Really great service, brought in my laptop for repair when it had damage. They called and emailed to provide updates while I waited to get it back, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for Apple repair services in Midtown!

Finally got time to leave my review. The owner has no principle! Brought my 2019 macbook air to get the speakers replaced, then picked it up 5 days later without realizing there was a hole on the lower right side of the screen. Went through the entire process, up to small claims court, to get my screen replaced. The owner basically blamed me for putting a whole in my own screen, then presented a blurry video as evidence. Make sure to check your device thoroughly before signing the receipt! Btw the Apple Store does the same repairs for much cheaper! Wish I knew this before I entered this store. I do believe you reap what you sow, so I'll let fate handle this business.

I use my personal computer, 2018 MacBook Pro, for teaching. The other day it randomly died. Apple said it wouldn’t be worth repairing and I’m better off getting a new one. I thought I would get a second opinion. I-technique was able to help me in a pinch. They were able to diagnose my issue and replace the logic board in no time. Always get a second opinion, and when you do, go to I-Technique.

Brought a MacBook Pro to the Apple store and after waiting 2 hours they told me that the logic board was toast and it
would cost over $800 to repair. I was thinking I would be stuck coughing up for a repair at minimum or possibly a new MacBook. Something told me to
get another opinion though. Based off of online reviews I decided to try I-technique. Brad was super easy to deal with. In user 45 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had the MacBook working working again for fraction of what Apple had quoted me to repair. Saved me hundreds of dollars.i cannot recommend this store enough. THANK YOU
