I've been going to Mauro mostly, but all of the guys are solid.

After my barber retired, it's taken me years to find a suitable replacement. Either they were good but ludicrously expensive (and pretentious), or you suddenly realize why the cuts are so cheap. But these guys? These guys are the perfect medium. A price that's neither offensive nor suspicious, backed up by well-placed confidence in their skills. The quality of the cuts, paired with both the personality and hospitality of the staff and the undeniably classic aesthetic of the barbershop itself, has won me over as a loyal customer.

I have been coming here to see Ando for my haircuts, and each experience has been better than the last. All of my cuts have been done with a high degree of care, and attention to detail. Not to mention, the team and membership community is very friendly, and the espresso upon arrival is an excellent touch. It is worth the commute from downtown!

I've been going to IBarbieri and seeing Akram and the other gents for half a year, ever since growing my hair out, and I love it. From entering the shop, being asked if I'd like an espresso to all the gents being gems, my haircuts with Akram always turn out top notch. I cannot recommend a better barbershop in the CIty.

I had a awesome experience last time with Mr. Ando, professional and respectful. They offer free coffee and tea with welcome speech when you walk in. I accidently forgot the name of Mr. Ando and had to randomly book an available appointment on their website, I will make sure to book right person next time.

So about six months ago I started rocking the beard style thanks to these guys. I always considered I was taking good care but what a surprise when a Pro does it for you. Although Mauro is my #1 barber (honestly, he is the only who has ever done my beard) I had the opportunity to get a great hair cut from Akram and let me tell you, there is no real cost when you have a great experience from these gentlemen. I still hope one day I can book my appointment with Ando, the owner. You will know who he is if you visit because no matter how busy he is, he will always received all customers with a great salutation and make you feel like you belong, like you are part of what I like to refer as the "Barbers culture".

Great Service, owner Ando is always onsite making sure everything is in order. I usually get a hair cut with Akram, but even when he was not available all the others were great too.

Honestly, the best haircut I've gotten in Toronto. I've been coming here since roughly about 2017 and it's still the best haircut I've gotten in the city. I've been to other barbers, stylists, ect, but again no one compares. I don't have to write this review but again, when I've tried to replicate the cuts I get here elsewhere it just doesn't compare.

Mauro has been cutting my hair personally and he is a professional through and through. Ando, the owner, cares about this establishment and its reputation and it shows. I remember once in 2019 I wasn't happy with a cut I got by one of the temporary barbers and he told me to come in and he fixed it free of charge, wouldn't even accept a tip for fixing it. Compared to other barbers the prices are very fair as well.

Honestly this was probably my last time here, didn't have the best experience with akram.

I had an appointment for 9: 30 am and like I always have, I arrived on time. I didn't get called until 9: 55 am (a phone call or text letting me know you guys were behind would've been nice, and it doesn't take very long to message that). Akram then proceeded to rush my haircut for the next customer that was also waiting to get a haircut.

I was super disappointed that he had done so, and when I talked to him about it he had said it's because he had too many customers. As having been in customer service, I know that is not an excuse or something you say to a paying customer at all.

I will note that for the 2 years I've been coming here it's been nothing but pleasant, but after this I will be looking for another place.

It’s always a great experience at IBarbieri. Love the music, cleanliness, welcoming smiles and the espresso shot. I haven’t found a perfect fit yet but I will definitely come back for another.

Love this place, Barbers are friendly, talented, and the price is fair. They cut my hair for my wedding in 2020 and have been my go to spot since.

Anthony is the most Professional businessman I know of in Canada. I had my first job at 16 years of age and I was lucky enough to have him as my Boss. The business manners I learned from Anthony and Erez at a very young age are still helping me to this today. I got my haircut from Anthony a few years ago and it was Job well done. Too bad I don't live close to the barbershop otherwise This barbershop would be my go-to place.

Utterly disappointed! Having done work with Ando, and he has failed to compensate me for the work I've completed. It is completely disrespectful and I will not continue to work with Ando nor will I go to his shop for a haircut anymore!

