Its a small space and food is a ok ok. They advertised as best shawarma but honestly they haven't meet any of there requirements. They can do better

Double check the amount of purchase before you tap your card. It cost me 29.95 for 2 shawarmas, when their special is 16.99.

The food portions were amazing, the chicken shawarma was so delicious. The pickles they put inside the shawarma was so tangy yet good. I would definitely recommend.

Please tell me how much a mix shawarma sandwich is? I get you charge more since everything went up but the quality of your meat went down big time. How much is a sandwich when it's mixed because I ordered for 4 people and the total was 65. How? I have been calling and no one ever picks up. Customer service needs to improve since its a family business and has been around for years. I have been coming for over 15years and I don't think I will be returning again. Food quality is a big no for me.

I ordered 2 chicken shawarma last night and it was terrible. The chicken they used in the wrap was awful. I was suspecting while they were using the chicken as it was left over on the grill. Normally they cut the chicken while it is cooking on the grill and use as it goes. Overall experience to me was so bad that I wanted to go to the store that time but it was already late. So I called to the store multiple times but nobody responded.

This restaurant was supposed delicious before I came here. Later, I came to this restaurant for takeout, I love that you have the three holy Mosque. Main point is that the food was not good, it was bit too salty.

I went to get shawarma couple of time.every time I asked for beef shawarma they give me mix. They are not professional. I think they are trying to get rid of chicken that is such a bad customer service technique

Always order a shwarmma plate from here everything is always fresh. I love that the spicy part is not overwhelming. Drinks are refreshing. Best time is when it's dinner time. There is a wait but it's worth it!

My husband and I ordered late this morning from here and we both had to take Gravol for food poisoning.
The meat was extremely dry as with the rice.
The only thing that didn't make me feel sick was the beverages.
My husband wasn't being treated as a customer should be at the last hour of service. He was treated very poorly and wasn't able to walk away a happy customer. They left a bad impression on both of us.
Beware of late night staff they do not care about anyone but themselves!

Shawarma is an eat at the spot thing. It becomes soggy if one takes it home. So there should be ample space for customers to eat there.
I wonder why there is a lack of customer service everywhere.

Generous portion, and food tastes great. I really like their green spicy sauce/spread which comes with shawarma wrap.

It used to be very tasty but to be honest with you for the past couple of years, it has lost that taste. You feel like you are eating a sour cream, too sour and the meet is all seasoning. I still remember the years 6 years ago but now it is not shawarma anymore, you have lost the authenticity. You need to do bring that quality back, I felt so bad after taking my newly arrived family and lost the faith.: (

Heard alot of good things about this place, Honestly the food is good, I'm just not a fan of the half salad, half meat sandwich. Mixing before wrapping would give this place a 5 star or maybe just get the plate.

Its a ok place as its open till late night the customer service is not up to the mark so focus on improving it.

Absolutely the baddest food of all canada i have seen employees dont sanitize the hand and also says bad word in the back to the customers who know they probably also spit on the food and the tastes of the food horrible avoid this kind of restaurants and find a better vegetarian restaurant that know how to cook

The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. They care about giving you the best food experience. One of my favourite spots to get a shawarma plate:)

Amazing chicken shawarma plate! Since I prefer a plate of fries instead of rice I had to request them to make this change for my order and they were really nice about it and did so! They were surprised over my preference but made the changes to my order on my request. The flavors were spot on! The chicken was delicious and had this barbeque taste to it which was amazing! They have this green sauce or chimichurri which was sooooo good and spicy! Once you try it you'd want more of it! The other sauces, sides and the fresh salad complimented the whole dish really well! Highly recommend this place even though it is on the pricier end. Worth every cent though!

Nope, nope and nope. There was literal FLIES and many of them just sitting on all of the shawarma toppings. The hygiene in this place is horrible. Never coming back. How hard is it to put all the toppings somewhere with a cover? Made me wanna throw up

Was very scared to eat my shawarma and falafel from here as there were at least 20 flies all over the food. The lady serving us use the tongs to shew the flies away. I just looked at my friend that suggested this place with an are you serious look. It was well after 2am and everything else around here was closed so we either ate or went home hungry. The wrap wasn't put together properly and there was a hole in the side so everything just fell out onto the paper. The few bites I had were good but it was too frustrating to eat this mess and threw it out. Can't see myself coming back here again as I was completely turned off with the flies?

