This was my first experience at Hyundai of Goderich and I could not be more pleased. I felt as if they were fair, honest and more importantly trust worthy. Anyone looking for auto service from a business where honesty and exceptional customer are important to you should definitely trust Hyundai of Goderich - I know I do.

Great staff made a pleasant experience when we bought our vehicle one year ago and also follow up visits for our scheduled maintenance. We really like Hyundai products and this dealership works to earn customer loyalty.

They were very helpful. Squeezed my car in within a day of dropping it off and had it repaired the same day the part came in. Friendly and understanding staff.

Everyone is extremely pleasant and go out of their way to make sure Im happy with every appointment. I drive an hour and a half to go to this dealership and its well worth the time.

This location isn't monitored. I ended up leaving my employment after one of the younger sales clerks took my keys at the end of the day and hid my car off the property. I ended up calling police and quitting shortly after, but Hyundai kept this worker even after police.

Everything went well, friedly lady did the words, and service was quickly done.

I always bring my Toyota in here as they are undoubtedly the best dealership in Goderich, friendly attitudes all around, accommodating to my schedule and helping me with rides when needed as well as fair and affordable pricing, I recommend this dealership to everyone I know even though I have only been coming here since early 2021 I appreciate the entire team at Hyundai in Goderich and I hope they know how happy they make their customers!

Great service, friendly staff and willing to go the extra mile for you. My turbo went on my suv not under warranty took 6 weeks for the part to arrive but their gave me a loaner car to at no expense to me I really appreciate that

Payed for my pre safety. Booked my car in to be safetied.
I noticed they did NOT give me my safety certificate, so I called them. They said to bring my car back for 15 min more. The staff let me know they couldn't give me my safety that should have been completed. And listed off more work. When I asked questions. They are now refusing to finish the safety that I paid for. I hope this treatment doesn't have anything to do with my husband having to quit this location a few years back after staff took his car keys and hid his vehicle off property.

Samantha was quick enough to provide a very reasonable job quote and had the service scheduled immediately.job was completed with ample time too.
