The service provide by this branch was really amazing, very professional and courteous. Met with Mr. Satinder Singh Virk and Mr. Vatsal, both of them went out of their way to assist me and my wife with our NRI accounts and Canadian account.

Satinder virk is the worst branch manager here. My money stuck here for 1 week and he said go to any authorities bank will hold money even after the verifucations. Very rude branch manager. Dont ever go to this branch.

I had open accounts into this branch of checking account and I had savings account in different branch, Myself like to transfer money from Australia I don’t know how to transfer money into Canada and in India he (Satinder Singh) went out of business hours and spent almost 2hours with me to setup the account doth country and help me even in holiday January the first 2023 he specifically came to my house to solve my problems which I was facing in India I like to say thank you to Satinder Singh and his team wonderful experience I have I highly will recommend peticulerly to go to this branch

I would give -5 ratings for all the icici bank in Brampton. I haven’t received my Gic from the last 2 months and every time i call them, they simply reply sorry and tell me to wait 2 business days and nothing happens. Right now I don’t have a money for my rent, even to buy food. When i told them my problem, they told me to wait another 1 week. Seriously this is how you guys treat the students here in Canada. Shame on you.even the employees on tool free number reply me with the same answer.

This bank doesn't deserve even 1 star. Staff of this icici bank is really rude. No professionalism at all. They think that they are really smart. I asked for the help from them and they said don't You have common sense. I just want to ask them what you guys are doing at work. Isn't it your job to help client.

Fantastic branch and such warm
People. I had some urgent work to do pertaining to my work in india. Not only the process was smooth but the customer service is impeccable. The branch manager (Mr. Satinder Singh Virk) was extremely professional fantastic and warm. Mind you I went without an appointment (my bad) but they were still very helpful warm
and offered our family a place to
Sit. I would highly recommend all injdans looking for some banking work in india or any new immigrant looking for help in terms of banking services from India to Canada. This branch is a must visit! I don’t have why there are low stars. It’s a 5/5 for me.

Customer service is very poor, they don’t have patience to deal with customer, even they do not clear the doubts of the clients and way of approach is very poor, specially the lady dealing at first desk.

I am totally satisfied with the service. Mr. Deepak helped us to activate our account. He is very helpful employee as he helped us in very polite way. Really appreciate.

Happy to share about icici bank on gore road it has very nice and polite staff and with helping nature: it's very easy to open an account and gic account for students

Worst bank. ATM are always out of service. Do not open any account in this bank. You will regret.

Customer service department can be disappointing if you can understand how they speak with the accent. I have complained many times that when I sign on with the APP the SMS code sent never arrives therefore I cannot open up. They repeatedly ask dumb questions and when you try everything they tell you to do they have no solution. Try calling your branch and unless you have a contact number, you'll end up with the inept customer service department again. Very Sad.

Worst customer service ever. Nobody was listening the customer. I went as a student to activate my GIC account. Being new in Canada i dont know much. Nobody there to guide us. They were busy in work or talking to each other. Very rude, ridiculous staff. They even dont deserve one star. I dont know what they see when they hire these people.

Worst experience ever according to their website and customer service the branch is open but when I reached their it was closed and the lady inside the bank didn’t even respond.

Worst experience ever. The Representative are so dumb, they have hardly any manner to handle a customer. The new students do a better job in the restaurantes as compared to this staff. If U have anything to be done in this branch just be prepared they will not be able to do it correctly in one time.

Sumitha was really helpful and they took very good care of international students. Activating the account was easy.

Worst bank in Canada.never gives proper information and never attend calls.plz.don't invest your valuable money in such a bank (especially gic) which has only 2 active branches whole throughout Canada.and does not offers any proper banking facilities.plz don't opt for icici.bank.

Im here in Ebenezer branch with my nephew from India. They asked us to download the app and fill the form. He tried almost 2-3 times but its not working and they keep on insisting him to try again, instead of helping him personally. Its very annoying and seems like they dont value the time of others. Im frustrated to notice the behavior of the employees here towards someone new to this country giving them business. Instead of helping them they are making their experience worst. Thankfully this is the first and last time im dealing with them. Ill make sure ill suggest all my knowns planning to come to Canada, please try to deal with different firms/banks.

Their shirk work arrogant discourteous staff sits idle laughing gossiping & staring but won't help people standing in long line.  They should Visit a Canadian bank & see how efficiently, fast they serve customers. Attitude is same as in India. I am so fed up with icici & its 50 yr old crap system of writing slips. Its computer system is always down & slow. They take our money so are not doing a favor on us infact its opposite. So disappointing & unprofessional. Will leave this bank very soon.