Avoid at all cost! A very rude person will ask you what do you want without option of selecting the ingredients. Also, they will purposely overcharge you and will not give you receipts eliminating possibility of dispute.

Only debit (. 50 extra regardless of how much you spend) or cash where you don't get the change back.

They don't put price of drinks and will make you pay $5 for coke bottle.

While it was hard to make my order I found the food amazing! The meat in your food is unlike any other and if your in the area you need to visit here!

Customer service is poor, food is meh, prices are high, and I've heard the owner is quite rude and a loose cannon. Also, advertised prices aren't given to customers or suddenly change (they claim 2 for 1 shawarma but charge for both). Shady business practice. Clearly the owner doesnt care about honesty and integrity.or having returning customers.

This area has SO many amazing shawarma places literally within walking distance, this is not one, just go elsewhere.

False advertising. Banner outside says $7.99 for 2 but it's actually $17.45 for 2. Only accept debit payment with a charge of 50¢ on top of that.

Shawarma is filling but too much sauce makes it rip apart. Wouldn't recommend.

Used to be the best Shawarma, but now it is not any more. The beef shawarma wraps became awful and with every bite you feel sorry for choosing this place. It is easy to get to the top, but it is very hard to stay up there.

If i could give 0 i definitely would. This the worst place ever. Customer service is horrible they are shouting at the customers without any shame. One old lady made the wraps i ordered she didn’t put any sauce inside just the chicken n salad when i asked for it she says u have to pay extra money for that! This the first time i see someone making shawarma without any sauce inside no tahini no spicy sauce nothing at all! Then she started shouting at me another old men came n did the same thing shouting at me as if they r going to give it for free i said this shawarma has nothing n they kept saying extra money for the sauce. Prices not matching what they have on the website. 2 for $10 and in store $14.99 and also not competitive with stores around.
Chicken shawarma was ok but a slight smell and the beef shawarma was a total disaster dry and tasteless.

Definitely NOT the best in town. Food is okay at most compared to so many other better options on this road. Customer service is non existent. One person takes my order then proceeded to make someone elses order. Then asked me again and then he forgot to tell the cash lady what I ordered etc etc and the clown works continue. Finally the 3rd random lady took my money but decided to keep the $5 change. I asked for it back and she gave me a dirty look. Learn to work hard for your money instead of robbing people. Go anywhere else where food and service is better.

I am a cook and 16 yr in this business, used to like this place but not anymore.gave me shawarma meat from a separate pan which is no way real shawarma meat (guys beware stop them if you see that and ask fresh from the doner). Meat was too salty.i think the owner lost it.just go to the one across the street

I wish I could not even given one star, to a place specially a restaurant, strange costumer services they are in rush to take your money that much cheap they are charging you 50cents for using The Debit machine without telling while I asked the guy showed me a note written on top of debit machine printer and price are not fair any more in rush hours they cut the meat which is not proper coked it was my. Last visit there! Its not about the money its about the principle!

I have been to this place many times but past few experiences has been horrible.they are over charging people and in return giving very less quantity. They don't even tell u extra charge on debit card usage. When u confront them they are arguementive. Also I can see bad reviews are piling up this place should be closed soon and some one with a good customer service skills take over. Hopefully better business bureau will take action as they guys are scamming people. U guys are big disappointment now. Bye

Place is slipping, use to go once every few months years ago and it was decent, today some woman in front of me order 10 shawarma and she didn't know what toppings she wanted and everyone had to wait over 10 minutes, when I got my food 18 minutes after arriving the food tasted horrible, the building sign says 2 for1 but when you order 2 they charge almost $17 instead of the $7.49 advertised on the wall, this place needs to improve their food and service and display correct prices

Absolutely delicious Shawarmas that are packed with meat and not lettuce. Staff are friendly and keep lines moving as fast as they can.

