Best Optical store in town. Staff are very friendly and have strong communication skills. The team was professional throughout the adjustment procedure, and they were successfully able to correct my glasses in under than 10 minutes. Overall, professional workers and excellent service. If you have a problem or need glasses, I would highly recommend this location.

I recently went to i-Optical in Brampton for an eye exam and glasses pick up. I gotta say, it was a total success! The staff was super friendly, and the eye exam was thorough. They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses from their wide selection. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of an eye exam and stylish glasses!

The customer service is amazing, it was me and my sister went to get glasses, loved the service we got. I would refer all my friends and family friends.

I initially received my glasses with the top of the lenses sticking out from the frame instead of flush. I asked for them to be fixed, was told"it couldn't be done". The owners wife is rude and does not care about customer service. EDIT - yes I am referring to glasses purchases two years ago, and no, I have not been"brainwashed". How immature.

Loved this optical store. The people were very friendly and patient with me. I had to come to this place because my glasses where crooked on my face and I needed them adjusted. Throughout the process of adjusting, the team was kind and were ultimately able to fix my glasses in less than 10 minutes. Overall, great service and friendly employees. Definitely recommend this place if you have problem or need glasses.

Family of five have been supportive to this business for many years now. Unfortunately I will not continue with them. The biz is not transparent with its fees, often saying don’t worry we’ll work it out. My glasses are always inaccurate and I don't receive what I pay for. I’m constantly inconvenienced and provided with false timelines as to when they will be ready. Very little accountability is taken and the blame is always placed on someone else. Very close to home however not worth the headache.

After visiting 5 optical places for glasses for my family, I was frustrated. One of our Friend recommended this place. Very happy with service, Delivery and # of Branded frames to choose from. Recommend visiting this place in small Plaza. Better than stores in Big Malls.

Had my eye exam and glasses made today, Cant stop myself in rating this place, I called in for eye exam appointment at 4.00 PM and explained them that my dog chew my glasses and I can not see without my glasses (had only one pair so stupid of me), They got me 4.30 PM appt and made my glasses within 10 minutes after my frame selection. I am back to my life and playing my video games tonight.
If you need glasses, Just visit this place and make your own call.

I have been visiting this place for the past 6-7 years, I made my son's glasses and gave them the instructions to make them transition, but did not. When I asked them, they said that they can not do anything now, because once they are made, they are made. It was a waste of my money, now recently I purchased glasses from them, and they are not clear enough to see through, and makes me feel like I am seeing through plastic or underwater. I went to the store and owner told me that nothing is wrong with your glasses, this is the right prescription, we can not do anything, which makes me feel that they are wasting time and to make money. Makes me feel a little saddened because I have been going for such a long time, and still to fix a mistake I need to purchase another set of glasses.

Got my eyes tested yesterday, Dr. Amrik Dhaliwal is very intelligent doctor, not only gave me Rx but also advised me so many other things about how to take care of my eyes. Glasses were made on site within 10 min. Recommend visiting them. Huge collections of Gucci's, Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta. I picked up Bottega (My favorite).

Great experience! My friend recommended me this place for glasses after my horrible experiences with other opticals. I was a bit hesitant to trust another optical but after my experience with ioptical today, I am so happy I got out of my comfort zone! The customer service was great, they worked well with my budget as well as my insurance and provided me with glasses of my liking. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable.
