We have had many years of fantastic experiences with Dr. Martineau and her staff. Now that we are with Dr. Kelcher the excellence continues. Dr. Kelcher removed what turned out to be a foreign object from my daughter's eye this week. Her eye had been very painful and bothering her for some time. Dr. Kelcher worked quickly, professionally and painlessly and has an excellent way of communicating and taking care of my child. I highly recommend this clinic, all of the staff we have interracted with over the years are excellent.

Dr. Erin Kelcher is an exceptional optometrist and human being. I can not over-emphasize how exceedingly grateful I am to have her my optometrist. I've seen a great many optometrists and ophthalmologists in my life since a teenager. I recall often feeling anxious, being rushed to choose the best lenses etc, feeling rushed as though I was an inconvenience.no one in my memory remotely compares to Dr. Erin Kelcher. You'll be completely awed and immediately at complete ease with Dr. Kelcher.
I assure, you, you are in ultimate good hands in her care. What you get is upmost professional optometric care, kindness, efficiency, knowledge, expertise, a level of care and conscientiousness that I can not imagine possibly being surpassed.

I went to see Dr E Kelcher recently and the visit was excellent. She is extremely thorough and knowledgable. She has a really plesant demeanour and took lots of time to explain everything. The staff is super nice and the clinic is well organized.
I then saw Mr Robert for my lenses (appointment given quickly after my full eye exam by Dr Kelcher) and he is outstanding. I am a healthcare worker myself and have some knowledge about vision but the amount of new info that i learned from Robert was phenomenal. We talked about my eye issues, my workplace and what would work best for my situation. His advice is greatly appreciated.
