After trying a lot of physio professional, we came to Yao Yao and were finally able to get my son’s issues addressed in an extremely efficient way.

I am a previous employee at Ibalance and normally I wouldn’t leave a review but I felt like I was done very dirty as a dedicated employee. My experience at Ibalance was good for the most part until they decided to spontaneously fire me one day. I was told that they had found someone to take over my position full time, as I was only doing part time because I am school and they were aware of that and never expressed any concerns. I had noticed one day that they started to interview people back to back but I never really though much of but little did I know they were looking for someone to replace me. When they let me go, I did not receive a two weeks notice but was told I was not going to be scheduled anymore and that I have no more upcoming shifts. I felt extremely disrespected at the fact that they knew they were actively looking for someone to replace me, yet I was not given a 2 weeks notice or heads up. As someone who dedicated 9 months to work for them, you’d think you’d be respected a little more. And on top of that, a couple days before I was let go, I was working a shift and someone new came. I was asked by a staff member if I can show her how to do my job while this staff member went to go get a massage. I did it no problem but to later find out that this person I had showed my job to was the same person that was going to replace me. They left me in a tough situation and all I have to say is that I wish they respected me more as an employee. I don’t want to to make the physio therapists look bad because they truly are amazing at their jobs but the clinic owner and management need a reevaluation because what they did to me was wrong.

I had Micheal M.for my physiotherapist and he was absolutely wonderful. He was able to diagnose what my issues were and treated them promptly so that healing started right away. He is so knowledgeable and kind and caring. All of the staff are lovely. I highly recommend this clinic.

I went to IBalance for a rotator cuff injury, my physiotherapist Jasmita Chaudhery has made a big difference in my pain and range of motion with only 5 visits. She is very professional and knowledgeable. This location is also very clean, I've been to other physiotherapy clinics which looked very dirty in comparison. I highly recommend this location.

Had many sessions with Michael and he’s by far the best Physio hands down. I came in with very sports specific knee and shoulder problems and he quickly diagnosed all my issues. No unnecessary treatments like acupuncture, just getting solid results with good exercises.

I injured my chest weightlifting and needed professional help to speed up the recovery and ensure I did not injury it any further. Sonia is knowledgeable, friendly, and has given me the tools needed in order to expedite and ensure a safe recovery.
