Very unprofessional staff, was polite when i took my first policy, but when called to cancel insurance on renewal they were rude. Will not recommend.

We have been working with Ian for about 2 years now and he and his team are great, any information we need he gets back to quickly and is always very professional. We moved to him because our last insurance agent was not great at communicating to us and never updated our policies to include our changing lifestyle. I would recommend Ian and his team to anyone in need of insurance.
