The company was not up front that these boxes were produced internationally. The prices charged were in line with domestic production. All products arrived slightly damp and no help was offered by the company. All the boxes curled as a result. I will not be using them again.

The experience doing business with iCUSTOM Boxes is second to none, with excellent service and products. I will be continuing my business with them.

Purchased 500 playing card boxes for a customer, Boxes were shipped and arrived at my house in around 5 days. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product and the fast turn around time.

Best company to work with for rush packaging. Had to do a small order of 100 boxes that had complex artwork. Sent them the artwork, did the payment, approved the digital proof, and no samples because I didn’t have time. But everything turned out great! All the boxes were shipped flat and bubble wrapped in a box. Nothing was damaged as I was expecting. Just for reference, the packaging was matte with silver foil accents! Excellent hot stamping quality, nothing was peeling or bubbling like other vendors. Amazing quality and service. Will be working with them again for future projects.

There's a lot of 5 star reviews by folks that have only one review.

They said they were ready on the Monday and would ship out that day. Thursday after inquiring multiple times I was told they didn't pass quality check and were being reprinted. I needed them that weekend. Refused to refund the order and offered to offer compensation on the next order which I will never do.

Not impressed.

*Added after working with the boxes I finally got. They had plastic windows and the plastic comes off incredibly easy and I ended up having to re-glue on a lot of them. I've had lots of customers complain. Shoddy.

The customer service is fantastic. Andy and the team goes above and beyond to provide the best service and is always ready to assist. They are proactive and understanding the our company needs. They are also very helpful throughout the process. I’m very grateful to them and appreciate all that they do.

I ordered custom soap boxes from this company and I'm thrilled with the result. Andy was so helpful in his communication; quick replies, detailed answers and patience in getting the design just perfect. Actually they're better than expected. The cardboard used feels high quality and my embossed logo gives a very luxurious feel to the box. Without a doubt, this custom made soap box will make my products stand out. I highly recommend this company!

Sham of a company, the 5 star reviews on here are fake! Low quality product that they did not deliver on time.

Excellent Quality. Excellent Service. Andy was absolutely fantastic and the design team knew exactly what to do. Everything was done in a timely manner and the best part is the quotes they provide you are straight to the point. Shipping, Handling, Taxes & Duties all included! I recommended to a few friends already and I recommend to everyone else!

These 5 star reviews must be fake. Ordered luxury 2 piece product boxes. Boxes did not even open, we’re glued shut. Furthermore they messily wrapped the boxes in paper (?) Printing was low quality and blurry. Boxes were covered in dirt and glue. Far from functional. Sent evidence of issues and returned boxes. Nathan won’t respond or refund. You have to fight these guys in court to get money back after they will knowingly scam you. Shame. Wish there were real reviews posted so I knew to steer clear of this company.
