They do sell hot tubs. Service is good until they drop it off, then you'll never be able to speak to the salseman again. I've had it for three months, its had two leaks and the heater needed to be replaced. The company they outsource the service calls to is great.

Its been over a month since we've had our hot tub and we are enjoying it immensely. We used their recommended electricians and crane operators to deliver the hot tub to the backyard and Kylie was at our house the entire time ensuring everything went to plan. Once installed and filled with water she even came back to ensure it was running well and to show us how to operate it and maintain it. Thanks Kylie for going the extra mile for us.

Very good service from the minute you step in to their shop in Mississauga to the end of the prosses of purchasing their swim spa we were very happy, we delt with Jordan and felt that we are in good hands, he was very honest and straight forward with us with no hiden cost or any false promises like a lot of other places we checked before we decided to buy from them, also their swim spa is Awesome! Our kids loves it and so do we! Truly recomending this location! Thanks Jordan.

Hydropool is the best place to get your hottub spa. They are long lasting as I have had mine for 8 years now and it is still running amazing Jordan is great and will look after all your needs.

Having bought a used swim spa, an Aquasport 14’, we were a little nervous with it being 2012, maybe older. It came with new pumps and a new spa pack installed and a one year warranty. That tells you something there doesn’t it? This Hydropool runs like new, everything seems solid, everything works and it feels like it’s built to last. If they’re all built like this be happy and confident to purchase any of the Hydropool models. Cheers!

We love our swim spa! Zach and Jordan were very helpful answering all our questions. A great product for exercising and relaxing. The demonstration and explanations were very helpful.

We just recently purchased a hyrdropool self cleaning. It has helped tremendously with insomnia, back pain, sciatic pain and tense muscles. I would recommend for anyone dealing with pain.

Good luck getting anyone to contact you back to answer your questions. We have a swimspa on order from Hydropool and need information about preparing for its arrival. Have contacted our salesperson as well as the head office in Mississauga and no one will call us back. Very frustrating to deal with.

Awesome looking showroom and great friendly staff, they will tell you how awesome these are and that they are in professional sports teams rooms. However in our experience the build quality just isn't there. We have owned our Hydropool for 5 years. We have owned hot tubs for over 20 years this is our 3rd brand.and the first to have Multiple leaks. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. We will likely be JUNKING this Hot tub after multiple repairs in a short time

I would NOT recommend this brand.as mentioned by others service is done via a 3rd party and replacement parts are borderline criminal. $700 for a new pump.

After warranty expired we found 2 sides of tub leaking by the lights. With their Wrapped insulation it has to be cut when repairs are required, it is then taped back together with tuck housing tape hopefully efficiency isn't compromised. We have had 3 service calls in 5 years far more than any other brand we have owned previously this is the first tub we have had leak from multiple places. The Plastic pieces for the pillows will break so I wouldn't recommend pillows. See pic 1. We have had all lights leak in the hot tub After service calls we're upto 1.5X the original purchase price in 5 years. But it does look great.

Update still has Multiple leaks jets, lights & Drain.

Not even sure if this company is in business. I’ve left three messages with 2 sales people, cash in my hand and no return phone calls.

We bought the Executive Swimspa in June 2019. We have enjoyed it consistently throughout all the seasons and it has served not only as a great way to exercise but also to relieve stress. Hydropool has a wonderful showroom with a great sampling of working hot tubs and swimspas. Excellent service! Jordan did a fantastic job from start to finish, making great recommendations and answering all questions. Great delivery service from Kristie - wonderful to work with and so resourceful! Excellent follow up service also - any concerns and quickly and expertly dealt with. Best of all Hydropool swimspas are engineered and manufactured right on site! We love that it is made in Canada! Be prepared to pay a little more to get a very high quality swimspa, made in Canada with great service. The old adage is true here, you get what you pay for. Thanks Hydropool for enhancing our backyard retreat!
