My fav place for bubble tea. Great value and wonderful people who work there. Beem going for 4 years and never had a bad experience.

Had a bad craving for bubble tea and decided to Google a place to go. After reviewing the reviews to Ice Babo decided to go here. Got the Oolong Milk Tea, Pink Lady rolled ice cream and the original bubble waffle. All 3 items were good. Got no sugar for the bubble tea and was still sweet enough. The other items were just the right amount of sweetness without it being too sweet. Would definitely come again!

This was my first time coming to Ice Babo and I was not disappointed. The bubble tea was fantastic - very flavourful. We got pearl milk tea and a matcha milk tea. The only thing that could be improved a bit are the pearls, they are not as soft and chewy as other places.

What surprised me was the service which exceeded my expectations! I had mentioned while ordering that I am getting a pearl milk tea because I hadn’t tried jasmine milk tea and wasn’t sure if I would like it. When she gave us our bubble tea, she also gave me a sample of the jasmine milk tea so I could try it - it was so nice of her! All in all, fantastic service and drinks!

Great rolled ice cream and boba! My favourites are the mango rolled ice cream and lemon green tea with aloe.staff are very nice and it's very clean.also very affordable!

Prices are better than at the chains, and quality of the original milk tea was pretty good! Support local, skip the Chatime, come here instead. The seating is cute too, just a little dark.

Owners are super lovely, and the bubble tea is delicious. The rolled ice cream is also a must try.

Come here regularly, it has the widest array of flavours and types of bubble tea. It also offers different snacks like egg waffle and ice cream roll. My preferred bubble tea location in northern GTA.

Best bubble tea shop in the Newmarket/Aurora area; I can't stop coming here because of the excellent bubble tea they provide and the courteous staff. I've been coming here for the past 5 years and have never had any issues. Their staff is always very polite and prepares our drinks extremely fast. Zeng and Mina deserve special recognition for producing the best banana milk tea ever! Strongly recommend visiting this location.

Great bubble tea which is usually what you go here for. However no options for amount of sugar and ice which chatime offers.
Also got the Oreo waffle cone, which did not taste like anything

Always solid bubble tea! In a world where customer service is becoming a thing of the past, this place is refreshing. I stopped by to grab a bubble tea for my daughter and when leaving the establishment, the wind blew the door and knocked the bubble tea out of my hand causing it to explode on the sidewalk. I asked the guy working for napkins to clean it up and he immediately noticed my dilemma and very quickly made me a new one at no charge. The best thing is that he did all of this with a smile and it was a genuine gesture.

The best bubble tea ever! My boyfriend got rolled ice cream and the server put all of the toppings on for him! He is also so fast at making all of our drinks!

We came in 20 mins before close and we felt so bad, we asked him if he was already ready to close and if he wanted us to come back another time and he insisted to serve us!

30% sugar classic milk tea is perfect. One of our drinks was wrong and they fixed it in about 2 mins! Very nice place.

I usually phone in my order ahead of time. Great bubble tea and egg waffles! Like their classic bbt, apple green tea with lychee jelly, mango slush and orig egg waffles. Reasonable pricing but note that price difference for small to regular is only 50 cents difference so makes sense to get the larger size.

The classic fruit tea at Ice Babo is my favourite. Today they forgot the tapioca but remedies that quickly.

Nice little bubble tea spot. The space is always very clean. I usually order the Brown Sugar bubble tea with tapioca which taste like dessert in a cup! They have all sorts of different flavours including Oreo and Ferrero rocher. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's into Bubble tea!

Very kind employees, very clean and organized, short waiting time. Wonderful ice cream and bubble tea. Definitely coming back and would recommend for great prices for quality treats.

I've been there a few times. All of the drinks have been good, but the ice-cream rolls and waffles are amazing, as you can choose stuff like Pocky, Oreos, marshmallows, ect. The only downside is the HUGE wait time, so I recommend ordering, leaving, and then coming back.

My kids favorite spot. Refreshing drinks with a delicious taste. Lots of choices plus 9 stamps10th is on the house.

Overall the bubble tea is good (we got matcha tea latte with tapioca and mango slushie with tapioca). Matcha tea had a smooth texture with milk. Mango slushie was still too sweet despite ordering 50% sugar. Not a bad place, will come back to try the waffles and ice cream rolls. The only downside is waiting for your order. We have waited about 10-15 mins for ours. Thank you for being open on a holiday though!

This is the place to enjoy a baboa, or slush or something hot or sweet, John is great guy, great staff.always serves thier customers with a smile.

I like bubble tea that can taste more of the tea side than milk, and they did an excellent job on that! Very amazing balance of tea and other ingredients. Highly recommend their egg waffles as well, it's crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.