This used to be a 5 star. This was my favorite shawarma place but hey recently changed owners and now charge for extra hot sauce. The shawarma does not taste the same anymore. I'm really sad about this. I'm gunna try there again in a few months and update this post if anything changes.

Taste is fair but giving one star because of scam misleading price. Its not "2 for 1" and the owner and workers do not answer if u ask them to what does 2 for 1 mean.

Caught short changing the guy infront of me and immediately tried on me like I'm not going to count. This used to be the spot but much better elsewhere.

This is one of the worst shawarma place in terms of cleanness. I have ordered 2 shawarma. The guy who made the Shawarma, he is the only person who handling debit machine, he touched the debit machine in front me, the same machine customer used, after he made my sandwiches he used the same machine but he did not change the gloves. I told him to change the gloves, it is not hygiene, the owner was telling me you are scared of corona, if you are scared of corona then don’t come here. All the stuffs are rude and very unprofessional, but I visited this place so many times, after tonight incidents I am really scared about the hygiene.

Very clean and welcoming spot. They serve generous meals and for fair prices. We liked the meals a lot and the waiters were very friendly and explanatory. I recommend this place.

Food is average, well seasoned chicken shawarma but dry meat. Staff rude and tried to rip me off.

Friendly staff, cheap prices but the meat quality is extremely lacking and gamey which is quite evident in the flavor. The place is also not the cleanest.

Had the 2 for 1 shawarma deal, was really tasty, I loved it. The hot sauce they gave makes it taste so good for those spice lovers out there. Definitely would get again in the near future.

This was the first time I put food to waste. I just couldn’t. First of they person behind the counter didn’t want to be there. His vibe and attitude was negative. The shawarma did not taste good. The meat look stale and gross. First time I wasted food in a long time.

Their deal 2 for one Sharwarma is what keeps the place alive but they need to seriously increase the seating amount in it as it only has 4 tables apart from some seating outside but you can't sit out in the winter.

Best Shawarma in Scarborough. Tasty, fresh food with good quantity of meat. Always busy and friendly staff. Affordable too.

Seems like an average shawarma place. Not what I expected in terms of taste. Person behind the counter doesn't seems like he wants to be there, his attitude was not at all helpful when I wanted to select my meal.

False advertisement for the 2 for 1. Take the fake sign down you dishonest snakes. If you don't ask, they will charge you $14.99 for chicken shawarma plate, so I was there again another time, and the staff said its $12.99 for chicken plate, or beef plate, but mixed meat would be $14.99. How does anything even make sense in this store!?

Morning time good but after noon some time not fresh also big problem salad table more time not clean and some time. They serve dry shawarma.

Delicious food and juicy chicken shawarma. A bit pricey for a shawarma in Scarborough. 1 shawarma plate is like $16.

Night time they always have the stale meat put on your shawarma, i have talk to the owner many times about it but he does not give a dam, he has lost mine and all my friends business. The quality has changed so much compared to before. Very rude staff at night time. The place use to be open at least till 4am before but now since they started serving people old and stale meat people like me and other stop coming to this place.

Great if you're looking for a no frills shawarma. I'm annoyed that they didn't recycle. Also, the place could use a good cleaning to get rid of the flies

Really glad we came by the place. We came ~9 ish on a Saturday night. The lineup was insane as service was a bit slow. Food portion is generous though. We ordered two for one shawarma as they had a deal for $12. Regular shawarma costs $7. We ordered three chicken shawarma in anticipation as they were having trouble with the cooker for the beef.

I like how they open the pita then roll it after all the toppings were added. The shawarma is quite tasty as the chicken has the perfect amount of bbq char. The spicy sauce was quite spicy so do be careful with the portion. Three shawarma came to be about $22, which is quite reasonable.

The place to go for late night Shawarmas, food is always fresh and service is always quick. You can't go wrong with their chicken shawarma, reasonably priced and generous portion.

Best place for Shawarma eaters. Quality of food is good. Only thing is the poor maintenance of seating arrangement. They should do something to make it more convenient for the families to sit there and enjoy quality time with their loved ones.
