Hi, I am the owner of a unit in branch condo, Oakville. I visited the property management office today and I am very pleased about the service and information provided by the Assistant Manager Himi. Great work!

Linzelle Perera is our property manager. She has decided she doesn't like me or my family and as such treating us poorly. We requested a second parking spot, she responded a week later and said there was three available. We filled out the paperwork and promptly sent it to her, which she responded that there were none available now. She had all the information in the paper work as she had emailed us about parking in visitor with the information. Implying that she intentially is misleading us about availability, or she chose to lie outright. Ontop she waited a week to respond to the email. When asked why she did that, she promptly responded within the hour and tried to call, which we are now refusing to talk to her in person because we want everything document. This company has been running management in our building and it never seems to get better.

I've had a fantastic experience with the condo management staff at 24 Hanover, Brampton. A special shout-out to Himanshu for his outstanding dedication and kindness—always going above and beyond. The gatehouse staff also deserve praise for their unwavering courtesy and hard work, contributing to a warm and secure community atmosphere. Their combined efforts make living here truly enjoyable. Highly commendable team!

As a realtor, by far the worst property management in the city. Will leave you without AC for weeks at time until they can get their discounted contractors in. They also never update you on situations.

I have never seen a property management company as useless as these guys! They basically don’t accept any responsibilities. I am not even sure what they are paid for! And what are all these fake reviews? They are obviously paid to do so!

Instead of managing the building, they manage the residents, who pay management fees, like they are their workers. Parvi Kaur was the most petty and worst one out of all.

All these fake reviews are incredible. ICC just quit our corporation leaving all 52 owners on their own. Don't even deserve 1 star. Run don't walk when ICC comes up to handle your condos day to day. From a lack of transparency to threatening to sue home owners to blantantly lying at AGM's, ICC was horrible. Our small but strong community will rebound from them. Please do not get into business with them EVER!

Just getting in touch to say thank you for getting onto the property standards concerns that come up. It is such a nice change to see Jessi-Lynn Langford the property manager of the condominium complex @ Georgian Sands of Wasaga Beach, Ontario who took, into her hands to deal within hours and solve major problems. Jessi-Lynn Langford has been the best Property Manager we have dealt with so far. We would have no hesitation in recommending her. I would highly recommend ICC Property Management as a great company. Just leased a unit with Kerri-Anne’s help. With her help, I was able to rapidly get a great condo unit at a decent price despite the difficulty of the current Toronto rental market.

Our family has been living in a condo managed by ICC Preoprty Management for 5 years. Our last condo made it almost impossible to contact the board and voting was barely announced. It felt like living in a regular apartment. Our new condo with ICC has made communication with the board easy and they even do electronic voting!

My children and I recently moved to 22 hanover, the atmosphere is just amazing and the management are so humble and understanding, Jessie and Andrea are such down to earth people and they understand all there residents needs, they are extremely helpful with helping out others in the building, while maintaining the building with professionalism and humbleness. I'm glad I chose to move here with my family. Thanks Jessie and Andrea, you made my move less stressful and it definitely helped. I appreciate you.

Sarah Corbani is by far the best Manager we've had. She is experienced, friendly and her attention to detail is impeccable.

A quick note to recognize the fast, friendly and efficient work of Carmen D'Souza in the office at 2185 Marine Dr, Oakville. She helped us make a whole bunch of things happen far faster and easier than we ever thought possible.

Fantastic stay here, honestly no complaints. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. The concierge are extremely kind, Lawrence will forever be a Legend. Atif is very respectful and helped explain to me where everything was. Overall, would definitely recommend this building to anybody staying here.

Our thanks to our new property assistant manager, Carmen D'Souza a most positive and proactive person. For the first time since we purchased our condo, someone actually asked us about the proper completion of a job by one of the condo contractors! To note, until now, we had never been asked about the work done by contractors sent to us by property management, in fact, when we dared complain about the poor performance by a contractor, our opinion and or evidence when presented, were challenged! Ms. D'Souza's demeanour is caring, friendly, positive and she is approachable! A breath of fresh air! Thank you Carmen.

I am a contractor working at 1655 Pickering Parkway unit 703. I have been dealing with Kerri Anne Myers for the past couple of months. She has been super flexible and cooperative. One of the easiest building managers I have dealt with. I follow her/condo rules and in turn she has been happy to accommodate some of my short notice requests to get the service elevator, if available. Look forward to doing more work at 1655/1665 Pickering Parkway.

Before partnering with ICC, I was struggling as a landlord. I simply couldn’t keep up with all the repair requests, reporting requirements, etc.and keep my full time job as a programmer. ICC has let me enjoy the passive income I intended when I bought the building I own and my tenants seem much happier.

Great management company. Being a real estate agent it's tough to deal with people sometimes. But always had a great fun conversation get with Manager# Deepak Rani. She was one lovely person to deal with great personality. Big thanks to her for always helping me out:)

My condo located in downtown, Toronto is managed by ICC Property Management and the property manager is Atif.

Atif always puts people first and his leadership in the building is noticed through collaboration, respect and high work ethic among security, cleaning and all contractors in the building. Atif always answers any questions or concerns I might have promptly and is very resourceful.

Since Irfan Ali took our management. He made very positive impact to our place. Feel so proud that he is a manager here.

