I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona. Arman in sales was extremely helpful, transparent and treated us like family. He took his time going through the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns anytime I called. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you Arman for the great experience:)

Super shady dealership! I had to find childcare twice to come in to buy a vehicle at the advertised price, only to find at the 11th hour when signing paperwork there were a ton of hidden and made-up extra charges. They weren’t willing to sell the car without $2000 worth of floor mats which are sold on the Hyundai website for about $400. I was told that though I wouldn’t be willing to buy the car over asking for significantly higher than advertised, in this market, “someone else will. ”

EDIT: Since the dealership owner has accused me of lying, I’d encourage other prospective buyers to check out the other 1-star reviews - funny how many “liars” have had the same experience! Good thing I have a copy of the contract they tried to get me to sign.

I read with interest the owner's response to Gabrielle Lee's review. I am her father in law and I was with her intending to purchase a new Venue from their inventory. We booked a test drive but were told it was no longer available when we got there. We were contacted days later and were told the other deal fell through.
We booked an appointment and waited nearly 30 minutes for the salesman to show up.
We reviewed the pricing and were stunned by the $1200 charge for floor mats. The sales manager was summoned and he refused to budge on the floor mats as he needed to include them to make a reasonable profit. He said he would be fired otherwise. Interestingly he later commented that the owner was his father. I suggested it would be unlikely that his father would fire him.
Gabrielle offered to pay full MSRP in cash without inclusion of the mats.
She was discouraged that the dealership would not accept her cash deal with the elimination of the fee for the mats.

Their great so far, sales people and finance and sales manager that helped me with questions about off paint I had small issue about, warranty questions and I had missing tire air cap, but their willing to provide free with less hassle and headache.

This is either a chop shop, they are negligent or vandals go through their parking lot while your car is sitting there waiting to be repaired. My reverse camera was either stolen and replaced with a damaged unit, damaged by the dealer or someone went into the lot and damaged it. When my car went in for repair the camera was in perfect condition, it was not damaged as I clean it all of the time, when I got the car back it was damaged. They said it was from corrosion but I know that is not true, you can see it on the screen that the video doesn't look the same. I won't be going back to this dealer for any reason unless the reverse camera is replaced to the condition it was in when the vehicle was left with them. I do not recommend this dealership for service.

I just purchased my first car from Aurora Hyundai and could not have been happier with my experience. Arman was incredibly helpful and genuine, and never made me feel the pressure that most car salesman do. As a young car buyer he did everything in his power to give me the best deal possible and I couldn’t be happier. Vu and Tyler were both extremely welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend Aurora Hyundai to anyone.

I highly recommend the services provided by Hyuandai of Aurora. Their team is professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. The quality of their work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

Sales and service staff at Aurora Hyundai are good and helpful. However if you need to call service department to book appointment or to get update, forget it! They NEVER answer the phone. Even when they have several service techs standing around. Please pickup the phone! Once you do get through they are usually helpful.

Brought our car in for 2 recalls and an engine inspection. After the “engine inspection” we were told we need a whole new engine at the price of 6000$ of course we took it to another mechanic and they told us it just needs a new barring and Hyundai Aurora diddnt even do the recalls we originally dropped it off for. So if you need work done I’d completely avoid these salesman “mechanics”

Lol, now I believe all the low rating comment, $799 admin fee what a joke …. Go to Orangeville Hyundai $0 admin fee! No kidding! Salesman name James is horrible. Paying himself extra commission…. Other dealership explained they are shock with $799 admin fee. Anyway I’m glad I didn’t fall for it, got my car somewhere else.

Wu Trinh was the best agent with a lot of great experience and excellent advice. He’s very honest and straightforward with his clients. He always recommended the best deals and car models for customers ️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️

Over the last couple of months my boyfriend and I have spent a lot of time at this dealership as my boyfriend was purchasing a new car. Upon every single visit we were greeted by smiles and helpful staff looking to support our needs. Vu was phenomenal throughout the entire process and Tyler stepped up when Vu wasn’t available. The entire staff is lovely and I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough! Very thankful for all of the effort that was put into making my boyfriend’s car buying experience a great one!

*RECOMMENDED* What an interesting first experience having my car serviced here. 2 days after I had an oil change I found oil all over my garage floor. The issue ended up being a loose drain plug that was not tightened. While this is less than ideal and prevented my ability to drive to the office, the service team went over and above to correct the issue and treated my case as priority.

The original service itself (excluding the loose drain plug) was excellent. I had booked my appointment online and it didn't update in their system (was told that Hyundai was going through an update to their booking systems. The other dealerships I go to mention the same thing as well with their own complications so this isn't Aurora specific). They assured me they could fit me in and had me out of the dealership within a half hour, the fastest out of any dealer I've been to. They were extremely welcoming, offering coffee as I sat down.

While I was working and unavailable while Aurora Hyundai was rectifying the mistake with my oil change I only heard great things. I would like to thank the team at Hyundai Aurora for their great service and communication! Next visit I foresee being 5 stars

This dealership overcharges something like $6K over the manufacturers price for vehicles. Shady dealership and salesman.
Edit: Team Aurora, I see all your unhelpful responses to other dissatisfied customers and reviewers. Always blame the other person. Not helpful. The price shown on your website for a vehicle shows + HST. Yet I was being gouged for other parts added on to the price. Including $2000 for a hitch and harness + installation + HST. HYUNDAI CANADA has both accessories listed for $900 installed + tax. Your salesman with a beard and a flag is a rip off and you know it. Sheesh. Glad I didn't fall for the scam.
Went to another dealership and purchased the same vehicle (cash) for the same price Hyundai Canada recommends without the embellishments added by your salesman.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Arman Amirvar at Aurora Hyundai, he was very concise and professional, going the extra mile to make our purchase experience memorable. Highly recommended!
