the other patients so we were in quicker than expected as said before. Nice receptionist and I didnt mind the tv either saw some Big Bang Theory while waiting, most walk-ins have a tv with ads which makes the wait even longer where they have tv shows and news.
