Car wash isn’t open. No sign that it’s closed but the cashier persisted there are signs. There are no signs. Now I put gas for nothing since if I go to another gas station they charge extra if you get a car wash without pumping gas

So I guess even though Google says open 24 hrs they decided that they're no longer 24 hrs. It's currently 605 am and the pumps are all off and nobody is inside. Last time I was here before 6 the guy told me that head office told them to turn off the pumps at 10pm till 6am. Well here it is at 605 and they're all off still. Ridiculous. You've lost a decade long customer.

Usually this location has one of the best prices in my neighborhood. The closer to midnight, the lower the price usually gets! Another advantage of husky is their loyalty program, which every once in awhile will offer me a few dollars off my gas purchase.

I’ve used exclusively husky for years but after looking at my credit card statement I’m never coming back. The other night I originally selected $30 worth of gas, however my tank filled up and the machine stopped at $22. At every other gas station I’ve ever been to I’d only be charged $22 since that’s what I used. Apparently husky’s policy is to charge for gas I never used since on my credit card statement it shows a charge of $30. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt because I assumed I’m only going to be charged what I used but I was wrong. God knows how much money they’ve taken from customers for products they never obtained. If you work hard for your money avoid this place.

Sunday November 25th 6: 00 PM, the time and date is important so the ownership of this location can have a serious conversation with this Rude employee!
I pull up to a pump, go to fill up and realize it is a pay as you go pump, so no problem I move to an inner pump and try again. To my surprise it too is pay as you go, so I press the "call" button and the guy inside just stares at me, doesn't answer. So I hang up the nozzle and walk in. I originally start politely asking this guy if all of the pumps are pre-paid, his response to me was "can't you read? " I say "excuse me. " And the conversation only got further heated from there.
This employee was rude, disrespectful and absolutely ignorant. When I questioned him further he basically said "I don't care. " So I drove to a local Shell Station and filled up there.
I do not recommend this location to anyone, plus because this employee made it personal, I will make it a point to inform everyone I know about my experience to "drive" business elsewhere. This will cost Husky more than just one sale and an
upset customer by the time I am done!
