Customer service is very bad. All employees were on their personal calls doing video call with relatives, doing their personal stuff and talking in Hindi only. Very bad impression.

I visited the bank for GIC today. Got the help I needed. Best bank for the GIC. Thank you.

Hi Everyone, recently I visited ICICI bank ‘s this branch here i met with Mam Rupinder for my bank statements she is really good in nature and co-operative and provide good guidence to the customers

I went to bartley bull parkway branch and Jagdeep singh really helped me in setting my padsward online
My account was open in india
I was struggling for 9 days but did set
And now i can do internet banking

I went to this branch today at 1.40 pm to activate my user id which is suspended.
My password is. Orect and I am able to login but shows error.
When I enter no customer In branch so straight to the first counter and also to lady. She told me show the error on phone.
I told that I need to login on browser as I am not using app. Meanwhile other customer come on next counter.
I step side and tried to login mean while the lady told me that once I login need to show on counter number two where there is other customer. She went to back side.
So after login stand there for 13 min. In that time I see three more ladies there but no one care to ask. After that one lady finished changing poster come to me and ask what I am looking okinh. Again I tell that after login multiple time now it's says login exceeds so that lady says that you need to call call center to activate again.

Why I have to wait around 15 min to just listen that I need to dial for call center.
First lady should tell that instead of wasting my time.

Please improve customer service and put knowledgable person on counter.

Either keep 100% online banking only.

Service provided by Mr jagdeep Singh was excellent. All our issues were resolved very quickly and efficiently. He is well versed with the business.