5 weeks ago I moved into my condo and very quickly met Carmen D’Souza, the assistant manager who was also brand new here. I cannot overstate how patient, willing and helpful she has been as I settle into this new way of life. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she gives logical suggestions and it’s a joy to exchange cheerful greetings as I pass the management office on my way to the pool each morning! Carmen is a treasure and we are lucky to have her join the great Ennisclare Management team. Welcome Carmen!

Property manager Sarah Corbani has been a complete breath of fresh air to work with. She constantly and consistently demonstrates characteristics that all peers working in the condo truly appreciate! Her behaviour and actions at work truly illustrate ones of a natural born leader. I truly admire her communication skills and i'm also humbled by her ability to advocate the needs of her residents to people working in the building, but also advocate for people working in the building. Sarah is a professional at being professional! It's truly a blessing coming to the condo everyday knowing that your property manager goes above and beyond to create a warm welcoming environment.

I have dealt with Alina from ICC for a long time. They are absolutely amazing to deal with. Alina is incredible and straight to the point.

I have been dealing with Mr. Atif Khurshid, who is the property manager at Studio on Richmond.

In my interactions with Atif, he has always been kind, courteous and knowledgeable about repair and maintenance issues for the property.

I emailed Kerri, the condominium manager, about non-working light at my unit. She emailed me back promptly and the next thing I knew the electrician was there and light fixed. I was truly amazed. This is what I would call professional service at the highest level.

We have recently changed our property manager to ICC and I wish we had done it sooner. We had the privilege of working with Crystal as our property manager and she is absolutely incredible. Every question or concern we had were addressed quickly. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Crystal.

We have James from ICC at our bldg and he is terrible! Non-communicative unknowledgeable and pretty nasty. I am surprised at his work ethics. Obviously ICC has no standards. Would not recommend.

These guys are the worst property managers. They make decisions to fix things without the owners approval or notification. Then they send a bill for the repairs 2 months later asking for it to be paid in 15 days. They also ignore your emails and calls. I highly recommmed going with another company.

The property manager at our condo was responsive and professional. I sent an email inquiring about policy/procedure matters and they always respond right away and sometimes even on the weekend. They have a big sense of responsibility and go out of their way to to provide guidance and answer any questions. I am extremely impressed and happy with their level of service.

The regional manager is only there to divert problems off the company's hands. They are professional manipulators that dont take responsibility for their actions.

Our downtown condo is managed by ICC where the property manager is unprofessional, unfriendly, inefficient and condescending. He has a different attitude with different residents. Would not recommend this company when the staff they provide are untrained and hopeless.

Janise is our property manager for our townhouse and let me tell you, she is AMAZING. Very responsive, easy to talk to, kind and she genuinely cares. Every request that we had she handled in a timely manner with enthusiasm. Thank you Janise for your hard work.

The property manager at our condo is very rude and unprofessional. He tries to belittle you over the phone and has a huge ego. As a condo owner I feel very disappointed that people like this are running my property. It makes you feel like you have no control over things. When the managment makes a mistake they dont take responsibility and you have to go through the board to get answers. Very frustrating process.

We’ve recently changed our property management to ICC and wish we did so earlier. It’s clear this company was founded on the principle of quality service and integrity. A property management company is only as good as the person managing your property. Alina Radeanu (onsite manager) is truly exceptional. She’s extremely dedicated to her job, highly knowledgeable and treats our property as if it were her own. The quality of tradespeople brought onsite is impressive. I highly recommend ICC as it’s evident the company is ethical and interested in maintaining its properties to a high standard (which is a rarity nowadays). Our Board and residents look forward to building a long lasting relationship.

I've always searched for tenants for my rental properties myself. Doing all the showings, background checks etc. However, this time around things were just too busy so I reached out to ICC Property Management to help me with the tenant placement on a newly vacant apartment. The process was quick and easy, I would definitely recommend them.

I have lived in several Condos in Toronto and getting registered, moving in etc has its challenges. Moving into the Aura building has been the best experience I have had.
The main reason for this is Michaela, she has been super responsive, understanding and very quick to help, all of this started even before closing.
The team at the front desk has also been super polite, friendly and very helpful.

Just want to Respond to an email that was sent 5days ago from Mr babu. I truly understand you frustration. But to go out of your way to post an email that is further from the truth. I'm a board member of the community. Ajwad is nothing but a professional that cares deeply about his community and the residents that live there. Icc have been managing our community for 2 years now and Ajwad is the best manager by far. He is very proud about his community. Mr babu we have rules and bylaws we all need to follow. So hopefully the next time you abuse the rules you will think twice instead of passing the blame on to others.

Excellent service from Steve! He was very professional, attentive to detail and knows property management in and out. Need good tenants? Now you know who to contact!

Crystal Gray the Property Manager at ICC Property Management at 20 Richardson Street in Toronto goes above and beyond for the residents and staff. She is attentive and extremely quick to respond and comes up with solutions faster than you can blink. I emailed her Friday night after 8: 30pm and she responded within 10 minutes. I was not expecting to get a response until Monday.

Simply put, this is a great company. In a business where effective communication is key, Michela Ferrante and the team are exceptional.

Cant praise the team enough for how helpful they were during my move-in at Aura Tower on College Park.

I had plenty of questions, and a bunch of logistical factors - all of which they addressed for me extremely quickly and efficiently. BIG shoutout to Michela our condo admin, who has been so incredibly prompt, helpful and caring!

This was easily the smoothest moving experience I've had in a long, long time. This is one of those situations where you feel safe knowing you're in good hands with a solid team of people looking out for you within the building.
