Very good service from Jamie (sales) and Adam (financing) when I purchased my new-to-me Venue. I'm happy with my car and the excellent warantee. Trade-in value I was given was more than expected, so that was a nice bonus.

I reviewed Hyundai on Hunt Club 6 years ago, editing my rating now in 2024 as I've purchased my third vehicle from them. The team here has always provided phenomenal service in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend dealing with Reg, Adam and Moustapha. When the time comes for my next vehicle, I will be sure to return again.

The worst hyundai part service in Ottawa. Apparent dysfunction of their appointment system and being selective to clients. Went there to get an emergency appointment and got turned away on the apppintment they gave. What a waste. Never go back there again!

Very bad experience from reception to sales people! Was disgusted with the condescending personalities. They gave me an impression of disgruntled employees who dont give a _K about work or customers! In sharp contrast to the Japanese manufacturer right across where we signed up for a nice SUV.

Tran was verry straight forward and verry helpful. He went above and beyond and sold me an amazing 2015 Kia soul! Thanks Tran!

Whole sales teams are scamming people for money on extended warranty and protection packages. That's total of extra $7000 on top of your new car price.
They are lying about the new cars are comes with these packages/. Should have them arrested for giving false information and disclosure documents to customers.

Stay away like it's the plague. They quote prices online, and then significantly increase them (thousands of dollars) when you call to enquire. They refuse to honour their price. Not to mention that they conveniently added in paint and leather protection, and a $3200 warranty that I never asked for and wasn't told about. Shady and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Jamal was a true pleasure to work with. He is very enthusiastic about his job and delivers amazing customer service. Absolutely would recommend Jamal to anyone who wants an awesome deal!
