Hello,
I had gotten a car wash at your location and ended up getting some scratches on the passenger side.
I even showed it to the supervisor right after but he wasn't helpful at all and denied being damaged by the car wash. I know for a fact those scratches were new and clearly from the car wash since I haven't had anything of the sort before the car wash. I wasted 30 mins explaining this to the supervisor but he didn't provide any explanation or even apology for this mishap. It was an extremely disappointing experience!
I have been coming to your location for the last 6 years and also giving you business for regular oil for all of my 3 cars. So the least I had expected was a better customer service experience. This isn't how you should be treating your loyal customers.
I would just say to others to be cautious getting the car wash since it may cause some damage/scratches as it happened to me. On top of that no proper means of customer service and customers aren't even heard. I won't be returning here from now on!

Has unreliable hours. Drive past midday today (Sunday) and it was closed, with the price on the sign reading zero. Sometimes it's open, sometimes it's not.
Even when open, prices are no different from nearby Esso, Petro and Pioneer.