(Review for take-out bubble tea) You know the old saying, quality over quantity? Well, not Ice Babo; this place has quantity over quality for sure. To be fair, their milk tea isn't bad; it's just average compared to other stores. Their fruit bobas are nothing special either; it's a fun topping, but it's really just pockets of fruit juice, there's no texture to it. Anyways, for $5-6, these are huge drinks that will fill anyone up. 4/5 on quality but 5/5 overall.

Absolutely incredible place. I go there all the time, the people running it even know me, and they are super nice and friendly. Also they absolutely make some of the best bubble tea I’ve ever had, period.

This place is great, never really busy and love that they make your order of rolled ice cream in front of you to see! Nice offering in Newmarket and don't need to go to Markham and Scarbs to satisfy my cravings anymore: P

Great bubble tea, the egg waffles are delicious, they have free WiFi and the place is very well designed. Pricing is great. The two owners are extremely nice and friendly.

This wonderful bright and bubbly shop had the most heart warming bubble tea from mango slush to milk tea they had the one for you! The staff there are very friendly and always making you laugh. As well as the great people and drinks they also have towns best egg waffles and ice cream rolls, But best of all is the amazing art work on the walls! I highly suggest going to this adorable bubble tea shop:)

We go as a family to lots of bubble tea shops, but Ice Babo has its own distinct feel and ambience. I wont exactly say their bubble is the best I have had, but it's up there; but what makes this special is the personalised service, the cuteness of the decor, and that welcoming feel that makes this seem like a sanctuary.

This place is amazing. Really fast servive. The washrooms are clean. And it's priced amazingly. Must-try the ice cream rolls. They prepare it right in front of you.

The owners are very down to earth and you can tell that they care about their business. They offer a unique and Asian inspired social setting and comfortable atmosphere along with cool treats.

Initially was my most favorite bubble tea place in the northern GTA area. I must say that it's my most favorite in GTA now, given the price, taste, and quality.

Quick service, wonderful atmosphere, calming music, polite and knowledgeable employees. It was my first time here and I purchased the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with pearls. Definitely happy with my choice. Would recommend! The unit price is cheaper than many other tea places in the area. Keep it up:)

This is a great place! Wonderful staff and delicious options. The atmosphere is very serene and welcoming to all. I love the bubble tea, the flavors are authentic and affordable. My family has made this our go to spot for desserts.

Staff was friendly, location was clean and bright. They had more traditional flavor options for their bubble teas, and were able to accommodate for sugar/ice and non-dairy/dairy milk. Their menu also offers lattes, ice creams and egg waffles - a good place to visit!

This place is great! The ice cream is practically art, and it is some of the best ice cream I've had. Secondly the tea is some of the best ive had and is deffinetly the best in the newmarket area. Also the staff are super nice. I love coming here and will keep recommending this place.

The bubble tea here is pretty standard, the tapioca is cooked right and the tea is pretty basic (not like the quality at the alley or chatime)
Price is comparable to the Alley or Ten Ren's Tea, which is a bit more pricy than most but their menu is very wide selection.
They just opened so the employees still could use some practice at getting faster at making the drinks (right now is about 7min/drink) and listening to orders (they gave me something in the drink I didn't want) but with practice and time I'm sure they'll be quick and accurate.
The overall cafe is very nice and chic and they also have rolled ice cream and bubble waffles which sound great!
I'd recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a nice hangout area

Great bbt at a fair cost with customer service unlike anywhere else! In the handful amount of times I have come here for bbt, I can say that each time I am welcomed with smiles and laughs by Ice Babo’s crew. I always feel welcome and at peace when coming for bbt! Thank you Ice Babo!

Best bubble tea in Newmarket hands down- get the ice cream roll also its fun just to watch them make it and tastes amazing

Best Bubble tea place in Newmarket. Owners are super friendly and it's a clean environment. Many milk tea and Green tea options
They also have egg waffles and rolled icecream if you don't like Bubble tea.

My only wish is that they'd stay open later on weekends.

Got the Taro Milk tea and it wasn't good at all. Tasted really gritty and floury. Didn't taste how taro is suppose to taste and it wasn't purple either.

I go to ice babo weekly and love it! The owners are super friendly! I tried their new menu today and got the grape green tea! I recommend getting roasted milk tea, egg waffles and watermelon ice cream roll! My faves!

Very bad, don’t come. No flavour, overpriced ice. I threw up the night I had it. Horrible, slow service. Much better places elsewhere

I absolutely loved this place it was extremely AMAZING and the experience was beautiful. I enjoyed the food and what they have to offer. As well as there interior design was very cute and aesthetic. I suggest everyone to come to this bubble tea place for good quality food such as tapioca!

Ordered an Mango Tango ice cream roll, ended up surprised with the neat presentation and delicious!

I love the roasted milk tea here, you get one size and it's a large!

My one star remaining is due to unavailable fresh real fruit drinks, if in future is served here, I'll give my 5 stars:)
