Thugs and no more! They are still giving you old GBP notes that were last stopped from use in UK in Sep 2022. Also, its better to use your credit card everywhere in UK than take any cash from these fellows. Charged me CAD 205 for GBP 100, almost 1 gbp to 2 cad, while credit card conversion was 1.75

Theft basically

First, she short changed me US$100 TWICE.

She was unable to count my money accurately.secondly, on a relatively small transaction (exchanging $2700) their profit was $600 USD!

They are clearly taking advantage of people who do not understand the exchange rate. Absolutely atrocious.

I had a disappointing experience at this currency exchange center. They offer low rates for currency and charge a hefty $6 transaction fee. I'd suggest avoiding this place and exchanging money outside the airport. The old lady at the counter inside the airport was pressuring me to exchange all the currency. Outside rates are much better. I went to this place checking their website online which showed the USD to CAD conversion rate of 1.3. So, I didn’t ask the rate at the counter. When she printed the receipt it showed 1.17 CAD for 1 USD. You guys are real scammers.

Bad lady gave me 1.16 exchange rate for USD/ CAD. Generally its 1.35 I was in rush and didn't paid much attention. Better stay away from airport exchange specially at YYZ airport. Day time robbery. Thieves. This type of exchange should be banned. 1 start is too much for this, it should be negative. I read all other reviews, lots of people have same kind of experience. What a shame.

Their exchange rate is a joke. It’s daylight robbery, avoid them at all costs. You can always your credit/debit card for a much much better rate anywhere in Europe and pretty much anywhere in Asia.

I completed a transaction at YYZ July 31 at T3 food court. Sandra went above and beyond. Even though it was running into the end of her shift and the transaction was a little more complicated, she acted with professionalism, efficiency and was very pleasant without making me feel rushed. Great service. Thanks Sandra!

Rate was the most terrible. Took commission but didn’t declare that. Never should ever use such exchange.

I believe it was Devanshi who helped me exchange the pound sterling I had from my tour in England back to US Dollars, she was quick, accurate, and very friendly and welcoming!

I'm not really sure how good the rate of exchange was tbh but devanshi helped me out and was very kind:)

I exchanged Swiss francs US dollars and won a SIM card with the scratch card. Garima helped me with the process. It was hassle free and easy.