Covid lockdown rules in Ontario forbid haircuts- it's been four or five months since I got a haircut (pre-Covid I went weekly). I spent weeks looking online for help with this necessity. I found his website- and loved the concept. I booked online after they gave me a log-in code.

I booked a week in advance- and even got the email confirming it *The email made no mention of me having to send a return email to confirm I got it. ***

After the Victoria Day holiday weekend, I checked my email only to find out they had emailed me 'a cancellation notice'. Since I hadn't checked email on the holiday weekend, i missed a random email requiring me to confirm the appointment again-?

I am not impressed.

I have never heard of this kind of 'continual confirmation'.

Update: Having read the vicious reply from the owner, I am happy they cancelled my appointment after all. The vengeance and the anger displayed in his response is a cause for concern. I will stay safe- by staying far away!

I will give a business suggestion: accusing the customer of not using the phone to call a business that hasn't done anything over the phone is odd. Why would I call him? They never called me to 'confirm I am confirming the confirmation'. Its not the customer's a responsibility to manage a business's customer service.

When I went there, it was such an experience. I am actually upset that the standard has risen this high. When I go to my hometown I know no other barber will be able to match what I Barberi accomplished.

I have been going to the same barber for years and didn't think I would ever leave him. A friend suggested this place when I had very limited time to get a cut. Online booking is so easy and Akram did a great job cutting my hair. Also the soundtrack in the background while getting the cut was also a plus. Will be back for sure.

I have had the best CONSISTENT haircut from this barbershop, more from Mauro. All barbers are very talented and I’m left feeling very content with the price and service provided. Espresso and water service is an excellent, but ice cubes wouldn’t hurt. Sometimes I like my espresso on ice. It’s a very Italian experience.

Trusted all the great reviews, went for a cut last week and it was a big Disappointment. The bald guy on the left most chair (sry forgot his name) did the cut and he absolutely has no skills, rushed me and was a snob. To make it worse, i provided the feedback to the girl at cash and she was indifferent, no apologies or getting that fixed. The owner greeted nicely though and seems like him and some guy called mo knew what they were doing, as I could see the cuts were nice!

Okay, I'm a person of trying different barbers based on their good reviews, and I must say 5 stars is not enough for this place.
Ando the owner is very respected man, greets and farewells professionally.
Roman was the gentleman that cut my hair, and from the way he held the scissors I could say he's professional (my mom owns a barbershop and is professional). He clearly listened to what I want and delivered the same. Wiped any water running from my forehead quickly.
I read all reviews of this place even bad reviews, and I must say for the great quality of their job the owner has all the rights to be furious towards those that leave bad reviews.
I travelled 45 minutes to get to this place and I'll be back again!

No nonsense, traditional, small talk barber shop. Great cuts, excellent shave, prices on point. Staff is meticulous and detailed, they are in no rush to finish their job. And the whole time you are there the best rock'n roll is playing in the background.

Fantastic barbershop inside out. It starts with the team, the atmosphere and it reflects on their shop. Super clean. The best online booking system, makes it as easy as ever to come in. Mauro is the barber I go to regularly and I am never disappointed. Thank you to Ando and his team for providing excellent service, at a more than fair price, while offering a very enjoyable experience. The music is always nice, and the coffee is always on point. Absolutely love this place. They spend a great amount of time on the little details and always leave with an amazing haircut. Yes you could say it's a bit more pricey compared to what's around but honestly even at $30 it's significantly cheaper than many of the stylish barbers in the area.

Taking and managing appointments is not that hard especially when u have a guy dedicated to that. DONOT replace people from the haircut chair (that's disrespectful), ask them when they are waiting

A greatly overrated hairstyling establishment. After 4 or 5 visits they still couldn't cut my hair properly. Also each time it's a different stylist to cut your hair what makes it almost impossible for someone to become familiar with you. I wouldn't recommend this place

This is by far the best haircut and beard trim experience I have had in ages. I initially started coming here because of the proximity to my place but even after moving to a much distant place, I keep coming here. All 3 Gentlemen here are amazing barbers. I have had appointments with all of them and they have provided exceptional services.
