Both of these employees were attentive and responsive to customer's questions; answering thoroghly, courteously and making every effort to ensure all was done diligently. Had to replace my furnace. Husky was able to come in and replace/install it the next day. The job was done quick and Sam (the installer) cleaned up everything afterwards. Sam was friendly and happily answered all my questions.

A complicated installation job done well, and a major improvement over the old arrangement. Then, they were immediately responsive to subsequent issues over the following week concerning flaws in the manufacture of the installed system. In short, they got things worked out and the heating system up and running reliably.

I was a loyal Husky Heating and Air Conditioning customer for annual maintenance for years. This year my 20+ year old AC gave up on me (yes, on the hottest day of the year:). I called Husky and next day got new AC installed. Dimitry in sales was very responsive, knowledgeable, answered all questions, gave several options. Very bad customer service. Horrible experience and incompetent tech. Technician Gregory came to our house to repair A/C for issue of not working properly. He told us that the thermostat is not wired properly, offered to change the thermostat for cheaper one or install split wire. I was okay to go ahead with the thermostat change but then he said I am not sure if this is the issue as he was not able to test the A/C properly.said that he will need to come back again and charge additonal service fee. I said that if the theromstat is not faulty, why do we change it? Started to argue with me. I paid him his fee 120 dollars and told him I will get second opinion as he is not competent. I then called their head office, which promised me a call back but they never bother to call back.

I called Husky when my AC refused to turn on and they sent a repairman the same day. They sent Hami, who was professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had the repair part with him and fixed the issue promptly. The whole process was quick, painless and efficient.

RIP OFF COMPANY! They quoted me a $99 per hour installation fee then increased it to $300 without any reason. Not recommended at all. They came twice to diagnose a simple problem, and were not able to correctly assess it. The first guy came, rubbed a sensor with a cloth to clean, and said it's all fixed without properly checking it. The problem was evident again as soon as he left. The second guy quoted me $99 to install a control board (which I bought for a 1/3 of their quoted price online at repairclinic.com), and then was told by them that the installation was actually going to be $300. Really bad and shadey business practices.

I had a problem with my hot water tank, did not get hot water. I called multiple service companies and decided on Huskyair. Same day a few hours later, A very pleasant tech by the name of David showed up. In no time he figured out my problem and fixed it. I must say David is very professional and a nice person, I will use their service again and highly recommend.

We live in a 100 year old east end house and really don't know a lot about renovations. The entire experience with Husky was excellent. Dimitri was very professional and efficient. He helped us decide on the best unit and price and informed me about the rebate. Edyn and his assistant were very professional. They arrived in perfect time, informed us of how long they would take and tidied up really well. He taught us how to use the system with respect and patience. The price was excellent but the care was outstanding. Husky was the only company that took the time to help us pick the right system for our home. (We did get other quotes but no one really checked for the appropriate equipment. They wanted the money and sell us up from what we needed making the costs much higher. No one treated us the way we were treated by Husky.) And now we have central air! Thank you Husky!

Installed a tankless heater last year. So far everything's great. The men who came for installation were nice and helpful.

I work with a salesman call Dimitri who help coordinate the installation of a furnace, air conditioner, and tankless water heater. We are very happy with all three. They were installed on time with solid warranties at several thousand dollars less tha the closest competitors quote.

The installers were on time - very pleasant. 2 eager beavers got on the job right away and completed the task to my satisfaction. If only all my dealings with outside contractors were always that pleasant. Highly recommend - keep it going!

The young man who came to fix my fireplace was terrific. Not only did he know his stuff about the fireplace and was able to fix it, he was personable and interesting to chat with. Highly recommend him and Husky Heating.

I chose "Husky Heating and Air Conditioning" to install a Tankless water hearer in my house. I did a lot of research prior to hiring them for the job and I must admit that their prices beat the competition. However, price was not the only reason I chose to hire "Husky Heating and Air Conditioning" for this job. Ten years ago I bought my "Lennox" furnace from them. I was happy then with the installation and I am very happy now with my new "Rinnai" tankless water heater. I highly recommend "Husky Heating and Air Conditioning" for any HVAC related work.

In attending to the problem Jeffrey showed exemplary skill and competence with courteous, pleasant and patient manners (he actually listened to his customer!). The trouble was speedily diagnosed, faulty part identified, and repair expeditiously completed. Never had such painless experience associated with a major equipment breakdown.
