Overall good. You must share what you want them to do with for your service. My nails weren't shaped, I asked for a couple of colors to be tried before selecting but that was completely missed for my manicure.

My cousin took me here to her place with my grandma for a girls day, manicure is perfect, pedicure though. I have really bad sensitive feet and I just had ingrown removed month before. I specifically told the lady about to do my toes that the dr said absolutely no touching under the nail or the sides, that she can clean the cuticles and paint, and file not even cut my big toenail, next thing I know I’m yelping in pain because she took the silver metal tool and dug under my nail to clean it, the owner even asked if I was okay.the lady doing my feet says sorry my friend I had to, like no you didn’t, I asked you not to: (anyways, not even the problem, the problem is NOW two days later, my toe IS SWOLLEN, RED, THROBBING IN PAIN, And I had to book my foot doctor for an emergency consultation. It’s 11pm LOL. I noticed when I looked down that the “white” part of the nail “the half moon” type shapes was so far down I’ve never seen anything like it before she literally DUG into a next layer of the “red” part. I’m in so much pain right now I can’t believe it:/ numbing polysporin + few Advils till the doctor opens … lady was nice enough I guess, but I was going to tip her regardless.maybe is someone comes to you with an insecurity/health issue you should listen.this is going to cost me more than both my mani AND pedi combined to go get fixed/removed, and it hurts loool.

LOVED my experience here! I can’t remember the lovely ladys name, i think it may have been Wendy- she was AMAZING! My naild are so beautiful and it wasn’t expensive at all. 10/10 recommend

Everyone there is super friendly and speaks English very well. Great attention to detail and colour selection very good. A lot of repeat customers which is always a good sign a business is doing something right.

Don't get waxed here. On two occasions they have taken off my top layer of skin. Now I will be visiting my inlaws with PATCHES missing from my face. I look like I have exima. THANKS.

I went for a full set of acrylics a few days ago. The shape of the nails was okay, however the paint job done by the lady “Julie” was horrible. On three of my fingers the paint pooled at the bottom close to my cuticle. I asked her to fix it & she told me it was my fault because of my cuticles were “in the way”. I again told her to fix it because there is no reason for the paint to be pooling and look very bumpy there and she argued with me until she “fixed” it, it’s still not properly done She also said because she did 3 coats of shellac that it usually pools. I’ve been getting my nails done with shellac for years now (usually with 3 coats) & I’ve never seen that. She also decided it was okay to very aggressively move my hands to reposition them or to move between fingers/hands. The salon environment was so dirty, floors were messy & chemicals everywhere. I will 100% never be returning to this salon.

The prices are competitive, the salon is always clean and I've never had to wait unreasonably long. However, the actual service can be a hit or miss.
