My husband and I visited the branch today for opening NRE/NRO accounts. We were assisted by Amanjeet Gumber. She was very knowledgeable, quick and polite. She helped us with opening the account and was able to clear all our doubts.

We opened NRI bank accounts at ICICI bank in Mississauga prior to our trip to India later this month. Simranjeet Singh provided timely and punctual help beyond our expectations in setting up the new accounts, getting new debit cards from India and explaining how to easily access Canadian currency online. This totally eliminates the unnecessary headache of carrying cash to India and trying to do the conversion to INR over there. We highly recommend ICICI Bank and their staff and look forward to seamless and secure banking access while traveling. Thanks again Gaurav and Simranjeet for all the help! Complimentary coffee and free parking at the bank are a pleasant bonus.

Lakshmi Ram ji is one the best employee I have ever seen in my life. She is the fourth pillar of the branch, I've been dealing with this bank from long time and she always takes the time to complete my transactions without any hassles. Kudos to her and her team. Very calm, polite and helpful:)

Worst GIC program service. I have been struggling since 10+ days to activate the GIC. Eve after giving all the details the team is not sending invitation mail for activation of the account. The customer care people don’t reply on the email as well. It’s the worst bank ever.

Never open your GIC account with ICICI Bank Canada. You're gonna regret it later, speaking from experience. Horrible customer service.

Honestly had a great experience. I wanted to open my account in Brampton but as the branches are closed on Mondays, went to the Mississauga branch. Jayesh Soni patiently took the time to understand my urgent requirement and made sure that my account gets activated in just 2 days.

Called and asked to cancel my credit card account a couple months ago and then just got a statement in the mail with a $49 charge. Called again and asked to cancel my account again and the man said in order for me to cancel the credit card account I have to pay this years annual fee? I asked kindly if he could waive the fee since I have never used the card in the year that I’ve had it and he wouldn’t do it. Man on the phone was very rude, when I asked to speak to manager he said there wasn’t one available? Overall terrible customer service.

I recently open an account. Representative gave a card for business purpose, phone number mentioned on the card out of service, When i called to branch 5 days in a row at least 3 times in a day different timings, nobody lift the call. Very poor service. Worst experience.

Employees show be given training on how to offer Customer service in "Canada" and also they should be made realised that they are living in Canada, not in India - PATHETIC

Kamaljeet Singh is new employee in ICICI hurontario branch. He is very soft spoken gentleman and advised me alot about my account. Thank you for your help. I have a advise for Old employees, please treat the new employees with respect. If any new employee is asking you question 2nd or 3rd time, that doesn't mean he is dumb. It simply means he don't want to do anything wrong and unsatisfy the customer.

I have met financial officer name kamal, he has sound knowledge about banking products and he guided me and clarify my doubts.

I had one queries regarding some funds that was india and I wanted bring here and I visited this branch, the guy named kamalpreet he was helping with and he has good banking knowledge, he made very simple and easy for me to deal with my funds, just go and ask for kamalpreet.

Very very poor service.staff concentrates on talking more than helping people. And also they don’t know the answers of most of the questions. Closed my account with them.

The worst bank ever.don't recommend to students for opening GIC account.for an year I struggled with their poor service. Now I closed my account with them. And the customer service reps who is handling the phone calls. OMG.they are unbelievably ignorant and irritating

Too laid back attitude of the staff.
We submitted an application to convert our savings account to NRE/NRO. No communication came from them for over a month. We called them after 1.5 months only to know that they couldn't submit the application as the customer Id is missing. No calls ever came from them to get the id.
I won't go back again.
