I had approached ICC immigration inc for renewal of my PR card. It was initially rejected due to some technical issue. This led to my application being out of date and me short of physical presence days as I was away from the country

They helped me refile the same application, ensuring my documents were in order. The team of Mr Narendra and Ms. Simran were very professional and straight forward in their dealing. Initially, I was informed that I may get my renewal for one year on compassionate grounds. Once my documents were assessed by the team, I was assured that I would be able to get full renewal, which I did.

I had heard about this company i used to see their Facebook live sessions. I thought they the one i am searching for.

I am really disappointed very irresponsible. I had been told i will get a visit visa in 2 months by the executive Mr. Raj and its 1 year nothing is done.
I am not even able having access to my login and they say need to wait.

As per Ircc we need to reapply but ICC immigration is asking the fees again if i need to re apply.
Guys kindly think before you choose
