The best doctors & staff. Very understanding and caring staff I high recommend this pet hospital for any pet emergency.

Over christmas Monty (poodle) got very sick. I took him to the vet that we had been using and to keep the story short they were dismissive and did not even conduct a proper examination. As he was getting worse with no real concern from the 'experts' I decided it was time to try another vet. I ended up here. I must tell you from the moment we walked in the doors it was going from night to day. The team at 401 vet was warm and concerned. They treated Monty and provided a proper examination. He was admitted for bowel issues, vomiting and needed to receive treatment, antibiotics and hydration. Monty required surgery and he is happily on the mend. Remember you are the only advocate your baby has and if you are uncomfortable with the vet and what they are or aren't showing concern for, You need to take control. I would not hesitate doing what I did if it happened again. I just wish I had done it sooner.
Monty might not be with us if Hwy 401 Warden vet did not get a chance to provide the care he needed. Dr Puneetpal singh and his team are warm, kind, professional and it is apparent they love what they do and care for the babies we take to them.

Amazing team saved my cat’s live. My cat had urine blockage, finally had PU surgery here after multiple catheters and a failed cystotomy at ER. And the ER actually treated us like money bag. The options we had were putting him down or to try PU surgery. We got luck to find this hospital. The surgery was done on the same day we went in, because it was a life saving surgery! It was a beautiful operation, no any sign of blood started from the second day. Finally the little thing could pee smoothly after suffering so much. The doctor also fixed the teared urethra causes by the catheter without extra charge. The total cost is so reasonable! I would say much less expensive than we expected! All team members are very professional and kind and real animals lover. They really care bout your fur baby from their hearts! I recommend this hospital!

I'm so grateful to find this place. After so much stress from the last vet office, my pup is happy and we are on our way to a happy and healthy life together. This place shows compassion and care towards our fur babies. I saw my puppy for the first time since I brought her home at 7 weeks, now who is 12 show an open mouth puppy smile today at the park, after being taken care of properly, I couldn't believe it. Thank you so much for the love and compassion towards my pup and I'm ever so grateful I found a vet that cares and it shows. Forever grateful
