I Optique

I first visited Optique in 2022 with the intention of buying a pair of sunglasses. The customer service I experienced was exceptional. Jimmy guided me through the selection process, patiently assisting me until I discovered the ideal pair. The service left a lasting impression on us, prompting my boyfriend to revisit the store and purchase another pair as a birthday surprise for me.
Since then, Optique has become our go-to spot for prescription contacts. Even as recently as August 30,2023, I returned to have a minor adjustment made to my sunglasses, which was promptly taken care of without any hassle. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for all optical needs.

In the last couple of years I ordered 4 pairs of glasses with them and will continue using the I Optique services - best pricing (believe me, I have done my homework) and great service.

I have been a loyal customer since IOptique opened and I must say I have never been disappointed.

Fact: Most of us prefer to walk in to some franchise stores because they are conveniently located in every mall in this country - spend big money on outdated products and become excited that we received 50% off the original price which was valid for 1 week only!

Problem is, those promotions are always there. Another issue is that you consult with some sales person not an educated / licensed optician.

The 1st group just want to sell you something and get their commission.

A licensed optician offers you the “right” product / service.

They don’t sell you a set of prescribed lens with any frame just because it looks nice on you.

Safety and practically is the key which are not considered at big franchise stores.

Licensed opticians advise you, for example, type of frame you must use with your progressive lenses. Different lenses require appropriate frames.

Sales people do not care nor understand the differences!

I was lucky to find out about this store. I met Jimmy who goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best type of lens and frame.

Their prices are much lower than many other stores - including those usual suspects franchisees!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the final bill - it was almost 50% lower than other big store - not to mention theirs was 2 generations older!

Huge selections of frames, low prices and professional staffs - all in this store.

I have bought two pairs over the years and have been very happy with both experiences. They were kind enough to adjust my old pair of glasses for free. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking for glasses.
