The team at ICLS are all absolutely amazing. The clinic is clean and very friendly environment. I am always treated with care and empathy. Nurse Jessica F ️️ has been treated my keloid scares. The Dr and nurse Jessica F took the time to sit with me to work on the best treat method to ensure the best outcome for maximum results. Nurse Jessica F is sooooo kind and very gentle, an earth angel in my opinion. In all my years of being treated for keloid, this is by far the best results iv had ever and in such a short time. I attended ICLS for a clinical trial and I am very happy with my experience with the employees, especially my trial coordinator Tamara. You can really tell she cares about her patients and she was always very helpful. Thank you to Dr. Sapra as well, for checking in with me and helping to monitor the progress I made during the trial. I went in to see Dr. Sapra and was genuinely blown away by how excellent the service was. From reception onward everyone I spoke to was kind, professional and helpful. I felt heard and understood. There were no ‘silly questions’ and I was able to get answers to all my concerns. Best of all, I feel extremely confident that the solutions we discussed will be able to resolve the issues I’m facing. Thank-you!

I feel really taken advantage from this place. I had a cyst removed at this clinic. I spoke to the doctor who said there is a risk that the cyst may return and if that happens they would take care if it again. I had followed up a bunch of times with appointments and around the 6 month mark they saw the cyst had indeed returned but they said it may just be swelling. "Let's wait a year" I agree and a year goes by and all "swelling" should be fully subsided. During the next visit I was told it had indeed returned and if I wanted it removed I would need to pay the fees again. $1.1k! Confused, I asked I thought it would be taken care of which they kindly reduced it to $900 roughly. I was unaware of the cost increase as the initial payment was approximately $700. I didn't have the 1.1k on the spot so I had to save and came back another 6 months after where I was quoted $1.4k and was to receive no reduction because at this point it has been almost 3 years, with constant contacts and updates. Also because inflation.

Shocked, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and found a more prestigious business that was quotes 3 times less than what they offered to a previous client.

Dr. Sapra I hope you discipline your team as they violated your word to a client.

Additionally, post care options are explained thoroughly with written documentation to support and they are only ever a phone call away, if needed!

I went to ICLS for a medical consult for a dark "sun spot" on my left cheek, I was very nervous, and uncomfortable, the staff was very nice, and the nurse Jennifer Bonadonna was fantastic.
Jennifer went out of her way to make me feel at ease, she explained all my options, she is a genuinely caring person.
Dr Sapra easily, and proficiently removed the dark spot and explained what it was, and how my face would heal, he was also very reassuring.

First time stepping into a clinic and was almost my last with the bad taste that was left in my mouth after sitting down with whom I thought was the clinic's top doctor Zamani. After dishing out a few hundred dollars just to book the appointment I was greeted with a legit cars salesman personality. After trying to discuss and rectify one issue of concern I was being told to add another area to the procedure which was completely fine to begin with.why offer a service to do an individual procedure if that's the case. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this place at all.not to mention the prices are ridiculously HIGH. Found another clinic that got the job done for a reasonable price whom also didn't try hustling me to do unnecessary procedures and that I could sit down with for no fee.

U barely see the doctor's, nurses doing everything and they not doing a good job, expensive treatments even a basic ones, long waiting time, did the same treatment which was acne in mind clinic for free

This facility is top notch, every person working is well versed with the procedure and they are extremely disciplined and professional. I have been going to ICLS (Skin Spa) for over 5 years and I will be 38 years old this year. As always, very happy with my results even at day 2 after treatment. ICLS, Dr. Khanna- I cannot say enough great things about her and her team. She is direct, honest, caring, and passionate about her work. I have been blessed to go to her for a few needs, the latest being implant removal. I was nervous and anxious as expected but she remains so calm, and comforting. My surgical nurse Anna was so kind, patient and sweet while prep as I was feeling scared and emotional, the anesthesiologist the same. My post op care nurses Maricar & Gem were incredible. Assisted me in all ways needed post surgery in the recovery room, made me a snack, ensured I was comfortable until my husband came to pick me up. Last but not least, Brenda who is extremely experienced, professional and compassionate. She was there 11 years ago when I received my implants and is still there today. That is a testament to the business Dr. Khanna operates, and to the environment of her clinic. I'm 1 week post op and I'm already feeling so much better, I can't wait for final results. I had an amazing and relaxing experience at ICLS with Dr. Sapra and Nurse Jessica F. I went in for a small cosmetic surgery and found both Dr. Sapra and Nurse Jessica F to be thorough professionals and extremely pleasant to talk to. This place was 100% better than what my GP forwarded me too.

I am really happy with my treatments at ICLS. I saw Jana A.for my last fraxel and enlighten pico laser treatments. She is skilled with laser treatments explaining things to me throughout and reassuring my concerns. Most of my dark spots are gone now or have lightened. Dr. Sapra also recently treated a mole under my eye. The cut is healing well. I would go back to ICLS for other treatments and recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their skin.

This was my first time at a plastic surgery clinic and my experience was WONDERFUL! Nurse Lindsay and Dr. Sapra were extremely professional and kind, they explained every step to me slowly and clearly, and put me at ease. My keloid removal went very smoothly and they gave me PLENTY of treatment and after-care options (which they explained thoroughly) that helped me make me actively take part in decision making and feel included. My favourite part about my experience though would be the patient care by Nurse Lindsay, it was extraordinarily good! I’m so excited about my next visit and would definitely recommend ICLS!
